CURRENT ASSIGNMENTS:
At the moment, I am looking after day to day Process Engineering Activities of Urea, Nitro
Phosphate and CAN/AN Units where my key responsibilities are as,

Preparation of Process Engineering Packages as per MANAGEMETN OF CHANGE

System for facility and technology changes.
Conduct and lead in Process Hazard Analysis using techniques of HAZOP, FMEA, FTA
and What-if Check List as per approved PHA Schedule for HHP and LHO.
Experienced in Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
Coordinate and develop Risk and Condition Based methodologies associated with
equipment life cycle management.
Process Engineering Coordinator for the Implementation of Du-Ponts PSM System.
Certified Internal Auditor for the Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2008, ISO
14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007)
Provide technical engineering support to the Production, Maintenance, Reliability,
Engineering and Project personnel regarding design, selection, operation,
maintenance, troubleshooting and long term reliability of equipment;
Provide technical input in ensuring reliability of equipment, within area of
responsibility is maintained including input into RAM, Criticality and FMEA studies,
within a Team environment
Review Engineering packages, drawings, mechanical design calculations, material
specifications and purchase requisitions

Previously have worked as a Process Support Engineer thru the Project Life Cycle from
the Contract Awarding, Feasibility and Technical Study, Basic Engineering, Detailed
Engineering, Procurement, Contract Awarding for Installation and Contraction,
Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up of Nitro-Phosphate Unit.
My job in this Project Life Cycle was to review wing the Process Description, Process
Flow Diagrams, Mass and Heat Balances, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams,
Equipment Sizing, Selection and Equipment Process Data Sheets and Equipment and
Piping layouts.
Conducted Hazop Study of the Project on the BEP Level P&IDs and Participated in the
Hazop Study Post-Detailed Engineering.
Have participated in various Technical Clarification Meetings with Equipment Suppliers
like Atlas Copco, Hitachi, IHI, Coperion, Larox, Solex, FL Smidth, Begg Cousland,
Emerson, Masonelian, Bungartz, Yokogawa and many others.
Integration and Modification study for the Integration, Optimization and
Synchronization of the Nitro Phosphate Project with Utilities Section of Complex.
Simulated and prepared Engineering Specification of (850 TR) Refrigeration Package
based on Ammonia Compression cycle for the cooling requirement of the
Crystallization Section of Nitro Phosphate Plant.

Preparation of Engineering Specification, Procurement and Installation of Rotary Drum

Vacuum Filters, Its associated Filtrate Separators, Lobe Air Blowers and Liquid Ring
Vacuum Pumps.
Conduct and coordinate for Process Performance Tests of Various Vendor Packages like
Decanter Centrifuges, Pressure Filter and Vacuum Belt Filter.
