Narrative

The above listed subject was issued Tickets for the above listed
charges after patrol observed the vehicle she was operating
traveling South on Leroy Street with no headlights. DMV check
of her NYS Drivers License revealed that she did not have a
valid NYS Drivers License.

1355 Patrol responded to a report of traffic light malfunction at Pine Street/Maple

Street/Clarkson Avenue/Sandstone Drive intersection.

1732 Received a report of a U-Haul truck heading into the Village from Canton
which was towing a vehicle with the ramps still down and dragging. A patrol was
dispatched to attempt to intercept the vehicle and located it as it entered the
Village.
1803 A patrol on foot beat at the Summer Festival observed Christopher L.
Deshane(38), (Potsdam, NY) urinating on the sidewalk on Raymond St. He was
issued an appearance ticket for same returnable to Village Court on 7/24/2015.
1820 Received a report of a drunk and disorderly subject causing problems in the
downtown area of the Summer Festival. A foot beat patrol was dispatched to deal
with the subject.
1853 Report of a drunk and disorderly subject on Market St. in the vicinity of the
festival harassing people.
1900 Subject observed by a patrol with an open container while walking on the
closed portion of the Maple St. bridges. Christopher Deshane arrested.
