4 REASONS FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF SODOM AND HER DAUGHTER

Many of us believe the destruction of Sodom was due to homosexuality which is

what I use to believe. However the Scriptures give a more in-depth detail as to why
Sodom was destroyed. It is easy for us to focus on one sin of Sodom. Why not? Is
not the word we use legally for Homosexual behavior between two men called
Sodomy? One would think that this would be the true reason why Sodom was
destroyed. We will see according to scripture, The Most High considered for other
sins just as bad.
This will not be a long study but will be just as important. The United States Of
America will definitely be judged by The Most High Yah for its sins. Yes
homosexuality is wrong if you hold the scriptures to be your standard, but there are
four others sins that Master Yah destroyed Sodom for. Let us go directly to the
scripture.
Eze 16:48 As I live, declares Adonai YAHWEH, your sister Sodom, she and her daughters, have
not done as you and your daughters have done.
Eze 16:49 Behold, this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom: pride, fullness of
bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and her daughters. Also, she did
not strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
Eze 16:50 Also, they were haughty and did abomination before My face, so I turned them away
as I saw fit.
Let us look at VS 49 in several versions.

The Most High makes it very clear.

Sufficiency of bread. ( Meaning a lot of food )
Abundance of idleness or unconcerned ease
Did not help the poor.

Let us look at each of these and see if it is found in this great nation.
Pride
America is the most prideful nation on the planet. It has ruled the earth with a
strong fist. It has set up nations and it has broken nations down. It has forced
nations to come under its authority. This is why the American Dollar is the head
currency. Everyone falls in line with its Petro Dollar. It has made slaves of other
counties who borrow money. It has come against counties that want to break away
from the dollar. This country has military bases all over the world and controls quite
a bit of it. It allows abortions and forces other countries to go along with it. It
supports homosexuality and will place sanctions on those countries that will not
comply considering it to be a human rights issue. It is the largest maker of
pharmaceuticals in the world and promotes witchcraft and the occult. Let me break

Sufficiency of Bread
This country is one of the top food producers in the world. This county probably has more
restaurants than anywhere else in the world. We are a over consuming country. We waste, and
through away food that other countries and peoples would love to have. Our grocery stores are
always stocked and if not a new order will be in within a day or so. We have been trained to have

This country believes it has all it needs. It is not concerned with food because it produces tons of
it. So much so, that it throws out food that could be used to feed the homeless.
Abundance Of Idleness Or Unconcerned Ease
Many will think this is speaking of just being plain lazy. In fact, its not lazy in the since of not
working (which can be a problem also), but its a being lazy in not standing up against wrong.
We see that this country has allowed the shedding of innocent blood through abortion, military
actions, and murder. We allow homosexuality, prostitution and everything that is against The
Most High. When a nation creates laws that stand against righteousness, then that country must
except the consequences for its actions. Those who do not stand for righteousness will also pay
with the country. Let us look at the word idleness in the Hebrew.

It is a proven fact that drugs have been brought into this county by the government. The drugs
are disseminated to the people by the gangs and dealers who work for those in the drug trade.
We have clearly seen laws against the use of drugs such as three strikes. The citizens take a stand

against the drugs, its use and the people who sell, but does nothing about its government

Clearly the citizens of this country are idle. They have allowed laws to be passed and actions to
be taken that stands against the word of Yah.

Did Not Help The Poor

Last but not least, we do not help the poor. We are so engrossed in ourselves just like Sodom. I
want say much about this one. I will provide links. We have homeless in every city. This country
has more money and wealth than any other country. We spend billions on things that are not
necessary while people live on the streets in card board boxes. We have high unemployment and
many people are looking for jobs (some are not).

Always remember, the poor are very important to The Most High. When we ignore the poor and
dont protect the widows in this country, Master Yah does judge.
This is not a detailed study, but it does provide a bases for your own study when it comes to the
reasons why Sodom was destroyed. We clearly must see that we have all of the symptoms that
Sodom had and that we are clearly headed towards destruction.
