I.
OBJETIVOS
1.
Determinacin del
coeficiente
de
difusin del aceite
de canola y girasol
durante
la
extraccin
con
hexano.
Aplicacin de la extraccin solido-liquido en la extraccin de
aceites, mediante el empleo del rotavapor.
Aplicacin del modelo difusional de extraccin que se basa
en la segunda ley de Fick.

MODELO MATEMTICOS:
Se propuso un modelo difusivo modificado dado por CRANK(1957),
considerando estado no estacionario y partculas de geometra
esfrica, suspendidas en un medio de concentracin constante sin
restriccin de volumen (Prez 2002).
