1.-.What the problema is?


Mexico is the country of the reforms, but did not materialize. We know for a fact
that the country has increased economic development, structural reforms
necessary background. The funny thing is that legislatures come and go as usual.
Because we know that need an energy reform, labor reform, education reform, tax
reform, etc. No substantive action taken to carry them out, that is what it will take.
Referring to a particular subject, education in Mexico appears to be a sort of
experiments, lack of vision; which tries to hit the target in one of many.
In my view are a series of patches to plug a flaw here and there; but the problem
remains however.
If Mexico complaints of ordinary people are the lack of development opportunities,
education is not exempt from this problem, as there is lot of shortcomings, which
always jump to light. Coupled with the lack of discretion by the authorities, these
problems are a drag on development, continue to grow well. Creating bumps in the
road of development that the country wants to achieve.
But what are the problems of education, who are always on the lips of officials,
without giving way to solve them, just use them every three or six years when it is
convenient to re-remind you wanted people to see that there are problems and
they are a means to solve them.

2.- What has caused people not completed their studies?

discussion, and yes a huge rush to assign much of the responsibility for the
educational function of the school and teachers.
Current pedagogical approaches have also tipped the balance to that side.
However, this minimum education of which we speak is not interchangeable. Nor
can delegate, stating that "if you do not educate educate parents and teachers."
We are facing a grave error of enormous psychological and social consequences.
Teachers can provide knowledge, content and teaching, implement and develop
certain skills related to the job, provide tools for reflection and thought, transmit
culture, in a nutshell.
This may also fix some possible educational inadequacies. All this in the socializing
environment that is the School where children can exercise certain standards of
behavior and learn some other through the relationship and the interaction with
adults and other children. So teachers can improve and supplement the education
of the child, but from minimum to enable them to teach, and with performance
standards circumscribing the College as a place to work.

3.- Main risks or dangers in education?


Risk factors that may affect education can be considered among the psychological
and social.

5.-Other possible solutions.


Possible solutions for education are:
Hiring personnel with the necessary knowledge to teaching the subjects based on
an examination while pedagogy has to do.
The curriculum has a coherent structure, so that this does not take the problem of
two subjects that are related at the same time have.
Teachers perform properly receive a financial incentive as a reward and those with
poor performance receive a financial penalty and send them to a course.
Are always in constant rotation of courses to not fall into a comfort zone and
always be in constant challenge.
At the end of the year are evaluated to see if they have the knowledge necessary
to continue to provide that subject and if not, see your score based on which
course is right for your knowledge and you locate it.
