PASSWORD MANAGEMENT
Your passwords provide you with access to many resources.
Note: Do not change your passwords by any other method
other than the one below, as it may cause your local and
network passwords to be out-of-sync.
1. Open a browser window, and navigate to the Adobe
Identity Manager Portal:

2. Enter your login ID and password, and then click Log In.
3. Select the Profile tab.
4. Enter a new password in the Password field, and then
confirm it in the Confirm Password field.
5. Click Save.

DESK PHONE
You have a Cisco IP Phone on your desk that displays your
Internal 5 digit Extension in the upper right corner.
Internal Calls: All internal numbers consist of 5 digits. You do
not need to dial 9.
External Calls: Dial 9 to get an outside line. If you wish, add
# to the end of the number dialed. It is not required, but it
will quicken the connection process. For more information,

BACKING UP
At Adobe we use Backup solution called CrashPlan.
CrashPlan is a hosted online backup solution. Data is
automatically backed up to off-site servers. Create account

VPN
Any Connect is our VPN client that you use to connect to our
office network when you are remote. To connect using this
program, you need a One-Time Password (OTP) generator
which you can generate via any of the following methods:
1. By installing VIP access Client:

InterCall offers reservationless voice conferencing for up to

Non Adobe application installations. You can connect to this
server by going to: Start > Run > Type \\blrfs01\apps

Install network printer from \\blrps01\
Need to double click on the nearest printer for installation
and set as default.

PHYSICAL LAPTOP SAFETY AND SECURITY


At the Office:
1. Dont use laptops while eating or drinking.
2. Dont put weight on the closed lid; it may damage the
screen causing vertical or horizontal lines.
3. Dont leave your laptop unattended in public areas such
as conference rooms, meeting rooms, etc.
While In Transit:
1. If your laptop is in your car, keep your car locked while
driving.
2. If you need to leave your car and you will not take your
laptop with you, keep it in a tray covered boot.
3. Never leave your laptop unattended in a public place.

Send an email to security@adobe.com with all relevant
details and your contact information.
Contact the nearest police station, and submit a copy of
