Company started in 1980, as Arabian Oil Equipment Services and then to Wood
Group and today it is known as EthosEnergy Group.

The Company is accredited to below API Licenses:

1. API-6A: Wellhead and XMas Tree
Overhaul of XMas Tree and Manufacture of various products under the
license
2. API-16A: Repair and re-manufacture of BOPs
Overhaul PBO Ranging from 7-1/16 up to 30 and the pressure rating from
1000psi to 15000psi.WP
3. API-5CT: Manufacture of and Re-certification of pup joints
4. API-7-1: Manufacture of and Re-certification of Drill stem and shoulder
connections
5. API-16C: Choke and Kill Manifold Manufacture and re-assembly complete
with API-16C Monogram
6. All other certifications HSE OSHAS ,API Q1 ISO 9001 etc.

Work Shop Repair Capabilities

Our Team is including experienced Guys for more than 30 years on the
Overhauling of Valves and Equipments.
All API Valves and ANSI Valves ranging as below:

Ball Valves from 2 to 52

Gate Valves from 2 to 72
Control Valves up to 24
Butterfly Valves up to 90
All other API sizes and ratings up to 15000psi WP

Shut-down Capabilities
EthosEnergy has capability to overhaul valves during shutdown, having 9 nos,
fully equipped mobile workshops, which can be mobilized on site during turn
around
Ball Repair Capabilities
EthosEnergy has ball repairing capability , including cladding , machining,
Grinding, polishing and lapping and also( Electrolux Nickle plating which is done
through Subcontractor.)

Welding Capability Including (PWHT OVEN)

Capability to carry out welding, GTAW, SMAW, SAW, c/w all calibrated equipment
and certified
Welder to 6G , and qualified Welding Procedures for different materials, SS 316,
Inconel 625, Duplex
SS 410 and Stellite6 and all other carbon steel material.

Testing Capability
EthosEnergy is fully equipped with High Pressure Test Equipments and Test cells,
complete with Cameras monitoring system and safety interlock doors, for safety
Also Advance Test Equipment from Ventil, which can test all types of valves c/w
complete Computer registration system installed,
PSV Testing Unit from Ventil, complete with Computer registration system up to
16 nominal size.
And vacuum breakers uo to 24

Heavy Machining and CNC Capabilities:

Machine shop is equipped with Heavy machining capability and also CNC Milling
and Turning works can be handled including BOP repaire and Remanufacture

Valve Testing Between to 24:
Average Size of Valve: 10-12;
Average Number of Valves Tested in a day (8 hrs)= 4 off
Labour for Flange Up and Flange down 4 hours x 2 ppl = 8 hrs
Labour with Test Bench = 1hr x 2 ppl = 2hrs
Net Cost Saving = 8hrs-2hrs = 6hrs x 4 off = 24hrs x $30 = $
720 / day x 312d = $225,000

2,Adma Tripple Xmas tree Overhaul: ZX 35
Complete refurbishment carried out on 4-1/16-5k Tripple McEvoy X mas tree,
This was a challenge as the Tree was apx. 40 years old (Obsolute), with no OEM
support for overhaul, The Tree was overhauled and tested and handed over to

customer satisfaction and in line with API 6A Requirements. Still up and running
for past 2 years with no customer complains
