Able to witness Heat exchangers, shell & tube bundles Inspection
Able to Review Quality Assurance Plan(QAP),welding Procedure Specification (WPS) &
Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Witness of Welder Qualification Test (WQT)
according to ASME Sec IX, API 1104 and reviewing RT Films
Able to check welding materials (Electrodes classification, Filler Wire) and baking of
Low Hydrogen Electrodes (Basic electrodes).
Able to Witness Pipe welding activities according to QAP and Witness Hydro Tests of
pipe loops, checking the blinds, new replacements & vent & drain gauges
Able to Follow up the repair activities using the procedure and Repair Inspection of NDT

In-Plant Training

Attended 12 days In-Plant training at UNITED ENTERPRISES, Coimbatore, With In-plant

training Certificate.
