NATIONAL OIL

Scope of Work

2D Seismic Data Processing Services

1. Objective
The objective of this onshore 2D seismic data processing is to achieve good quality seismic data
sufficient for detailed structural interpretation and precise reservoir characterization in a timely
manner.

2. Processing Strategy
The processing shall be conducted as described in this Exhibit.

In the processing CONTRACTOR shall submit to NATIONAL OIL weekly report which describes
the items in this Exhibit.

In order for NATIONAL OIL to have a quick, comprehensive and continuous QC,
CONTRACTOR shall set the FTP server and WEBVISTAwhich is web based, project tracking
and QC system, fully secured.

In the processing, CONTRACTOR shall submit to NATIONAL OIL the products which include
the items as listed in this Exhibit. CONTRACTOR shall make every effort to deliver the products
of best quality within the specified schedule, which allow quantitative use of the processed data
for detailed structural interpretation and precise reservoir characterization

3. Acquisition Specification
The field data for the processing shall be acquired using the following basic parameters;

4. 2D Processing Sequence
4.1 Basic 2D PSTM Processing Sequence
CONTRACTOR shall follow the below processing sequence that mean the basic processing.
However, CONTRACTOR shall fine-tune and optimize the proposed sequences, trying to
achieve the objective of onshore 2D seismic data processing, under the supervision of
NATIONAL OIL.

The below processing sequences shall be followed. However, if there are Contractor's
proposed sequences, those proposals may be submitted.

4.2 Optional Sequence

The CONTRACTOR may add its recommended processing items or propose to apply the
latest processing technique. In such case, the CONTRACTOR must propose the
compensation in the price list in addition to what is provided in the proposal. The final
processing sequence shall be determined by NATIONAL OIL during processing.

upon finalization of contract in accordance with bidding procedures. The CONTRACTORs

proposed turnaround schedule shall be reflected in final executed contract.
7. Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE
CONTRACTOR shall implement and maintain a quality assurance and quality control systems
and HSE systems and if requested by NATIONAL OIL, CONTRACTOR shall submit to
NATIONAL OIL documents which describe such systems applied to the Services.

8. Representative
NATIONAL OIL shall send its representative(s) to CONTRACTOR's processing centre during
the processing work for start-up meeting and checking processing flow and processing
parameters as well as quality control. CONTRACTOR shall provide NATIONAL OIL's
representative(s) with adequate office facilities and all necessary assistance to NATIONAL OIL's
representative(s), including but not limited to workstation hardware and software, digital access to
CONTRACTOR's processing system required for quality control, Internet access, and other
facilities required for communication with NATIONAL OIL's offices.

9. Technical Questionnaire

The TENDERs are requested to indicate:

- Turn-around time on bar-chart with break down for each processing items.
- Contractors personnel resume. Processing team for this project.
- Additional optional processes.

What main hardware do you have to be used for velocity analysis, migration and other
processing? Please give details (computer power in G. Flops, number of CPUS (nodes), capacity
of disk and memory and so on).

Estimate of the duration time of both 2D processing and 2D reprocessing.
