I think they do. These images influence both men and women too. Although everybody knows
that the women in the magazines are real but the pictures are retouched, thats why in the end
they look perfect. Women want to be as beautiful as these images, which is impossible and some
of them have distorted body image. They think they are really ugly. Men are also influenced, they
look for perfect women in the real world, but they never find one, these ones appear only on
magazine covers.

botox, which is originally a deadly poison but in cosmetics they can help to make wrinkles
disappear. And of course plastic surgery is getting widespread, which is based on unhappy
women who pay to look different.

Well, it is hard to tell. We cant say that it is right or wrong. It can change some womens
situation. If they arent satisfied with their bellies or breasts, they can be reshaped and because
of this the person will feel much happier and more confident. On the other hand I cant agree
with teenagers who want to have something changed on them because after the operation it is
not sure at all that they will be happier.

n helyzett. Ha elgedetlenek a hasukkal vagy a mellkkel, jra lehet szabni s emiatt a
szemly boldogabb s magabiztosabb lesz. Msrszrl viszont nem rtek egyet, ha a
tindzserek akarnak valamit megvltoztatni magukon, mert az operci utn nem biztos, hogy
boldogok lesznek.
Do you think that cosmetics on TV can really be so effective?

No, I dont think so. These commercials are trying to draw attention to the companys product.
There are always young and beautiful women in them, but why would a young woman need an
anti-age cream for example? Naturally the cosmetics are good and they can help but they
exaggerate with the effectiveness.

No, I wouldnt. It seems a fantastic life and they always travel and can wear the nicest clothes
but it isnt such an easy life. They are always on diet, they have to be the same size for years.
They have to sit hours at the hairdressers or at the make-up artist and it can be very boring. It
can be a big disappointment but if somebody is really determined can achieve great success.

What do you think of piercings or tattoos?

Personally I dont like them. I dont think that men or women look better with them. They are
fashionable nowadays and young people seem to like them. Some of my friends have piercings
in the mouth but I cant understand why. It is painful sometimes and they cant eat well with that
thing in the tongue. Tattoo should be considered too because it will stay there for the whole life
and if you regret it later nothing can be done.
