- All activity inside cable cellar
(cable room) area not permitted
during the work. Ensure to
clearance cable cellar area from
worker and lock entrance to the
cable cellar area.
- Chargeman to ensure energy
isolation for other switchgear not
related to the activity already
maintain safely as per LOTO
procedure.
