Any User cannot avail himself of the reference to the CODRES if he has not complied with
all the provisions applicable to the construction considered.
Thus, referring to separate chapters of the CODRES does not allow a "certficate of conformity to the Code" to be issued.

about the date of publication and the purchase procedure (Neither automatic sending nor subscription to the updates is provided for).
The modifications are indicated : with E: editorial corrections and with T: technical corrections or supplements.

existing 6 (six) months before the date of coming into effect of the contract.

SNCT Publications is and remains the holder of all the intellectual property rights with respect to the author rights
and the rights on the databases for the CODRES
Any reproduction, performance, duplication in any form or by any means, in particular by photocopying, without prior explicit agreement
from SNCT Publications and its entitled beneficiaries, if relevant, would constitute a counterfeiting offence.
Any counterfeiting offence is punishable by up to three years imprisonment and a fine of 300 000 (French intellectual property code, see hereafter).
The application of penal sanctions does not constitute an obstacle to civil actions to recover damages.
Moreover, the publication of the judgement may be ordered.
