Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals
(RFPS) from qualified firms to provide Telecommunications Audit and Cost
Recovery for the Jefferson Parish Department Telecommunications.
The Department of Telecommunications is seeking a thorough review of all
current telecommunications services along with its associated cost structure.
It is the Parishs ultimate desire to determine whether all currently billed
telephone features and services are needed and are being charged correctly,
based off of contracted pricing and/or tariff rates and industry standards. The
Parish would also like assistance in collecting refunds for any discovered
overpayments to our telephone service providers. If appropriate, the Parish will
require assistance in renegotiating a new Centrex contract.
All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendors technical proposal,
qualifications and experience, financial profile and proposal responsiveness and
other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document. The maximum
total points for each proposal are set at 100 points

BONNABEL BOAT LAUNCH RAMPS REPLACEMENT
Project consists of replacing four (4) boat launch ramps at the Bonnabel Boat
Launch. The work includes removal of the existing concrete plank ramps,
driving timber piles, casting in place concrete ramps and installing rip-rap.
All bids must be in accordance with the contract documents on file with the
Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department, Suite 4400, Jefferson Parish General
