2014 Study Shows Voter Education Is a Vital New Tool


In Dramatically Improving Voter Turnout By Up To 70%

Proposed Return on Your Investment Between July 2015 and


December 2016:
1. Dynamically improved voter turnout in treated counties by
between 20% and 70%.
2. Twenty-three (23) personal, in-home, voter education visits
via email of The Enlightened Voter English language edition..
3. Twenty-three (23) personal, in-home, voter education visits
via email of The Enlightened Voter, Spanish language edition.
4. Twenty-three (23) personal, in-home, voter education visits
via email of The Enlightened Voter, Creole language edition.
5. Develop a presence of The Enlightened Voter turnout model in
all 840 Palm Beach County precincts.
6. Solicit a list of as many email addresses as possible of Palm
Beach Countys 366,000 registered Democrats and 263,968
registered Independents.
7. Create a tool to attract eddresses from registered voters who
are loath to share them.
8. Develop contacts with all 67 Florida Counties to encourage
them to adapt The Enlightened Voter turnout model into their
own county monthly edition.
9. Develop contacts nationally to encourage adopting The
Enlightened Voter voter turnout model in every state.
10. Develop materials for door-knockers to solicit email address
subscriptions for The Enlightened Voter.
11. Develop material for phone callers to solicit email address
subscriptions for The Enlightened Voter.
