EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
Management & Supervisory Results
• Managed the fleet of mobile equipment at General Motors (GM) that
included over 19,000 assets and covered 53 production plants. Responsibilities included direct
oversight of management employees managing over 450 U.A.W mechanics. Developed several
strategic initiatives that identified and eliminated inefficient assets that resulted in $7 million of
bottom line savings to the corporation.
• Directed Supervisors that managed 73 U.A.W. employees over three
shifts that supported production and maintenance for the GM Grand Blanc stamping plant.
Managed daily work assignments and scheduled special project work to meet short timeline
requirements while balancing strict resource constraints. Additionally, developed and
implemented a Cost Reduction Program that resulted in over $500,000 in savings through
targeted work elimination activities.
• Managed both inside and outside sales representatives that delivered
over $10 million in annual revenue for TruPar Inc. Developed a focused business relationship
with GM that resulted in growing TruPar’s business by $220,000 annually through strategic cost
saving measures.
• Directed the Brake World operation in Florida. Conducted employee
motivation meetings and trained store managers in processes and procedures. Responsibilities
included staffing all locations and developing talent through coaching and teaching effective
sales techniques.

Customer Service Results


• Developed and managed a Quality Assurance Program that improved
customer satisfaction by tracking and reporting the quality of parts by third party suppliers. The
program provided a proactive rather than reactive approach in identifying and managing quality
control issues.
• Business relationship point of contact to GM. Determined quality
concerns and requirements and coordinated such efforts with Hyster Service Engineers to
develop acceptable solutions to meet the client’s needs.
