allowedtheworlddatabreachersandtheSECviolatorstoplacemeunderadragnetofsurveillanceunder
anabuseofthePatriotActwithoutjustcauseforthreeyearstofoilmyinvestigation.Donesandhackers
tothepointoftortureanddanger.ThisisnotjokeIlivedit.TherearemanySECviolationstopickfrom
thegroupIinvestigatedandsurelyotheragenciesneedtobeinvolved.Ihavebeenblockedfrom
submittingmycomplaintonyoursite,IhavebeenstalkedbydronesIbeendrugawayinthemiddleof
thenightwitheffortstogetridofme,mymailhasnotmadeittoitsdestinations.Thiscaseinvolves
corruptpoliticsandmanyviolatorsintheUSandabroad.Theyhavestarvedoutmycompanyrerouted
phonecallsandstolemyfundsthatIneedtosurvive.IcannotmakeitanymoreIamgoingtogetthis
letterouttoyouandhaveallofthedatatoprovewhatIsay.Ineedassistanceimmediatelythingsare
gettingbad.IdonotknowwhototrustduetotheClintontiesregardingcampaignfinanceissues.Itlooks
liketheyhavebeenthereceiversoftheUSsstolenlootfromforeigninfluence.

ShaileshJ.Mehta,Twitter,Amazonandmanyandotherrelatedcompanies.Weweregivenanothersetof
staticipsandwereunabletomaintainourtrafficonthemonceagain.

CoxCommunicationssuggestedthatwemaybesufferingfroma"maninthemiddleattack,whichis
whenadroneoutfittedwithadevicelikeaPineappleoraSnoopwhichgiveittheabilitytoeasilyextract
thedatafromanycellphoneorcomputerinitspathandthencontrolyourdevicefromthereasitpleases
suchasbankemulationpagesect.DuetotheongoingdatabreachesImayhavetosubmitevidenceby1st
ClassMail.inthecasethedataisbeingsentbymailcarrierandmustbesignedfor.Irecentlyfoundthat
muchofthesurveillancehasbeenconductedbyBWSI(Phoenix)withsomeassistancefromIPM.com
andBWSIwhoisalsoknowninOhioasBlueWaterSatellite,ofwhommaybethekeytothedronesthat
havebeenhoveringabove.Iamconfidentthosewhoseektocoverupthecrimesaretheonesresponsible
forthedragnetonmydaytodaylifeonmysystemswithscriptthatseekstodestroythedataandcontrol,
controlmonitorandblockmyinternetusage.Idonotunderstandhowwantingtotakeontheburdenof
reportingsuchanimportantandmonumentaltaskwithoutpayandplentyofdanger.

IactuallyrecentlycaughtthecompanybythenameofBWSIhasbeenperforminganillegalsurveillance
operationinavacanthomeinadevelopmentbehindourlicensedprivateinvestigativeagency.BWSI
appearstobeworkingforGoogleClient5whichinformationindicatesisaclientofGooglethathas
contractedfortheAsiaPacificwithtiestoIndia,Australia,SwitzerlandandSouthAfrica.Idonotbelieve
thatGOOGLEInc.isdirectlyinvolvedbytheinformationthatIreceivedbuttheirplatformisat
minimumbeingabusedonaprolificlevel.Todatedespitethemanyattacksandattemptstodestroydatait
appearsthatGooglehaspreservedthatdatabuthaskeptitsdistanceforitsownlegalreasons.Ihave
reportedsomeofwhathastakenplacetoGooglebuthavenotheardbackinanywayotherthatseeingmy
dataisstillpreserved.ThereisadefiniteundueinfluencebythelocalgovernmentoftheCityofPeoria
Arizonawhohasfailedtoactonourbreachallegationsandcontinuetoallowindividualstousenon
occupiedhomesinthePulteDevelopmentincludingthemodelhomestoutilizetechnologiestohijackour
ipandinjectscriptthatamountstocontroldevicesoftware.

Ourmailboxeshavebeenbrokenintoandsomeoneevenchangedthelocksononeoccasion,cellphones
hackedwithVPNs,computersandanythingwithawificonnectionhasbeenhacked.Ihavebeenin
attempttodeliverthiscomplainttotheSECforsometimebutthedragnethaspermittedmefromdoingso
byactuallyblockingthecoupledwiththefearofharmtomyfamily.Myphonehavebeentappedbya
companynamedIPMinNewYorkwhohasalsoscriptedournetworksremotely.ThelocalCityofPeoria
AZattorneyMichaelWawroinefforttocoveruphisfishingexpeditioninvokedthePatriotActonme
accordingtoadetectivethatfoundnowrongdoingonmypart.IcalledPeoriaPdthereportthethedata
breachandtheintrusivedrones,andinsteadoftakingmyreportIwascartedoffforacourtordered
mentalevaluationwhichwasregurgitatedbythehospitalwhoquashedtheorderwithoutcourtaction.Mr.
WawrothecityattorneywhostandsbehindhisCitiesinvolvementwithabitcoinwebsitewithsyndicate
tiessentdocumentationtothehospitaltryingtokeepmeindefinitely.Thesearethekindofindividualsin
apositionofpowerthatarecorruptandviolatetheconstitutionalrightsofcitizensfordubiousreasons.

AsItypethiscomplaintmysystemisunderattackformydataandithasbeengoingonforthreeyears
gettingworsebythedaysoIthereforemustsubmitwhatIcantodaytogetthingsgoing.Ihavebeenable
toteachmyselfhowtogaincontrolofmydevice.PreviouslyeveryopportunityIhadtosubmita
complaintIexperiencedablockonyoursubmitbuttononyoursite,Idonotknowifitisonyoursideor

supplementit.ManyoftheplayersareachiprightoffoftheStanfordGroup(AllenStanford).

Ipossessinformationthatconfirmswhoisresponsibleformostallofthemajordatabreacheswhichin
itselftheactivitiesandthecompaniesinvolvedcomportintoSECviolationsandotherfraudsthathave
greatlyaffectedandimpactedtheeconomyasawhole.MyinvestigationstartedNovember12th2012
untilcurrentdayandcontinuing.Iunderstandthatthewhistleblowerslawoffersprotectiontoonly
insidersanditismyhopethatsinceIworkforMCthatthelawincludesmeduetothedangerthatI
havefacedwillcontinuetoface.RegardlessofyourdecisiontothatregardIstillwanttobeincludedina
rewardformyoriginalinformationandIwillcontinuetosupportandsupplyinformationandfurther
understandingofthesemonumentalcases(s).Itismyopinionthathandledcorrectlythiscasecould
significantlybringAmericaoutofadeficitandthedataexplainsthecontroversyoverthe1.2trillionof
blackmoneyheldbyCreditSuisseandthefindingsofOperationRedSpiderwiththeICICIBankof
India.Idowishtoparticipateinanyandallprosecutionsandoradministrativehearingstoassureevery
justiceisdone.IalsoamnotopposedtoanyFederalAgencyusingthedatafrommyinvestigationto

Mycomplaintinvolvespubliclytradedcompanieswhoareengagedinillegalconductassociatedwiththe
largestcriminalsyndicateinhistoryoftheworldwhoIhaveinformationprovingtheyareaswell
connectedtothefinancialhackersthataremuchsoughtafter.Myinvestigationbeganwithaninquiryinto
CalpianCommerceamerchantaccountproviderovera500,000.00discrepancy.Theinvestigationopened
upPandora'sboxthatexposedthecertainplayersinthemerchantaccountanddomainindustrybeing
involvedinmajorbankfraud,hackingdomaintheftandtiedtothe"backoff"malwareandothercontrol
devices.

AfterIconfirmedthattheindividualsandentitiesthatIseekaretheactualcoreofresponsibleentities
withcommoninterestsandcommongoalsmovingtogetherinconcertwithagrowingequityownership
monopolizationeffecttouncomprehensiblemagnitudebytheuseofreinvestmentofstolenassetsinto
themarketbymembersofthedifferentSiliconValleyInvestmentGroupssuchasComVestInvestments,
KKR,OakInvestmentPartners,GraniteHillInvestmentswhosechieffundingsourcesarepooledfrom
theCountryofIndiaandtheUK,Inamethemandexplainnow.Justtosetthestageforaproper
investigationthefoundationofevidenceagainstsomeoftheseentitiesistheresultsof"OperationRed
Spider"whichconfirmedthatsometimeinLateFebruaryof2013andearlyMarchjustbrieflyafterthe

Targetbreachhundredsofmillionsofdollarsinblackmoneyhadbeendepositedandwashedintowhite
moneyandthenreinvestedbackintothemarketaimedatequitymonopolizationandTechCo.Infusions.

theirowncapital,allhaveanarrowregiondowntotheschoolsthattheyattendedthatoutweighswhatis

invested3.8billiondollarsintotwitterthatheclaimstoobtainedfromthesaleofhissoftwarecompany
thatgavehimthefundstoinvestintotwitter.HeaswellasmanyotherIndiangrowncompanieshave
investedheavilyintheAmericanMarketintomajorcompanies,investmentsorinfusions.Whatwedonot
usuallyknowisthebackendagreement(s)thatrequireeverydimeofthebuyoutorinvestmentmustbe
reinvestedbackintoIndiagrowncompanieswiththeprofitsfromtheirreturnsonprovensuccessful
Americanbusinesses.Thisalsocreatesagapofourabilitytoinquirewherethefundsactuallycamefrom
andconfirmthelegitimacyofthosefundssinceitisoutofourjurisdictiontodoso.AnotherExampleis
the10MILthatHaroldMontgomeryofCalpiancommercereceivedtopurchasePipelinedata'sassets
cameapricetagoftheequalamounttobereinvestedbackintoDDPLtheholdingcompanyfortheIndian
basedcompanyMoneyonMobilewhichiswhichisamobiletomobilemoneytransfersystemforpoor
andruralcountriessuchastheoriginalItaliaMPesaplatform.Mr.Montgomeryalsoagreedtogivethe
CEOofMoneyonMobileprocessorrightstoShashankJoshi.Thismeansgivingaforeignnational
subjecttoprevioustariffsaccesstoAmericanProcessingofCreditCards.
ImportanttonotethatShaileshJ.MehtatheinvestorofGraniteHillwhoinvestedthe10MILinto
CalpianmadethetransactionatatimewhenGraniteHillwasadefunctcorporationaccordingto
CaliforniaCorporationsrecordsandwasnotregisteredwiththeUnitedStatesForeignInvestmentOffice
oranyotherlegitimateentity.AdditionallywhenthetransactionactuallytookplaceatPipelineDatas
Chapter11hearingtheDARKHORSEbidderwasCOMVESTofwhomCalpianhashadmanyother
dealingswithregardingtheinvestmentsofcreditcardrevenueflowsNOT(GraniteHillasisevidenced
bythecontractualagreement).
AlsoimportanttonotethatwhenPipelineDatafiledforbankruptcyittotallymisrepresentedthevalueof
itsassetsandfailedtolistcertainassetsalltogether.PipelineDataslistedtheirassetstobeworthfrom1
millionto10milliontothebankruptcycourtanditslistofassetsincludedCardAccept,AirCharge,
SecurePay,NorthernMerchant,andMobileSwipe,thatwerealllistedaseitheraproprietarysoftwareora
trademarkandputitsdebtsinthe50millionto100millionrange.Thepetitionliststhelargestunsecured
creditorasmerchantprocessorCynergyDataLLC,whichPipelineclaimedtoowe1.62millionfor
processingservices.PipelinesmajorityownerisaprivateequityfirmComvestPartners,whichin2009
boughttheassetsoftheBankruptCynergyData.PipelinespetitionlistsComvestasitssecondlargest
unsecuredcreditortowhichPipelineclaimedtoowe520,825.00.Toconfusethingsevenmorebackin
2006,Pipelinesold37millioninfouryearconvertiblenotestorefinancedebtandfundacquisitions.

Pipelinethenannounceditwasexperiencingfinancialdifficulties,thoughthedocumentdidnotsay
exactlywhy.
TheninFebruaryof2009,Comvestandtwoindividualinvestors(tobenamed)bought15millionof
Pipelinesconvertiblestockandtherebytookcontrolofthecompany.SowhydidShaileshJ.Mehtagive
Calpian10milliontopurchasePipelinesassetswhenComvestappearedastheDarkHorsebidder.
CynergyandPipelineDataaredirectlyconnectedininvestmentsandotherholdingcompaniesandboth
havepracticedabusesinthebankruptcycourtinwhatiscalledprearrangedorprepackagedbankruptcy
plans.CaseslikethisfallundertheBankruptcyAbuseandConsumerProtectionAct.Tofurtherthispoint
wecantakealookattheundervaluedandmiscatigorizedassetsofPipelineData.IncidentallyPipeline
claimedtohave36employeesandthatisthesame36employeesgiveortakethatcurrentlyworkat
CalpianatthesameofficelocationsasPipelineData.IncidentallyaswesitheretodayCynergyDataand
CalpianCommerceareinvolvedinalitigationadversetooneanother.

Underthetermsoftheagreement,PipelinewillbuyCharge.comfor$7.5millionincash,$3.5
millionintheformofapromissorynote,5millionsharesofPipelinecommonstockandan
additional1millionsharesofPipelinecommonstockbutyetwhenitcametimetofilingfor
bankruptcyPipelinecompletelyfailedtomentionCharge.comatallwhichstillremainsin
businesstoday.Calpianalsogrosslyunderestimatedtheiraccountsreceivableandallotherassets
thatwerepowerhouseprocessorswerepassedoffastrademarksorsoftwarefornominalvalues
whentheyallproducedintothehundredsofmillionsofdollarsbutclaimedtheywereworthnext
tonothingintheirBK.
IbegananinvestigationintothemerchantaccountofthecompanythatIworkforMCand
learnedinsideinformationbecausethemerchantISOCalpianCommerce(Bank)whopurchased
theassetsof
PipelineDatawhoformallyplacedthebusinessMCona20%rollingreserveaccount.I
becameconcernedovertheaccountingpracticesofCalpianandconductedanauditwhereinIfoundin
totalapproximately480,000thatwasneverfundedinbankdepositsoverasixyearperiodjustofftheface
valueofthestatementsalone.IalsofoundthatmethodsusedwentagainsttheFTCandtheETAashas
beenenumeratedin"OperationChokeHold".Accordingtocurrentcasesthathavesetaprecedentitis
impropertorequireaMerchanttobeonarollingreserveafterthefactofagoodfinancial.Reservesof
anykindareonlytobeemployedattheinceptionoftherelationshipandonlyontheinceptionifthe
merchanthasaweakfinancialorotherregulatedcircumstance.

OnceaMerchantisapprovedonagoodfinancialsuchasMCwasanylateractivitythatraisesredflags
theISOcaneithercontinuewiththemerchantafterexplanationandconfirmationortheISOmustfind
thattheconductfraudulentandconfirmsuchbyplacingthemerchantontheMATCHSYSTEMbanning
merchantfromhavinganyothermerchantaccountopened.Thisisimportantbecausewhenamerchant
accountiscanceledforfraud,themerchantmustbereportedtotheMATCHSYSTEMaccordingto
NACHA,FTCandtheETA.Declaringamerchanttobeafraudulentbusinessisaseriousmatterwith
seriousimplicationsforanumberofyearsandanychargebacksthatdeclarethetransactionor
transactionswerefraudulentmustfileapolicereporttoevenmakeachargebackdeclaringthechargesto
beoffraudulentnaturebeforeitcanevenbesubmittedforthechargebackprocessaccordingtothe
FederalGuidelinesandmanybankpolicies.Howevermanyhaverelaxedonfederalguidelinesandhave
pushedthroughfraudchargeswithouteverreceivingapolicereport.Inessencemerchantsarebeing
eitherplacedona20%rollingreserveorblackballedfromobtainingamerchantaccountiftheydonot
complywiththewishesoftheISOwithnopoliceandnotruecaseofactiontojustifytheserious
consequencesthatareplaceduponthemerchant.InMCssituationthecompanyhadastrongfinancial
atthetimeoftheinceptionoftheinitialagreementthatwasactuallymadewithCharge.comanditwas
onlyafterPipelineDatapurchasedCharge"dot"comfor170Mildid"MC"gethitwitha20%rolling
reserveultimatumafteroneclientmadeafraudclaimonacharge.Eventhough"MC"provedwith
supportingdocumentationthatitperformedtheservicesrenderedtothesatisfactionofthecontracted
services"MC"lostthechargeback.

MORESPECIFICMERCHANTACCOUNTFRAUD

Theclientdidnoteverfiletherequiredpolicereportregardingtheclaimsofafraudulentcharge.MClater
wonacourtactionagainstthecustomerwhooriginallyreportedthefraud,butthatmadenodifferenceto
PipelinenorCalpian.Thechargewasa950.00retainerandPipelineDataheldthosefundsandan
additional19Kandrequired"MC"tosignthe20%rollingreservethatstatedallrollingreserveamounts
willberefundedbacktothemerchant6monthsaftertheaccountwascancelledorthemerchantcancels.
Thetermrollingreserveactuallydefinedinthereferstotheamountheldshouldberecycledbacktothe
merchanteverysixmonthsofwhatisbeingheldasthosechargesagebeyondthecustomersabilitytofile
forachargebackclaimaccordingtothefederalandVisaMasterCardstandardssoatmostthemerchant
isonlyout6monthsofitsgrossatalltimestoprotectthemerchantfrombeingleftfromholdingthebag
onanaccountthatmaynothavethefundstocoveranygivenchargebackthatcomesin.Thesetypeof
practicesandothershaveinducedtheoverallchargebackssignificantlyacrosstheUnitedStatesallso
theseISOscanholdonto20%percentofmostmidrangebusinessowners.Mostmidrangebusiness
ownerscannotaffordtostayinbusinessandusuallylosetheirAmericandreamtoowntheirown

whichissecondtoMexico.IncomparisontoGermanywhoonlyhasa6%fraudratingintheircreditcard
industry.

IalsofoundthatalloftheISOsbelowWellsFargoandFirstData(whobothareheavilyfundedby
investmentgroupssuchasKKRandofthelikewithSiliconValleyorIndiaties)donotrequireanyof
theirecommerceoronlinemerchantstorequiretheCVV23digitSecurityCodeonthereverseofthecard
accountingofthetotalamountbeingheldandwastoldthatMateCheckonlyhad1,500.00inreserves
wheninfactthefigureshouldhavebeenover500,000.00(fivehundredthousand)not(fifteenhundred
dollars).Wedemandedanauditandinsteadourmerchantaccountwasshutdownwithoutnoticewith
approximately50Kindepositsexpectedtoaswellbeheld.

AllavenuesofFraudleadtoamannamedShaileshJ.Mehtawhoaccordingtorecordswasresponsible
fordrivingProvidianintothegroundin2002.IfoundthatMr.Mehtawasadvertisingcreditcard
factoringjobsoutofhisofficeinSanMateoCalifornia,whereinheofferedtoprovidemerchantaccounts
toindividualsandgivethem15%ofallofthechargesforprocessingMarigoldJuicesCreditCard
transactions.Uponinformationandbeliefthechargeswereassociatedwithstolencreditcarddata.After
researchingMr.Mehta'sresumeIlearnedeverywhereheworkedorparticipatedasanequityowner
sufferedmajorbreachesorfraudbutMr.Mehtaalwaysseemedtoflyundertheradar.WhenMrMehta
infusedCalpianCommercewith10MILherequestedprocessorrightsthatwasgranted.WhenIlooked
deeperintothemerchantreservematterIlearnedtherewasalreadysomefraudulentbehaviorcomparable
withthelineofISO'sunderWellsFargoandFirstData.

Mr.PaladiniofCynergyDatahadformerlybeenunabletoaccountforover20Milinmerchantreserves
andwasnotturnedoverforprosecutionbyBMOHarrisandinsteadwasplacedonaforbearance
agreement.Ialsolearnedthattherewasapendingfederalprosecutionagainstamanbythenameof
JeremyJohnsonoutofUtah.Authoritiesfirstthoughthewassolelyresponsibleforhavinghundredsof
fraudulentmerchantaccountswithshelldotcom's,butmyinformationprovedthatitwouldhavebeen
impossibleforhundredsofmillionsofdollarsinfraudulentchargestojustgobywithoutknowledgeor
fedflagsfromtheactualprocessorstoshuttheaccountsdown.WhenCynergyDatafiledChapter11Mr.
Paladinionlymadesurethattheshelldotcomcompanieswerepaidinfullfortheirmerchantreserve
accountsinsteadofthethousandsoflegitimatecompanieswhoneverwerelistedorsawadimeoftheir
deposits.IdidfindthataroundthesametimethatMr.Palidinicouldnotaccountforthe20Mila
salesmanfromCynergyData(nametocome)madeapublicannouncementthatheprocured20Mil
financingtobeginabusinessofferingcashadvancestomerchants.SincethenmostISO'sofferfunding
servicestotheirmerchantsatexuberantrateswhichhasbecomeabilliondollarbusinessandforthemost
partloaningmoremoneythanbanksonriskypaper.TheseISO'shavebeeneitherlivingoffofmerchant
reservesorusingthemerchantsdepositstoreinvestintotheindustryfortheirownbenefit.Intimesof
scrutinyorreportingthemerchantreservesareusedasaliabilityandintimesofattractinginvestorsthe
revenuesareaddedtotheISO'sprofitmarginforreportingtoinvestors.

patroned.WellsFargowouldnotacceptthechargebackbystatingitwasacardswipetransactionwhich
wouldhavebeenimpossiblefromthemerefactNoMemberofMChadbeeninCaliforniaatthattime.
UponresearchofthecompanieslistedaddresswasactuallytheChineseMusicAndArtslocationinSan
FranciscoCa.AfterContactingthelocationanAsianwomansaidthattheywerenotresponsibleforthe

businessandthatthebusinesswasactuallylocatedintheCityofIndustryCa.WhenIcontactedthe
locationintheCityofIndustryIwaspromisedcallsthatwereneverreturned.WellsFargo'ssocalledzero
liabilitypolicywasashallowpromise.Thereweremanychargesjustlikethisonefromanumberof
differentcompaniesfromallacrosstheU.Sadoverseas.TherewasanothersitenamedStraply.comthat
livesuptoitsbootstrappednameandIwasabletoobtainamanifestofcompaniesassociatedwiththat
platform.IalsoranacrossaPDFdocumentonlineregarding"WheyProteinPowder"thatwasactuallya
hiddengiantmanifestofcompanieslinkedtothelineofISO'sunderWellsFargoandFirstDatawhichI
debuggedinordertoopenitupofwhichIwillprovidewithallotherdocumentsmentionedherein.

TherollingreservesisabigareaoffraudcarriedoutbytheselineofISO'swhouponinformationand
beliefinducechargebacksbyfailingtosubmitthemerchantsresponsetothechargebacksothe

WellsFargo(changedbankstatements,accountthefts,undiscloseddatabreaches,behaviorevidences
involvement).IdiscoveredallofmyevidencehadbeeninjectedbyaRussianwebsitedb30.comasa
preefforttostealmyevidencefromme.IhaveevidenceofaconnectionbetweenWellsFargoandthis
website.WhileinvestigatingMCmerchantaccountIfoundthatthehardcopybankstatementstothe
merchantfromWellsFargowerelaterchangedandrecalculatedwhencomparedtotheonlinestatements
afterthefactpostmailing.Thiswasalarmingandindicatedsomethingdeepertroubling.WellsFargohas
beenprovidedthedataandhasdonenothingbywayofanyefforttorectifythematter.Themerchanthas
everybankstatementandeverymerchantstatement.Ialsofoundthatwhentheirwasachargeback
Calpianwouldwithholdthefundsfromincomingdepositsandaswellwithdrawthesameamountfrom
themerchant'saccount.ToaddinsulttoinjuryIfoundthatwhenthemerchantdidwinthedispute
Calpianwouldwithdrawtheamountagaininsteadofdepositingit.OnoneoccasionIcaughtthemjustas
ithappenedandtheysaidthatitwasanerrorandreversedit.Ialsofoundthattheirwasasignificant
amountoffraudulentchargesthatwerenevermadebythemerchant.WellsFargostatedthatthecharges
wereeitherswipedorthepincodewasused.Thisiswherethecomplainthereinthatmergesintothemost
criticallightonthehackinganddatabreachesintheUnitedStatesandquestionstheintentionsand
loyaltiesofequityownershipasanavenuethatmustbecappedofandrunintermediatelyceasedbythe
government.

Otherinvestigationshaveshownthatthehackersyndicateonceinsidethebankcomputersystemthey
wereabletomanipulatethebanksonlinebankingportalwiththesameabilityasthebank.Evidencein
thiscaseeithersuggeststhatthehackershavebeendeepintoWellsFargo'sbankingsystemorWells
Fargoiscommittingthefraudthemselves.MateChecksstatementsalsoshowedmany"inbranch

withdrawals"withnobranchnumberonthetransactionlineofthestatementortransactionsreferenced
thea"checkwritten"butthecheckreferencedwasnotattachedtothestatementliketheotherchecks
were.OnoneoccasionSandraHopeownerofMateCheckdidgointoabranchstoretopurchaseamoney
ordertorenewherprivateinvestigativelicencefor277.00andwhenshereceivedherstatementthe
transactionreflected377.00.Ms.HopepressedWellsFargofortheharddataandvideoandwasdenied
thevideobutwasprovidedhardcopydata.WellsFargo'spositionwasthatMs.Hopepurchasedthe
moneyorderandrequestedanadditional100.00incashback.Thisiswhythevideowasdemandedbut
wasrefused.Theharddatathatwereceivedwasasloppyforgeryattemptwithafatalerror.Theforgery
providedbythebankshowedanincorrectaccountnumberwhichturnedouttobeabadcutandpastejob.
WhenMr.HopebroughtthisbackuptothebanksattentionanexecutivehigherupatWellsFargotold
Ms.Hopetogointoanybranchandget100.00incashfromthetellerwiththeletterinhandinsteadof
creditingtheaccount.Thisobviouslyhasnothingtodowiththeamountofthetransactionitnowdeals
withtheleveloffrauddirectlyfromWellsFargoinconjunctionwithalloftheotherfraudexhibitedon
theaccount.OnanotheroccasiontherewasafraudulentACHwithdrawalof14,000.00thatItrackedtoa
brokerageaccountbeforethefundsweretransmittedoutofthecountry.WellsFargoneverupdatedMate
Checkabouttheirinvestigationandthebrokerageaccountaswelldeniedtodisseminatethedatatous.It
ismyopinionthatWellsFargoiseitherinvolvedinthefraudorhijackedandterrifiedtogopublic.

Ifoundsomeindividualsonlinewhoexperiencedtheinbranchwithdrawalswithnobranchidfinally
obtainedarefundfromWellsFargobutitwastimeconsumingandtheyhadtoactuallygoinpersonthe
thecorporateofficestogetfinality.AfterconductingfurtherresearchonWellsFargo'sdomainIlearned
thattheywerehackedintobyaforeignentitythatextractedandthenappearedtodepositintothebank
accountofanotherentityatanotherbank.Ihavewitnessedstatementsthatshowcheckswrittenthatwere
neverwrittenandIhaveseeactualforgedoverthecounterchecksandmoneyordersthatwerecoveredup
byWellsFargoinsteadofbeingtransparentaboutit.WellsFargostheftsandacquiesceofitsISOs
continualmerchantfraudandbankfraudappeartomakethemaparticipantratherthanavictim.One
merchant'sblackandwhitestatementsaresoblatantofanalmosthalfamilliondollarfraudthatitis

manifestofbusinessthatwasdecodedinanonlinePDFthatlistsmostallofthecompaniesintheir
manifesto.
Thesesitesarelinkreferralsiteswhothenreferonlylinkstothesearchedforquerytothe
manifestofbusinessessuchasthemerchant
accountindustry,domainwebhostingandcloudstorage
industry.Accordingtomyinvestigationthedronehasbeenattackingforatleast2yearsandwehavebeen
undersiegeeversincetheTargetHack.Iwillfollowupwiththisreportwithevenmoredetailedupdated
informationsincethiscaseinvolvessomanycompanies.Mybestassessmentistheobviousplayersofthe
hacksareinvolvedbuttheremaybesomecompanieswhoareonlyvicariouslyliableforchoosingthe
wrongAdvertiser.TheAdvertisershavemadeheaderrequestsonindividualswhoforinstancevisita
Facebook,orGoogleAdvertisersitelikeRipoffreport.comandareliterallyhackedintojustbythe
maliciousscriptthatIhavedocumentedwhentheymerelyvisitnotevenjoin.Thisleftanavenueforthe
hackersofAppinTechtogointhebackdoorthatwasleftandtheythenpulledoffthemajorheistsas
describedabove.

Idohavetwotwitteraccountsthatmyaccountingofeventsastheyunfoldedwaslaidout.Pleasewade
throughmypersonalopinionsbearinginmindthesignificantconstantintrusionanddangersmyfamily
facedsincetheintrusionbegan.Theinvestigativedataanddocumentspostedaretrueandcorrect
(@reallitytvpi)and(@realitytvpi2)thatwerepostedonmysocialmediahitsoclosetohome.Thereare
