The attached records provide another example of the dubious nature of the records of the Sheriff’s Department:

1) Re: Richard Fine, held by the Sheriff for almost a year: Query for data either by name “Richard Fine”, or by
Booking Number #1824367, provided data regarding Richard Fine’s records at the Sheriff’s Department.

2) Re: Ronald Gottschalk, held by the Sheriff in October 2009, but since released on bail: Query of data, either by
name, or by Booking Number #2088144 provided the following response:

“No offenders matching your criteria were found”

3) Data in VINE Link purported to included those released on bond, as documented in a previous survey:
