Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator
Job Description
Scope of Work:
The Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator is the purchasing agent and is responsible for coordinating the
inventory of spare parts for the onsite warehouse. Activities include but are not limited to working with
supervisors and managers to timely order the correct materials by identifying parts and supplies
needed, getting multiple quotes for the materials, reviewing the quotes for accuracy, writing or
reviewing purchase orders, building relationships with vendors and suppliers, coordinating deliveries,
checking material upon arrival, and notifying supervisors/managers of progress. This position
establishes minimum reorder inventories for the warehouse, keeps spare parts stocked, provides
reports on the critical quantities, minimizes costs, and understands the work order system for
scheduling of materials for preventative maintenance and scheduled shutdowns.
The
Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator performs duties in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner
while maintaining compliance with health, environmental, and radiological issues.
The
Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator works within the Production Department.
The specific duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator include, but are not
limited to, the following:

Establish a safe, transparent and constructive culture that recognizes hard work and
performance.
Provide assistance during emergencies. Perform emergency rescue activities, and attend
required safety and environmental training.
Excellent documentation skills to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory
requirements.
Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft based programs and maintenance
programs.
Ability to research and find information to order correct materials.
Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions with cost analysis.
Experience preferred in: pumps (including but not limited to centrifugal, chemical metering,
variable frequency drives and well pumps), valves (including but not limited to butterfly, ball,
needle, Victaulic style, and pinch style), Gruvlock fittings, piping (including but not limited to
PVC, HDPE, stainless steel, carbon steel), compressed air systems, screw conveyors, silos,
weigh bins, HVAC, and domestic water systems.
Ability to accuratly inventory parts and provide reports.
Review quotes from vendors for accuracy and ensure material delivered is material ordered.
Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate best
prices for Uranerz.

Reporting:
The Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator reports to the Mine Manager or designee.

Qualifications:

High School graduate and 5 years in maintenance, purchasing and/or operations -ORB.S. in Engineering and 3 years in maintenance, purchasing and/or operations
Significant industrial maintenance leadership and experience may be substituted for education
Windows based computer skills
Must have a firmly demonstrated commitment to safety, with strong leadership, supervisory and
people skills
Must demonstrate a style of participative management in problem solving, project
implementation and continuous improvement
Must possess good communication skills - written and oral, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and to effectively interface with others
Leadership experience of projects varying in size and scope preferred

Compensation/Benefits:
The Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator is a salaried full time position.
This position qualifies for all employee benefits offered by Uranerz Energy Corporation.
Uranerz Energy Corporation furnishes training, equipment, and necessary tools to complete jobs in a
safe and timely manner.
Uranerz Energy Corporation reimburses the employee for pre-approved out of pocket company
expenses that are incurred while being employed by Uranerz Energy Corporation. An expense report
must be filled out and approved by the supervisor in order for out of pocket expenses to be recovered.
Job Details:
This position reports to the Nichols Ranch ISR Mine Site, located approximately 75 miles northeast of
Casper, Wyoming.
Usual work hours are 8am 4 pm, Monday through Friday, or 7am 5pm, Monday through Thursday
dependent on the current work schedule at the mine site. The work hours are subject to change based
on business conditions.
Transportation to and from the mine site is provided.
Conditions of Employment:
Employment with Uranerz Energy Corporation is dependent on passing a drug screening, physical, and
background screen which is paid for by the company.
Applicant must have and maintain a current valid drivers license.
