Formation Complex room 13 at 9 am. For Spanish, classes are the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in the Faith Formation Complex room 13.

Universal: That volunteers may give themselves
generously to the service of the needy.
Evangelization: That setting aside our very selves
we may learn to be neighbours to those who find
themselves on the margins of human life and
society.

The Catholic Church, along with other faith traditions, teaches that
the nature of marriage and the family cannot be redefined by
society, as God is the author of marriage and its corresponding gift
of co-creating human life. The legal recognition of marriage is not
only about personal commitment but also about the social
commitment that husband and wife make to the well-being of their
children. It is for this reason that it is important that we urge
government to continue to give a unique status to marriage
between one man and one woman both in law and in public policy.
We as Catholics will continue to honor and embody the
uniqueness of marriage between one man and one woman as a gift
from God--in our teaching, our sacramental life and our witness to
the world. We will do so in a manner which profoundly respects at
every moment the loving and familial relationships which enrich
the lives of so many gay men and women who are our sons and
daughters, our sisters and brothers, and ultimately our fellow
pilgrims on this earthly journey of life. And commanded by the
Gospel of Jesus Christ we will continue to reach out to families of
every kind who are encountering poverty, addictions, violence,
emotional stress or the threat of deportation, and to attempt to
bring them faith and care, service and solidarity.
Sincerely yours in Christ,
Are you going through marital difficulties: Frustrated or angry with each other?
Do you argue or have you just stopped talking to each other? There is hope!

Remember. . .Now that the warm weather season is upon us, we would
like to take this opportunity to remind everyone about the important need to
dress properly when coming to church. What might be fine to wear around
your house or to go to the store in, may not be appropriate to wear to Gods
house. Dresses and tops that have low cut fronts, that are backless, sleeveless or have spaghetti straps, shorts (Bermuda or other type of short pant)
along with short skirts and dresses all fall into the category of inappropriate
clothing. How a person chooses to dress can truly say a lot about that person. Let the clothes we choose to wear, especially to church, say to everyone that we love, honor and reverence the God we are coming to worship.
