One of the passengers on this e-ticket is required to carry the details of etickets in the form of print out or on mobile in the form of SMS received
from RSRTC along with Valid Ids like Voter Identity Card/Passport/PAN

Card/Driving License/Photo ID card issued by Central or State

Govt./Nationalized Bank Passbook with photograph/Credit Cards issued by
Banks with laminated photograph/Student Identity Card with photograph
issued by recognized School/College for their students.

The On-duty Conductor/Checking Staff or person authorized by RSRTC will

verify the Photo Identity Card of the passenger regarding e-Ticket details
on Print Out/Mobile SMS & Reservation Chart. If the passenger fails to
produce the Print Out/Mobile SMS of e-ticket and the specified Photo
Identity Proof in original during the journey, the ticket will be treated as
INVALID and the passenger will be treated as "Traveling without Ticket".
Photocopy of Identity proof is not allowed.

The passengers availing the concession facility through e-ticket will have
to produce any one document in original from the list as mentioned below:

The passengers who are availing concessional facility fails to produce the
above mentioned documents will be treated as INVALID and the
passenger will be treated as "Traveling without Ticket". Photocopy of
document is not allowed.

RSRTC reserves the rights to change/cancel the bus service mentioned in

the e-ticket. Due to cancellation of bus services, the passenger will not be
compensating by RSRTC in any condition.

Passenger will have to pay the fare difference in cash, in case of change of
service or revision of fare.

Cancellation of e-ticket is permitted under the terms and conditions

agreed by the passenger while booked the e-ticket.
