Distillation Column, which contains: Pre-flash Column Bottom Pumps, Train of Heat
Exchangers and Atmospheric Fired Heater of 51MW.
- The Heater is fired by Combination of two Fuels : Fuel Gas, Treated-off Gas and
Natural Gas for Start-up.
- Calculated the whole Black Oil Hydraulic Pressure Profile relevant to the former
Process Flow Portion.
- Sized all Control Valves around Heat Exchangers and Inlets to Atmospheric Fired
Heater.
- Sized Control Valves for Velocity Steam and Restriction Orifices at Inlets of Process
Streams Lines to the Heater.
- Calculate Relief Valves for Velocity Steam and Heater Superheated Stripping Steam.
- Specified Datasheets for all Steam Mixing Points, Sample Points, Flame Arrestors
and all Process Instrumentation along Process Lines and around Atmospheric Fired
Heater.
- Worked on all P&IDs and LDTs relevant to the former Process Flow Portion issuing
them in IFD, IFC and repeated IFC Versions.
- Performed Checking Calculation for Maximum Hydrotest Conditions for larger Pipe
