questionswellbeforehandandfireaway.Thepersonwhogoesthe
furthestasksthebestquestions.Alwaysformulatestrategicquestionsand
makesuretheyleadyouintothechannelinwhichyouwouldliketobe.

5.StartPlanning:Writedownthegoalthatyouhaveandformulateaplan
toachieveit.Thisissimplerthanyouthink.Allyouhavetodoistohavea
majorgoalfor2015andwritedown20ideasormoreonhowyoucan

Therewere5.1millionjobopeningsatthecloseofFebruary2015,the
highestlevelofopeningssinceJanuary2001,accordingtothelatestJob
OpeningsandLaborTurnoverSurveyreportfromtheBureauofLabor
Statistics(BLS).
Thenumberofavailablejobstickedup168,000fromJanuary2015and
significantlyrosefrom4.2millionayearago.
Overthe12monthsendinginFebruary2015,hirestotaled59.3millionand
separationstotaled56.1million,yieldinganetemploymentgainof3.2
million.Therewere4.9millionhiresinFebruary,whichdespitetheincrease
injobopenings,continuesadownwardtrendfrom5.0millionhiresin
Januaryand5.1millionhiresinDecember2014.
