VISION OF THE LION
The CAVITE FINEST COORDINATING
ACTION GROUP AND RESCUE (LION), INC., is a
non-governmental organization which task is
to raise its project called public relation to
the government and likewise, government
relation to the public, to coordinate and
preserve assistance to the government and
the public by promoting peace and order in its
communities, healthy environment and to
sustain the livelihood programs thru the
adoption in the form of MANNA SYSTEM, for
the benefit of all members well-being. The
organization will replanted with different
kinds of trees and to preserve the
environmental needs of nature.
MISSION OF THE LION
The CAVITE FINEST COORDINATING
ACTION GROUP AND RESCUE (LION), INC.,
leadership, will pursue all out campaign
against illegal activities, armed conflict
between the government and private armed
groups and to join established systematic
solutions to generate the peoples support
for peace and order drives against organized
crimes, terrorists, other illegal activities and
vice-versa. The instituted measures to effect
crime prevention, protect lives, property and
unification, for love, peace and justice,
nationwide.

These measures resulted in significant

solutions, as example by the leadership of this
organization, for the following reasons:
1. Good relations of members and common
people to restore peace and order;
2. No discrimination to its race, color,
culture and religion;
3. To attend seminars and other activities
required by the GOs and NGOs;
4. Allowing all members to put-up different
livelihoods;
5. Creation of different kinds of activities
and human development;
6. Spreading word of GOD from different
kind of religions;
7. Sustaining members confidence to the
leadership of the Highest Leaders of the
land, the rule of law, and justice system;
ACTION PLAN OF LION
a. To conduct recruitment of members;
b. To conduct and facilitate seminars on
various government agencies, more
particularly on illegal drugs awareness
and crime prevention;
c. To coordinate and to tie-up with local
government (Governor, Mayors,
Barangays and other related
government units as to be deputized in
enforcing laws and civil orders, and as
aid in crime prevention, and to share
knowledge related to our Justice
System. Likewise, to assist crowd and
enforce traffic rules and regulations,
also to provide assistance in any
tragedies and calamities;

d. To secure Accreditation/Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) to different private sectors
and Government Institutions (DILG, DOJ, DOTC,
MMDA, TESDA, DENR, DAR, DepEd, DOH, DND,
NFA, DFA and other concerned government
agencies, in order to assists the implementing
program of the government;
e. Having in order and good relations among
members, and to link-up with GOs & NGOs;
f. Gaining more benefits thru different kinds of
livelihood programs for small and medium
entrepreneurs;
g. To sustain education, sports and
entertainment, that will help develop the
knowledge in different skills and capacities of
among members that may be useful, which
included moral recovery program.
BRIEF HISTORY OF LION
Way back to remember, a former Philippines
Constabulary (PC) and now Philippine National
Police (PNP), the officer and a gentlemen SPO3
LEONARDO B. TORRES, even when he was still in
high school, he already dreamt of helping his
fellowmen. The desire kept lingering in his mind, as
he grew older as he witnessing the deterioration
of governance and morality brought about the
poverty and corruption. People became lesser
respecting of the laws of the land. As a
policeman, he encountered different kinds of
difficulties to serve and protect our country and
people and for so many unexpected circumstances
he suddenly left his duty as a Police Officer.

SPO3 LEO B. TORRES, began to think, dream,

visualize and pray, on how he can help even in
his little way as a private citizen. He is now the
current
President
of
Home
Owners
Association of Greenbreeze 1, Langkaan II,
Dasmarias City, Cavite. He is elected as Vice
President of Federation of Homeowners
Association
of
Dasmarias
City,
Cavite
(FHADaCC. In addition, Leo B. Torres is also the
current President and Chairman of Caviteo
Antiqueo Farmers Association, Inc. (CAFA)
with 300 members. He enjoys serving as public
servant, and he looked for individuals who
have the same quest to serve the people, with
the same principles and point of view, no matter
what status they have in life.
President Leo B. Torres seek the advice of a
friend, Tom I. Bugaoan and gave him the
inspiration and encouragement to form an
organization which aim is to be a serviceoriented group in nature. Thus, the power of
determinations became in reality when a number
of trusted associates in the person of Alfeo S.
Sollegue, Marieta C. Yongis and Erik Jason L.
Ragas, wherein, sharing of ideas about the new
organization will be formed. Indeed, CAVITE
FINEST COORDINATING ACTION GROUP AND
RESCUE (LION), INC., was born on March 16,
2015, with Certificate of Incorporation, under
Company Reg. No. CN2015505096, Company TIN
008-982-263, issued by Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC).
