Dear CEO:
I would like to inform you about the last meeting on Tuesday 13 th May. The
group executive met them to speak about the budget for investment in our
organization. It has with over 10 million to spend and we have chosen four
companies as potential investments. We were looking about the performance
that the company has had the last years.
According to investment plan our company need a good objective where it put
the money and that it improve the revenues, profit and benefit of the
enterprise because our image is declining and it is very important focus in the
project for better of all companies
The company that we like us more for investing was techno print. Firstly this is
a company maker of office equipment. It was founded in Frankfurt, Germany.
The main products are inkjet and lasers printers. This is an organization with a
high potential in the future. It is very efficient with its resources and this is an
enterprise that has very clear its aim.
In the graph we can look the behavior of the company is good since this is
constant. In January until April had a share price between 3 to 4 it is really
good. The fluctuation was not much. Then it had a small fall until October but
quickly the company recuperate it and finally continuous same as in the first
term. The organization had has a growth slow but so significant. The low point
is in September and July with 1% against, the pick high in March with 4.5%.
There are not many changes.
The company needs a good investment for converting its goods in product
leader in the market. The objective of the company is make deals with small
companies what they are growing and help them to increase their participation
in the market. Also we want to increase our angel investments and we expect
to begin with techno print and then analyze the results since it is very
important for feedback the futures investment in the company.
We have decided investing in techno print because we consider that it is an
investment that it will have to return in revenues. Besides this company show
good performance and good manage of its tools for facing all the challenges in
its stage of a start-up. According to percentage of sales the company has a big
capacity of resisting to changes the environment.

Finally we will invest in techno print 6.7 million euros and we expect the 60% of
the earnings. Besides we want to obtain the fourth part of the market share. In
the future, the enterprise keeps having a high percentage of sponsorship in
new and small companies and the company hopes to have a high dominion of
the industry the office equipment and similar products, also the company can
manufacture or sell a variety of products. It wide the market segment and
product range.
