use at appropriate leads prior to pilot

side

Adequate accommodation must be supplied

to all shore side personnel

Minimum of 2 winch drums on aft deck must

be able to operate simultaneously

If there is no winch forward of the

accommodation then aft deck must have
sufficient bitts to secure 10 lines
