"Winning is a process through which we proclaim the gospel to every person in a way
that leads to true repentance.
Cells:- One of our goals is to connect every person to a cell group. As T.C.C.I moves
towards a cell based church, we believe the best place for people to grow and be cared for
is within a cell. Cell groups happen outside of the Sunday and Friday services, and
usually meet at another time and location. Revolution cell Groups facilitate, spiritual
growth, entry-level discipleship, community, leadership development and outreach. In a
cell group teens and young adults will make friends, be cared for and will grow in God.

Revolution Services:
Weekly Worship service: geared towards jr. high youth to college age young adults.
Service elements include praise and worship, connecting teams, offering, video elements,
special guests, testimonies, preaching, salvation altar call.
Revolution connecting teams:
Each week a 15-minute segment of our Friday night worship service is given to a
strategic connecting time. The goal is that every young person who comes on Friday
night will be noticed, talked to, encouraged and prayed for.

Consolidate
The care and attention that we should give to every new believer in order to reproduce in
him/her the character of Christ with the aim that he/she fulfills the purpose of God for
his/her life which is to bear fruit that endures.
Pre-encounter classes:
Basic steps of the Christian faith, Salvation, benefits of the cross and the power of God to
deliver you from your past.
Duration: Four Consecutive weeks
Encounter Weekend
An Encounter with Jesus Christ is one of the most beautiful experiences any human being
can have. The Encounter for many is the first experience of coming face to face with God
and His Word. It also confronts the past and uproots negative influences Through Biblical
teaching, ministry time, workshops and videos, each one will be sure of their salvation,
experience genuine repentance, break chains that bind to the past, receive emotional
(inner) healing, receive and experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit and have clarity

regarding the Vision. Only those who have gone through the Pre-Encounter are eligible to
take part.
Pre requisite - attend 3 of the 4 Pre-Encounter classes
Post-encounter classes
These classes are to help those just back from the Encounter to deal with the attacks of
Satan. It will also teach how to relate to the world, friends and problems and how to
overcome temptation, the flesh, sin, the world and the Devil. These classes will equip,
teach how to resist spiritual attacks and affirm ground taken at encounter. They will also
prepare the individuals to enroll in the School of Leaders . Pre requisite - Attend an
Encounter Weekend.
Topics covered include: How to Speak with God, Social Life, The Word, Sexuality, The
Church, A Balanced Life, Baptism, Music and its Influence in our lives, Knowing the
Will of God.
Duration : Ten Consecutive Weeks for one hour

Disciple
To prepare efficient cell leaders with the ability to win lives for Christ, who can continue
to disciple new believers until they become successful leaders

School of leaders
To prepare efficient cell leaders with the ability to win lives for Christ, who can continue
to disciple new believers until they become successful leaders. It is a program of simple
teaching, orientated to practical things, which motivates people to learn themselves. The
person gains practical experience through cells. It is for those who have completed an
Encounter and attended the Post Encounter teachings. The courses cover three primary
areas of study and ministry activation.
Semester 1 - Foundations in Christ: Builds a strong and meaningful foundation for your
relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ as well as a foundation for Christian living. It
includes the doctrines of the Bible as well as seminars on the family and courtship.
Semester 2 - Cell Group Ministry: Prepares and trains you in the fundamentals of leading
a Cell Group as well as seminars on intercession, evangelism and service.
Semester 3 - Leadership Through the Government of 12: Imparts the essential leadership
skills and anointing necessary to mentor leaders, multiply cell groups and build groups of

12. There is then deeper instruction in the process of Consolidation, the role of Holy
Spirit in our lives and ministry, and counseling.
Duration : Three semesters of ten weeks each.
Pre requisite - attend 8 of the 10 Post-Encounter classes
Group of leaders/ G12 cells
Once people graduate from the school of leaders they will plant a cell of their own. Now
as a cell leader they will join a leaders cell, or group of leaders A leaders cell can be
sometime larger than an open cell. Further discipleship happens through care, relationship
and coaching from a cell leader further along in the vision.
From the group of leaders, twelve leaders will be chosen to be part of that leader's G12.
The G12 becomes a group of friends who are fully formed and discipled by their leader
over an extended period of time. Working in the vision together continuing the process of
winning, consolidating, discipling and sending.

"The leader is sent and released fully in ministry; teaching, preaching, evangelization in
missions, including outreach locally and abroad.
Re-Encounter Weekend
The Re-Encounter occurs during the School of Leaders as an opportunity for the people
to have a weekend away for a time of refreshing, impartation, equipping for ministry, and
instruction in the Vision.
Pre requisite - Completed the first two semesters of the School Of Leaders
Cell planting
We believe that everyone can be a person of influence or a leader. Once people graduate
from the school of leaders they will plant a cell of their own under the care and assistance
of their cell leader.
Active ministry involvement
As cell leaders are now part of a group of leaders or a G12, they now facilitate and assist
in encounters, school of leaders
Development of a group of leaders and G12
As people are continually won to Christ through their network, the leader can now begin
to develop their own group of leaders and eventually their own G12
