Re: Diplomatic Relations and Travel throughout the U.S. and abroad.
The following information in this booklet is an introduction to our Trust, Body
Politic/Theocratic Government Society and Religious Corporation.
Our primary objective is to maintain a position of transparency, keeping
communications open to ensure a mutual understanding of the diverse
jurisdictions and boundaries that are involved in this instant matter.
Our goal also is to attempt to educate concerned governments and their subdivisions as how to recognize our Officials, Ministers, Missionaries, Peace
keeping personnel, investigators, members and Citizens. This is because of
the recent smear campaign that the media has launched against the Moorish
Divine and National Movement. To ensure those concerned that we are a
peaceful society that means them no harm and have no ill feelings, plots or
plans to attempt to overthrow the U.S. Democracy or its policies nor any
involvement with Terrorism foreign or domestic.
We are not Black Sovereign Citizens, First of all it is against our laws to be
labeled as Black, Negro, Colored (See Act 6 of our Divine Constitution and By-

Laws) as some other groups have attempted to connect us with, in reference

to our body politic obeying laws under the jurisdiction of Congress, we are
not obligated to obey City, State or Federal laws as cited in the First
Amendment to the Organic U.S. Constitution for the united states of America
Republic which states that congress shall pass no laws with respect to
Religion or the practice thereof.

Act 6. With us all members must proclaim their nationality and we are teaching our
people their nationality and their divine creed that they may know that they are a part
and a partial of this said government, and know that they are not Negroes, Colored
Folks, Black People, or Ethiopians, because these names were given to slaves by
slave holders in 1779 and lasted until 1865 during the time of slavery,
Therefore, although we have a non-obligatory respect for the laws of the U.S.
Democracy, we are bound and hold allegiance to our Book of Law, The Koran
Circle Seven, Divine Constitution and By-Laws, Additional Laws, Doctrine and
the Moorish Codes or Customary Laws entitled the Supreme Resolution.
This should also explain why we do not pay State or Federal tax due to the
fact that we are required to pay dues and per capita tax in our own body
politic (see Act 7 of the Divine Constitution and By-Laws).

Act 7. All members must promptly attend their meetings and become a part and a partial
of all uplifting acts of the Moorish Science Temple of America. Members must pay their
dues and keep in line with all necessities of the Moorish Science Temple of America,
then you are entitled to the name of Faithful.
Lastly, as of May 1, 2014, we established the MOORISH SCIENCE TEMPLE of
AMERICA DEPARTMENT of LAND NAVIGATIONS. This is our agency that is
responsible for the organization and management of our Temples property in
the form of Land Transports which are commonly known as automobiles and
or House hold appliances. This serves as our version of your department of
motor vehicles and we function very similarly.
We also deal with matters concerning the traveling of our Ministers,
Missionaries and other officials by air, sea or land. To ensure that they arrive

and depart from their destination while carrying out their various
assignments. We have traveled this planet for millennium therefore, I see no
reason why we should have any problems whatsoever with that task in these
modern times. We are utilizing our Identification cards provided by this
society as well as our land transport plates which examples will be illustrated
with the addendum to this correspondence.
Every six months or so we will send out a memo, newsletter or
correspondence giving an update on obvious changes that would be visible
to your body politic, that would be demonstrated by our Theocratic
Governmental Society.
