Eligibility of applicants
1. The funding is open for all ASEAN citizens.
2. Applicants must be first-year to fourth-year students in the higher education.
3. Applicants must have basic knowledge regarding ASEAN Community.
4. Applicants must have a good command of English.
5. Applicants must have a passport which is valid at least 6 months (from the date 1 August 2015)
