PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
SANUK - Senior Manager of Creative Services - Irvine, CA 2010 - 2015
Led all creative development and operations at Sanuk, a highly-influential and imaginative surf/lifestyle brand. Served as creative
director for all internal advertising, branding, packaging, trade, and consumer-facing initiatives. Directly responsible for managing
brands daily creative services operations, providing creative leadership to team members, overseeing all concept, design, copy and
visual content development, creating key brand graphics and establishing overall visual style, procuring outside talent and services,
scheduling work assignments, training and supervising staff, and developing work-flows and company wide best-practices.
Was the senior most creative in the brands global organization, and was directly responsible for a wealth of creative initiatives
and innovations. Worked directly with Vice President of Marketing and other cross-functional executive counterparts in developing
brand strategies and seasonal omni-channel go-to-market direction and materials.

Managed a creative operation which consistently met and exceeded all company-wide expectations.
Oversaw a staff of seven team members who fulfilled all of Sanuks domestic creative needs, which included print advertising,

Oversaw all day to day operations and directed the creative team in the design and production of sophisticated multimedia
