INTRODUCTION

This book will change your life in five days.

You certainly have read books on self-development. Perhaps
you have decided to follow this path as you feel yourself sinking
in an ocean of problem.
Or simply, everything goes well but you feel that you can
improve your life, improve your relationship with your relatives,
friends, colleagues or the wider world.
You deserve to be happy, to live healthily and in abundance,
irrespective of your origin, the studies you made, the place or
the situation in which you find yourself today. All selfdevelopment books can be summarized in five keys.
The law of attraction states that like attracts like, and that you
attract to you what you think and feel about.
Read this book. Apply the methods described. Continue to
improve your knowledge. And I promise you will live a
wonderful life.
The good news is that you already have all the keys to this
wonderful life. You just need explanations on which doors to
open!
Read a chapter per day, and make the exercises. You just need
a pen and a sheet of paper.
In five days, your life will have changed!

DAY 1 BELIEVE

Your thoughts and your emotions create your reality.

This is the first key, and the more important because it opens
the first door.
All spiritual writings have come to the same conclusion.
Montaigne: Imagination begets the event
Hermetic philosophy quote: "As within, so without; As above, so
below".
Buddha: "We are what we think. All that we are is a result of our
thoughts. With our thoughts we are building our world.
Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks within himself, so he is
Neville Goddard: Imagining creates reality
Your outside world is an image of your internal world. What you
think expresses itself in the form of circumstances, situations,
persons.
However, it is not enough to think of something to automatically
attract it in your life. The key is to add feelings and emotions to
your thoughts.
It is important that deep inside, you truly believe in what you
think. It is necessary that what you think internally becomes
more important than your external environment. This does not
mean to negate reality. Just think very often of what you want!

A thought will grow in your mind and will manifest in your life, as
a seed planted in the soil will produce a plant with time.
Let us take an example: You have no money and you are in
debt. What do you think about? How do you feel?
Do you think often of your debts and do you feel bad?
I do not advise you to take your credit card and to go shopping.
Just think of abundance and feel rich inside. Feel that you have
no money issue. Your outside world will eventually comply with
your internal world. Your outside world depends on your
situation, your situation depends on your actions, and your
actions depend on what you think and what you feel.
As Neville Goddard said, be sure of making the there here and
the then now!
Before moving to the next chapter: Read again this Chapter.
Read any writing that helps convincing you that the first step
towards success is to believe. If you are not sure of this first
step, you can stop reading the book as the other keys will be
irrelevant. Just accept that your thoughts and your emotions do
create your life.

DAY 2 FOCUS

The goal you set is like a lighthouse along a coastline. In the

middle of the night, by storm or by good weather, it always
shows you the right direction. "Rom Kay
Imagine that you are on a ship in the Mediterranean Sea. You
can ask the captain to go to Corsica. Corsica is an island with
more than 1 000 km of coastline.
The risk is that the captain drops you on the coast far away
from where you wish to go. Give him the GPS coordinates, and
the captain will drop you as close as possible to your
destination.
The same applies in life. You should identify your objectives as
precisely as possible.
What purpose does it serve to put yourself in motion if you do
not know exactly where you want to go?
Do you need a car? What mark, what colour, which engine?
Do you need money? How much exactly?
Do you desire a lover? What qualities, character, etc.?
What makes you happy in life? What would make you happy?
What do you want to attract in your life in the next 12 months?

Take time to look into it, and more importantly, take time to note
on paper at least five objectives that you set for the next month,
and for the next 12 months.
Before moving to the next chapter: write down your five targets
for the next 12 months. If you want to really live wonderfully,
make a list of 50 things you want to do, be or have in your life.

DAY 3 CREATIVE VISUALISATION

Now that you believe in your potential and that you know what
you want to achieve, we will introduce two catalysts for
success. The first one is the creative visualisation. I will
therefore describe this technique in blending the Silva method
and the method described by Neville Goddard.
Step 1: You should know exactly what you want. Let us take an
example: you want to sell your home.
Step 2: Build the scenario of an event that would occur once
your desire will be accomplished. In our example, the scenario
could be that the real estate agent is telling you that the sale is
done and that all papers are in order.
Step 3: In a relaxed state, sitting on a comfortable chair or lying
in bed, imagine the scene, again and again, feeling of the act
done, feeling relieved by the success. Remain relaxed, there is
no need to force, and fall asleep in peace... and feeling the joy
of the desire accomplished. It is important that you imagine the
scene as you would see it in reality. Do not see it as at the
movie.
One way to relax your body (step 3) is the following. Sit or lie
down. Close your eyes. Still your body. Breathe deeply and
slowly three times. At each breath, relax every part of your body
by saying internally: My face is relaxed . My neck is relaxed ,
My shoulders are relaxed. And so on until relaxing your feet.
Once your whole body is relaxed, imagine a countdown from 10

to 1. Say to yourself: 10, I am relaxed . 9: Increasingly

relaxed . 8: relaxed .Etc. Arrived at 1, you can start to
imagine your scene of the desire accomplished.
Before moving to the next chapter, for each of your objectives,
link one or two emotions that you would have after achieving it.
Replay the scenes of you speaking to a friend after your goal
has been achieved. Replay your scene at least once a day, if
possible just before you go to sleep and ideally in the morning
when you wake up.

DAY 4 GRATITUDE

It is important to realise that your thoughts and your

emotions create your reality. It is your internal life that creates
your external life.
The good news is that you master your internal life. It is up to
you to decide what you think or how you feel.
In this context, the second catalyst for success is extremely
important because it allows you to feel good in the present.
It is gratitude. Be grateful for everything you already have, you
already are, you already do. This may be a healthy family, this
may be a roof above your head. Feel joy and gratitude for
everything already yours. These feelings of joy and gratitude
will snowball to attract to you even more situations, persons,
which will also provide more you joy and gratitude.
Before moving to the next chapter, make a list of 3 things you
are grateful for every morning, and another list of 3 things every
evening before you go to sleep. And most importantly, feel
good now and be happy.

DAY 5 ACTION

Each objective is a mountain top. Each action is a step in the

direction one decided" - Rom Kay
You must have the best motivation in the world and believe that
your thoughts and feelings create your reality. But you must
also push the wheel in the right direction. This requires action
from you.
You can dream of becoming a tennis champion, but as long as
you wont lift yourself from your armchair to go and play tennis,
to learn the right moves and play matches with other players,
you wont ever make it.
If your ship is in the port and you want to cross the Atlantic
ocean, one day you must detach your mooring lines and move
your boat in the direction of the other side of the Atlantic.
A dream, a purpose, an objective, a prayer, are nothing but a
dream until they are followed up, borne by an action that brings
you closer to your goal.
The same applies to all other objectives you have set yourself.
You will achieve them once you have identified the milestones
and you move in their direction. Your starting point is here and
now with your current resources.
It is just like crossing a river. If the river is too broad, you can
jump from rock to rock to go to the other side. The action is to
jump. The intermediate steps are the successive rock.

I can assure you that once your objectives are clear, once you
have taken action to reach them, the entire Universe will start to
help you. This is a law.
Before the conclusion: Firstly, indicate the list of the five
objectives you have set for yourself. Take time to reflect on how
to achieve each objective. Divide the year into quarters and set
intermediate objectives. Secondly, identify your daily actions to
meet your objectives. Spend 15 minutes every evening to
review what you did during the day to achieve your objectives
and plan what you can do the next day. You will achieve your
objectives by planning and executing baby steps!

CONCLUSION

Reading this book and understanding its principles, you have

already done much more than 90 % of the population. However,
you have to work on it every day. And you should continue to
read everything that persuades you of the reality of your
thoughts. And above all, it is important to remember to feel
good!
Here is a list of three books that will help to convince you that
your thoughts and your emotions create your reality:
Joseph Murphy: The power of your subconscious mind
Neville Goddard: The law and the promise
Charles Haanel: The Master-key system
This list is not exhaustive. I am sure that your search will bring
you to other authors.
Act now, be happy and you will reach your objectives!
