Facilities assessment of a new Port Of Entry on the Canadian Border under the Auspices of the

“bought out” all of the major sub contractor’s and vendors needed for the completion of Phase I.
Phase II funding was not available upon my departure.

Located in the heart of Oklahoma City, the main campus encompasses 75 acres and is comprised
of 34 buildings. Student population is approximately 5,000 full time student’s .The Physical
Plant is the source of heating and cooling for most campus structures. With over one million,
200,000 Square feet of facilities to maintain, I was responsible keeping all campus cooling and
heating systems running 24//7. I was in charge of 94 fulltime employees that worked and or
maintained all equipment in the following departments: Engineering, Maintenance,
Housekeeping and Grounds. In addition, I was the University representative on over 80 million
dollars of four new capital construction projects.
