Cambodia Update

To you alone, O LORD, to you alone, and not to us, must glory be
given because of your constant love and faithfulnessPsalm 115:1
JANUARY MARCH 2015

KYSD on its 4th year

Prayer Concerns:
ProtectionEveryday we
travel by motorcycle. Just recently, the government is only
allowing 2 people riding in a
single motor. That means,
Rens has to pick me and yel
separately.
Working Permit issue Aside
from Visa, now the government is requiring all E visa
holders to pay work permit,
counting the years of our stay.
Our embassy is still negotiating to exempt the dependents.
Spiritual Growth of the students in the dorm The dorm
has the capacity to house 23
students but right now we
have 17 ( 4 boys and 13 girls).
Praying for the right students.
Good Health: Praying for
complete healing on some
health issues.
Future Plans: Please pray with
us as we continue to seek the
will of God. We are desiring to
study in Bible school in the
Philippines when Daniel reach
college level three to five
years from now. We humbly
place this and some other concerns in Gods hands.

Everything comes
from you and we have
given you only what
comes from your hand.
1 Chronicles 29:14b

The faithfulness of God in

sustaining the dorm has continued with 17 college students and
our family. All of them are having different schedules and so
our only chance of meeting them
is night time.
For the past 4 years our activities in the house remains the
same. We meet them three
times a week. Monday is our
regular meeting This is the time
we discuss different issues in the
dorm and reminding them of the
policies. Thursday is our prayer
meeting. Every Sunday evening is
our time to be together in fellowship and share the word of
God. Most of them are now
active in different Christian local
churches in Phnom Penh.
We have special activities
such as trainings and village visitation every year.

The parents of the students are

very open to let their children learn
about the Bible.
Occasionally, when we visit their
houses in the village, their parents
are very kind to us. We thank the
Lord for their hospitality. We are so
blessed with the way they treat us.
The house rent and other bills in
the dorm still a miracle to us. We
are amazed how we are able to pay
all in a month. The generosity of
the student as they give their offerings also helped us a lot to meet our
needs. Recently, two of our Christian friends committed to share $25
monthly.
Just as Moses was asked by Godwhat is in your hand, God is
asking us same way. And it is a wonderful experience to humbly grow
in total dependence to God.

Last January 19-23. The Filipino Service

Team came to Phnom Penh to conduct a
Kairos course. It is such a refreshing to
have the opportunity to join this 1-week
training about mission.

The faithfulness of God in the village has continued. Ptra Inday and Ate Marianne
have given their lives in teaching these children during week days. There were 35 students graduated on the 6th Recognition of the FLC and English class in Preak Achan
last April 4, 2015. Please continue to pray for good health and joy for Ptra Inday and
Ate Marianne.
