Scope of the Position

The Champions Relations intern is required to assist the dreamfly Country Director in overseeing the Champions
recruitment, selection and engagement process in Pakistan. The role involves assisting the Director in setting up strategy to
sign up champions in relevant fields, assessing the champions queries and answering them accordingly. It also includes
communicating with champions and helping them establish their relationship with dreamfly and their assigned dreamers.

Researching and drafting champions roles and procedures.

Raising awareness of the role and function of champions.
Ensuring there is appropriate support and guidance for champions.
Monitoring, supporting, motivating and accrediting champions and their work.
Offering advice and information to champions through face-to-face communication, telephone and email.
Developing and administering forms and records to document the champions activities.
Orienting champions to increase their understanding of dreamfly, its followers, its projects and their own role
and responsibilities.

Qualification

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

1. BBA student from an accredited college/university. Preferably
Sophomore/Junior year.

Knowledge of current trends, resources and information related to

volunteerism.

Knowledge of the management of volunteer resources.

Proficiency in the use of Word processing and data management.
Must have strong communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines and with little supervision.
Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a very young and fast-growing
organization.
