responsibilityandreceivershiptoformwhatisintrinsictonaturallifeonearth,the
RespublicaofEarth

Article1

Freedomandtherighttoselfdeterminationisnaturalandlawful,inherentinalllivingsystems,anddoesnot
regardanystateofmind,condition,ornationalidentificationassuch,weformthisConfederation,
Respublica
ofEarth
,aroundtheseprinciples:

Alllivingsystemsarefree.
Thevalueoflivingsystemsisunlimited.
Eachlivingsystemisequalinvaluetoallotherlivingsystems.
Alllivingsystemswhoviolatetheseprinciplesarepardonedoncorrection.
Thehumancommunityintervenesinallsituationswheretheseprinciplesareviolatedregardlessof
locallaws,customs,ethics,orpractices.

Article2

Humansareeternalinnatureandinandofthemselves,ecosystems.Sinceeveryelementthatexistsisliving,
interconnected,andinteractive,ecosystemsaredefinedascommunitiesofelementsnestedinlargerones,to
theplanetarylevelandbeyond.Everyelementisvitaltothestructuressupportingit.

Article3

Eachinhabitantmay,byfreewillchoice,joinwithoneormoreotherstoformacouple,family,band,tribe,
confederationoftribes,ornationeachconfederationnestedwithinalargercommunity.

Article4

Eachhumanis,byfreewill,asovereignnationandselfgoverning.Inhabitantsjoinwithothers,byfreewill
choice,toformgoverningframeworksforhumancommunitiesthatalignwithcollectiveandindividualcustoms.

Humancommunitiesdevelopethics,customs,andpracticesconsistentwiththerightsandprotectionsofall
livingsystemsinrecognitionandrespectfordiversityofvalues,knowledge,skill,practices,andstandardsofall
worldculturesinalignmentwithnaturallaw.

Article5

MotherEarthisanindivisiblepartofalllivingsystems,inclusiveofhumancommunities,interrelated,
interdependent,andcomplementary,allsharingacommondestiny.Wherehumancommunitiesinteractwith
otheraspectsofnature,theintegrityandnaturalprocessesthatsustainregenerationispreserved.

MotherEarth,thewaters,skies,air,airwaves,minerals,forests,beaches,mountains,wildlife,andallother
naturalresources,humanandotherwise,in,above,andbelowtheearthareexpresslyprotectedasliving
systemsunderthisConfederacy.Naturalresourcesareutilizedinsustainablewaysandmaynotbe
commercialized,commodified,norprivatelyowned,inhabitantsbeingguardiansandcustodiansofsuch.All
activitiessuchasbuilding,farming,harvesting,andproducingaredoneinawaythatpreservenatures
dynamicbalanceandlifecycles,assuringregenerationandfutureintegrity.

Article6

BynaturallawwhichdeemsMotherEarthandalllivingsystems,humanorotherwise,tobetitleholdersof
inherentrights,interrelated,interdependentandcomplementary,wedeclareMotherEarthtohavealawful
personalityable,throughherhumanrepresentatives,tobringactiontodefendherrights.

Fortheprotectionofherrights,MotherEarthtakesonthecharacterofthecollective.Sheandallher
expressions,includinghumancommunities,possessalltheinherentrightsrecognizedinthisConstitutionand
therightsexpressedhereindonotprecludetheexistenceofotherrights.

AspartofthecommunitythatmakesupMotherEarth,allinhabitantsexerciserightsinaformcompatiblewith
bothindividual
and
collectiverights.Theexerciseofindividualrightsislimitedbytheexerciseofcollective
rightsinthelivingsystemsofMotherEarth,andanyconflictbetweentheserightsareresolvedinamanner
thatpreservesthefunctionalityoflivingsystems.

Article7

Communities,onceregulatedaccordingtophysicalgeographicboundariesarrangedascities,countiesand
states,nowformandregulatethemselvesaccordingtofreewillchoice.Customs,practices,andconstitutions
aredevelopedbyinhabitantsinharmonywiththesymbioticrelationshipofalllifesystemsandinalignment
withnaturallaw.

Communitiesmaybestationaryormigratory,occupyingandutilizingnaturalresourcesascustodiansand
guardiansoftheland.

Article8

Theland,beingequalinvaluetoallotherlivingsystems,onceregardedasrealestate,property,or
possession,isnowfree.EachhumaninhabitantisdeclaredalawfulguardianandprotectorofMotherEarth.

Inhabitantsfreelyenjoyactivitiesofexchange,business,andtravel,unhinderedandunrestricted,asdoneina
formthatmaintainsthecapacityandconditionsforregenerationandthebalanceofalllivingsystemsand
ecosystems.

Existinginfrastructureremainsaslongasitismaintainedandutilizedinharmonywithregenerativecyclesof
surroundinglifesystems.Individuals,groups,orcommunitiessharinganinterestinroads,pipelines,railways,
etc.possessguardianshipofthemandareresponsiblefortheircareandoperations.

Article10

Freemovementthroughandacrossland,water,air,andspaceisanaturalfunctionoflifeandremains
unrestricted,uninhibitedandunlimited.Modesoftransportationsafeguardtheintegrityandregenerativecycles
ofMotherEarth.

Article11

Inhabitantsandcommunitiesfreelyformalliancesandenterintowrittenororalcontracts,treaties,and
agreementsconsistentwiththecommongoodandwithintheframeworkofthebalanceandrightsofMother
Earthandalllivingsystems.

Article12

Thehumancommunityinterveneswhereviolationsofrightsoccur.Protectioncoalitions,consistingofoneor
moreinhabitants,assistinensuringrightsandprotectionsguaranteedinthisConstitution.

Article13

Representationalvaluesystems(money)havetraditionallybeenusedtomeasureanamountorlevelofhuman
energyinvestedinaproductorservice.Thesesystemsareunnecessary,cumbersome,andcreatefictitious
hierarchiestherefore,allmoneysystemsdissolveashumanconsciousness,understandingofoursymbiotic
relationshipwiththeearth,andaccesstoalternativetechnologiesprovide.

Conceptsofworkforhireadjusttoreflectcontinuedexpansionofavailabletechnologies,multicultural
understanding,andtheprimacyofintegrityamongandbetweenalllivingsystems.
