2A CRITIQUE OF ALI MIRZA.

ALI MIRZA AND THIRTY PARTS (J-LZ) OF QURAN

4Engineer Ali Mirza is a Rafdi in heart and his Rafidiah is often exposed in his lectures
5which he terms as Masaail (sing: maslah=problem)
6In his recent lecture Engineer Ali Mirza has tried to criticize the Thirty Holy Parts Of
7Holy Quran.
8He claimed that the division (TAQSIM) of Holy Quran in thirty Parts is incorrect and it
9has flaws (sing:flaw=SAQM) Nauzubillah.
10This claim doeth imply that there are flaws in the Copies (Sing Copy=MASHAF) of
11Quran. He further alleged that as this division is not Divine (TAUQIFIY) there are
12serious flaws in the TEXTS Of Copies Of Quran published in large parts of the
13World ,which do adopt this Division.
14This claim Of Engineer is very dangerous and is just to support those Rafdies who
15believe in forty Parts of Holy Quran, ten of them lost as according to their
16allegation .[Nauzubillha and Aliaz Billah Taala]
17It is evident and obvious that Mr. Ali Mirza Of Jhelum bleaveth that Division Of Al
18Quran is an arbitrary thing and it depends upon the publisher whether the
19publisher divides Al Quran in 1 part or 2 parts or 10 parts or 30 parts or 40 parts
20Hundred parts or thousand parts and so on; or not to divide AlQuran in any part.
21[One part meanth Entire Quran as a single Part. In normal conversation is may be
22said No Part
23But one cannot say ZERO part since in Mathematics Division by Whole NUMBER
24ZERO/CIPHER is not allowed].
25In general the Engineer advocates that it is the right of the publisher to divide Holy
26Quran in parts
27Where is a Natural number.
28Engineer is trying to open the debate on the canon and canonization of the Textus
29Receptus Of Holy Quran, by making objection of the division of the Divine text in
30THIRTY HOLY PARTS.
31This is very dangerous may and is nothing but a portion adopted from Rafidah.

331] Since ages Quran is being published in twos types. 1]KHAT OF USMANI.2] KHAT
34OF KUFI/CUFI.
35Both of them are equally valid and accurate.
362] Since ages Quran is published either without any division [i.e. zero division] or
37thirty Divisions.
38It is not arbitrary. It shall be a Bidah to divide Al Quran in any Natural number which
39is neither ONE nor THIRTY
403]. There is an IJMAA on the PERMITION on the Division Of Quran in Thirty Parts.
41A number of BIDAH CLAIM THAT it is a Bidah and argue Ahlussunnah
42(ASHAIRAH,MATURIDIAH,SALAFIAH) that they themselves commit HERESY
43(Heterodoxy, Apostasy=Bidah) when they themselves allow Quran to divide in
44THIRTY Parts.
45But it must be pointed out that if something is not found in QURAN and AHADIS, BUT
46IS proved from IJMAA
THEN It is certainly NOT a Bidah.
47Unfortunately Mr. Ali Mirza is denying the validity of IJMAA in this particular case.
484] Mirza of Jhelum himself has confessed (IN ONE OF HIS LECTURES) that IMAA is a
49source of SHARIAH.
50He himself have given ABOUT TWENTY examples of old and new IJMAAS
51[IJMAAAAT].
52But he cleverly neglected several IJMAAS . Some of them are given as follows:531] IJMAA on the Caliphate [KHILAFAH]Of Saiyidna Muaviah RD.
542]IJMAA on the Supremacy Of Saiyidna Abu Bacr Rd and Saiyidna Umar Rd over
55Ali.
56Althouth he tried to prove the supremacy Of Saiyidna Abu Bacr Rd over Saiyidna Ali
57Rd from a text of HADIS, yet he neglected to mention the IJMAA [CONCENSIOUS]
58over His (Rd) Supremacy sated above.
593) IJMAA that law of inheritance is not applied to Prophets.
604)IJMAA on the positions of Fath,Casrah and D-mmh, J-ZM,SHADD ETC.[WITH SOME
61PERMTIONS OF CASRAH WHEN WRITTEN BELOW THE SHADD, YET ABOVE THE

635]IJMAA existeth upon the Permit ion of Numbering of Ayat in the Quran and

76 IMPOSSIBILITY Of Errors and Flaws in IJMAA
77It is also an Ijmaa that there can be no error/Flaw in An Ijmaa
78So it is impossible that there is an error in IJMAA if not SELF ABSURD [MUHAAL
79BIZZAAT] then ABSURD WITH OTHER [MUHAAL BIL GHAIR].
80Unfortunately the Engineer hath crossed all the limits of rationality and reasonability
81when he alleges that there are flaws and errors in the division of Quran in thirty
82parts.
83Let the argumentations given be analyzed:=
841] According to the first allegation of the Engineer Of Jhelum Respected Ali Mirza ,
85there is a flaw or a possibility of flaw since this Division is not Divine.
86The clever Engineer is trying to shew the possibility of flaws and errors in IJMAAS to
87amuse RAVAFID.
88Sooner or later he is likely to advocate Ravafid that there are flaws in all IJMAAS
89from the selection of First Caliph to the last Sunni Ijmaa.Initially he tried to
90advocate the possibility but very cleverly he proceedeth to the OCCURANCE of
91Flaws and Errors in IJMAA, as in the present CASE.
92It may be noted that an IJMAA is always free from errors and flaws, even if it is not
93a revelation or an aspiration [VAHY/WAHY]from the Deity [ILAH]ALLAH.
94So there is no error in IJMAA

95If it is claimed that there is Self Possibility or Self Contingency [AL IMCAAN AZZATI]
96then such a self contingency does not imply the occurrence since it is ABSURD WITH
97OTHER [MUHAAL BIL GHAIR].
98So Engineer is incorrect. From the science of logic Possibility of an event neither
99implieth the occurrence of the event nor it implicateth the probability of the event.
100From the religious [point of view Engineer Ali Mirza is a Heretic since he
101doeth claimed flaws in the IJMAA.
102 2] The second argument given by the engineer is that some time a very small
103part of a verse cometh in one Part and the rest of the verses of Surah cometh in the
104other Part of AL QURAN as according to thirty part division.
105This may appear convincing to a person who tries to equate the modern division of
106books and division of Holy Quran.
107These two cannot be compared at all. The division of Quran is something UNIQUE.
108The uniqueness is not a flaw. The division is never meant to divide Holy Quran on
109the basis of Suar [sing:surah]
110As it is not based on the division of Suar this objection becomes invalid. Rather this
111division in thirty parts is independent of the divisions of Suar [SURAHS].
112This independency of division of thirty parts cannot be declared as an error. As he
113himself admitted that this division is according to the thirty days of a lunar month,
114this division has a very different aim and perspective. A division based on very
115different aim and perspective cannot be an error in any sense of the word error.
116Redivision Is Not Allowed:1171]As it is an IJMAA redivision is not allowed even if one has to shift a single verse
118[AYAH,PL AYAAT] from one part of Quran to another part of Quran, even if such a
119shifting may bring the only AYAH of a Surah in one part to the rest of AYAAT of the
120Surah in the Next Division Of Holy Quran.
121This is nothing but to reopen the canonization of AL QURAN. This cannot be allowed.
122However it is permittable to publish a copy of Holy Quran without any division I.e.
123ENTIRE QURAN IS A SINGLE PART. But this does not mean that if one of them is
124allowed the other one is not allowed. Further
125Further if It Is Permitable To Divide Quran Thirty Parts it does NOT IMPLY the
126PERMITION to divide ALQURAN in more then thirty parts or less than thirty parts say
127twenty nine parts or fifteen parts WITH THE EXCEPTENCE of No division
128[Mathematically Entire Quran in One Part since Division is not allowed by the
129number Zero/Cipher].

1302]It is not allowed to shift even a single AYAH from one part of Quran to the next
131part of Quarn or any other part with the conservation of the number thirty.
1323]As there is an IJMAA , what so ever were the reason of division stated above, it is
133now irrelevant since since after the occurrence of IJMAA the reason becometh
134irrelevant.
1354]Any REFINEMENT in the division whosoever Positive in regard to the initial purpose
136is not allowed since the permition of this refinement requires an Ijmaa which is
137practically Impossible.
1385]A Latter Ijmaa cannot cancel [NASKH] the former IJMAA.
139REASON OF THE DEVIANT ALI MIRZA:
140It is very clear now that the Engineer Ali Mirza is a heretic and a heterodox
141[AHLULBIDAH] and a Rafdi.
142He always tried to support them and to criticize Great Sunni Scholars. Now he hath
143criticize the thirty parts of Quran. No Muslim can do such a thing, and one who
144doeth such a thing cannot be a Muslim.
145He therefore hath transgressed against the boundaries of Islam.
146Although he hath studied books of Ahaadith he is always trying to shew his
147followers that All the Ahlussunnah are in error.
148He is a great enemy of Banu Ummaiyah , and one of the reasons to oppose thirty
149divisions is that he thinketh that they were divided by Scholars of Banu Umaiyah.
150This

is a very special type of enmity and hatred of Banu Umaiyah


151that he began to declare flaws in the copies of Holy Quran and
152began to criticize THE THIRY DIVISIONS OF HOLY QURAN just
153because they were done by Banu Umaiyah.
