open, honest and direct way. It recognizes our rights and still respecting the rights
of others. Also it allow s to constructively confront and find a mutually satisfying
condition w here conflicts exists .Advantages of ASSERTION: 1) Making you more
productive and effective with your job role.2) Increasing your confidence and self
esteem.3) Reducing Stress.4) making you feel more in control of life.5) It leads to
the development of mutual respect with others.6) It enables to us to make
decisions and free choices in life.7) It protects us from being taken advantages of
by others.8) It helps us to achieve our goals. DISADVANTAGES OF ASSERTION1) It
can sometimes perceived as Aggressive.2) It can be daunting for some people.3)
it involves the risk that other may not understand.4) having a healthy regards for
the other person's rights, means that you always won't get what you w ant.5)

2Mona should deal with the situation patiently. She Should performer duties and
responsibility and proof her supervisor about her capability .She should take help
and self-motivate to deal with the situation .She should try her best to overcome
the trials and tribulations at work and manage her
Work properly. So that she could prepare w ell for her assigned work. She should
face the situation rather than avoiding it. Most importantly she should first talk to
her supervisor to at-least asks her before assigning her any work. And that this
time she would prepare.
3Delegation of work is important for effective utilization of resources and
development of human capital in an organization .It eases the workload of the
supervisor and helps the subordinates acquire new skills by getting trained on the
job. However if delegation is not done effectively, it leads to dissatisfaction and
negativity in the team. One of the most important advantage of delegating that it
enriches the staff's skills. Be sure to delegate the authority as w ell as the
responsibility. Delegation shows s staffers that managers have faith in their
abilities that makes the delegation as a motivational tool. Tips for proper
delegation: 1) Delegate the whole task: Whenever possible, instead of assigning
bits, assign the complete task to a person. Make him/her responsible for the entire
task.2) Give a clear Picture: Explain clearly why the job in important and what
exactly needed.3) Discuss results: Let the person know s who is going to perform
the task know, know s about the outcome in advance.4) Set Dead Lines: Plan the
deadlines in advance .Before delegating the task, let the person taking on the task
