Source card; note card; research;
sources; catalog; database; citation;
works cited; easybib; plagiarism;
relevant; authoritative; MLA
Students will spend 3 or 4 days
in the library, using the library catalog
and databases to find print and digital
sources relevant to their research topics.
They will set up easybib accounts and
create source cards for four sources in
easybib. They will use their print and
digital sources to create note cards (print
or digital, per teachers wishes) for their
research. They will create a Works Cited
page using easybib.

Deliverables:
Minimum 3 pages (excluding
Works Cited pages); typed;
double-spaced; Times New
Roman; 12 pt. font;
Minimum 4 sources;
Minimum 12 notecards
Works Cited page in MLA format
(check the libguide for examples).
