Dear Heather,
You made my day by responding. I will not waste this time with small talk, I only have access to
public computers as of today; the hackers just rendered my laptop useless. I would not count me
out as far as meeting with you. Travel has been a part of my life since the 1970's. I had worked
in Los Angeles, New York, Washington D.C., etc., and have traveled across the country on at least
4 occasions.
Let me address the important facts as with regards to your email:

1. International Signal & Control (ISC) was a major national news story. ABC News Nightline

did 3 broadcasts exclusively on ISC and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the
National Security Agency (NSA) in 1991. ABC News 20/20 did the first broadcast on ISC
and the CIA in February of 1991. All of those broadcasts dealt exclusively with the sales of

2. The ISC $ Billion Dollar fraud and scandal was major headlines in both the United States
and Great Britain. You can read about that by clicking on this link. The scandal was
responsible for the demise of Great Britain's 3rd largest defense contractor, Ferranti.
3. I am not obsessed with Sheryl Crow or the Lambert scandal. I filed the affidavit to the
Lambert Case in May of 1998 because of all of the prosecutorial misconduct in my case
beginning in 1987, most of which is by the County of Lancaster and the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania. It was the only way afforded me to bring attention to my case and
subsequent cover-up while also having some part in trying to prevent the same from
occurring to someone else's case.
4. I am not the least obsessed with Sheryl Crow. You must remember that back in 1987 I
was executive producer and a very important consultant and partner with Tony Bongiovi of
Power Station Studios. Tony and Power Station Studios are still regarded as one of the
premier recording studios in the United States, and abroad. We were making the first
digital movie, it is also central to current and pending litigation in federal and state courts.

5. As far as Ms. Sheryl Crow is involved, this all started without my knowledge. Sheryl had
confided in my that we were supposed to meet in 1998 at Hershey Stadium during the
Lilith Fair concert. She did not know who the person was that told her he was going to set
her up with me. I chose not to attend that concert at the very last minute. I am
telepathic, and that subject is also myriad in U.S. Government involvement. You can read

6. The mind control aspects of my life are a means of harassment by the perpetrators. I only
became telepathic in 2005, the same year I filed my first lawsuit in federal court. They do
not control my mind, thoughts, or actions in any way. The closest they come is when
trying to confuse me while doing very trivial tasks, like looking for documents or looking
for files on my computer. They do use electromagnetic energy to cause psychological
pain. BUT THEY DO NOT CONTROL MY THOUGHTS OR MY MIND.
7. I appear before the courts as pro se. I do ALL of my legal work, research, and court
submissions, filing of briefs with my own knowledge and intelligence.
8. You must remember or know that my cases are worth $Millions of dollars. My intellectual
property and rights are worth $Millions of dollars without any punitive or treble damages.
All of my claims of abuse of process, false arrests, false imprisonment, etc., are probably
worth tens of millions of dollars by now due to the complexity and valuation of my assets
in 1987.

Stan, I could never figure out why the ISC was not a major news story, but Lisa Michelle Lambert
was. go figure. And seriously, I don't think Sheryl Crow is controlling your thoughts. You are
probably just obsessed by her. No insult intended. Believe me, my obsession with the Lambert
case cost me plenty, but I just couldn't believe it when I read the transcripts, what those guys got
away with. Sincerely, Heather I don't live in Lancaster anymore, so meeting will be quite difficult.
By the way, where do you get the money to hire all these attorneys?

So you are the mysterious Heather.. I used to email you back then in 1997-98. I thought back
then you said you were from Los Angeles. I used to read all of your posts on the LancasterOnline
chat board. I actually filed an Affidavit for that case, which was really an Amicus Curiea.
I also tried to hire Christina Rainville for all of my federal civil complaints in 1997, but her firm,
Harrison Schneider barred her from taking on anymore Lancaster County clients after I had begun
to work with her.

I read about Lisa 10 years ago then started a website for her. I bought and posted the
Dalzell transcripts but they were stolen from me. Lancaster is the strangest place I
have ever lived. I spent 2 years there writing stories about people who had been
screwed, but it just got too hot for me there. Followed, mail stolen, etc. etc. Thanks for
