1.

What do you think of AHP as a decision-making method?

2.

Did you find it easy to use or not? Explain

3.

How do you think it can be best taught to students?

4.

Did you find any confusing aspects in AHP? Explain

5.

Do you plan to use AHP in the future? Why or why not? If yes, for what?

6.

How does AHP compare with other decision-making tools that you have learned?

1. Due to its deliberate method for decision making as it points exactly what the persons preference is. It gives the mangers a better perspective in making an astute
decision regarding his business or some even personal life.
2. No, because it deals with a very complicated subjects in algebra which is matrix, I who am not a fan of mathematics finds it hard to apply the subject in real life.
In addition the method is time consuming for a manager to apply and especially for students to use in day to day life.
3. It could be best taught by integrating into maybe Management subjects like MANASCI or BUSANA2 this could help students to prepare themselves in a highly
stressful environment which decision making is a key in every business move.
4. The process is simple to understand but time is a key factor for a student to understand the subject. Students may lack the comprehension to grasp the idea in a 30
minute lecture. The method by which students use it in excel is quite troublesome due to the complicated process that is involved like the function to be used and
5.

how to use it.

Yes, I plan to use AHP in making long term decisions like buying a house or a car. Using it in business is also beneficial also for long term plans for example

acquisition of property. AHP serves as a tool to ascertain and to aid the consumer is deciding whether the product best serves his preference.
6. Comparing it other decision making tools, AHP is more deliberate in way that it centers on the preference of the manager and it focuses on the most important
part of the item trying to be acquired and what item fits that criteria.
