Agreement
This informal contract officially states that
..
Is in the top 5 friend list of PJ Lombard III and both parties
agree to abide the conditions of aforementioned.

Section 1 : Physical Contact

1.1. Two hugs may be given per meeting. First to
greet and second to bid farewell. Each hug
may last a maximum of 10 seconds.
1.2. If meeting twice per day in intervals of more
than 4 hours apart, two hugs may be given
again as stated in section 1, subsection 1.1.
If meeting more than twice per day, no more
hugs must be given.
1.3. Handshakes are appropriate at all times,
granted it takes no longer than 5 seconds per
handshake.
1.4. No further touching is allowed, unless one
party is asked to assist in a medical sense,
appropriate banter or in an unplanned
emergency.

1.5. If either party does not wish to touch, it must

be accepted without any reason having to be
given, and thusly voiding rules from section 1,
subsection 1.1-1.4.

Section 2 : Personal Assistance

1.1. Any form of manual labour requested by either
party is completely optional and may be
rejected without any reason having to be given
or grievance being stated.
1.2. If either party requests emotional or any other
form of personal assistance, the other party is
obligated to assist the first. Only valid excuses
with proof will be accepted, as either party
may declare the agreement void if they feel
the other did not fulfil the aforementioned
obligation.
1.3. Assistance must be requested to be received,
and no grievance may be made if an
unrequested need is not met.

Section 3 : Time Allocation

1.1. Both parties may only spend time together 3
days a week, each session not lasting more
than 3 hours. Serendipitis meetings lasting

less than 5 minutes do not count as

aforementioned, and may be void.
1.2. For only 4 nights a month sleepovers may be
held. Consecutive or spread through the
course of the given month.
1.3. In work, medical or otherwise prioritised
circumstances the time allocated may be
altered slightly.

Section 4 : Miscellaneous
1.1. No kissing, any form of coital activity or
revealance of any porn to the other party is
acceptable.
1.2. Admittance to the room/home/property of
either party may be refused without any
excuse having to be giving, and thusly
absolutely no grievance may be held.
1.3. Logic is expected from either party. Thusly no
fighting or shouting is accepted in any way or
form. Only logical and calm explanation and
consulting is relevant until the grievance or
problem is resolved.
1.4. A truly heartfelt present is expected from
either party on their birthdays and Christmas.
1.5. If either party says something unliked in any
form by the other party, an immediate
grievance must be stated in any circumstance.
Later grievances will be subsequently void.

Section 5 : Alteration of Agreement

1.1. A three time failure of compliance is advised
for voidance of agreement.
1.2. Either party may request to void the agreement
at any time, without explanation, subsequently
voiding all regulations and agreements stated,
as in that case the friendship is most likely no
longer viable. The agreement may be
reinstated only once more after such a
voidance.
1.3. If lesser regulations and more perks are
wanted by either party, a request may be given
to upgrade the friendship agreement to the
relationship agreement. After request, a one
week waiting period is instated to accept or
deny the proposal. Any further action within
friendship is inappropriate. Upgrade to the
relationship agreement would also officially
state both parties to be in an intimate
relationship.
