Thepartiestothistreaty,

Recognizingthesovereigntyandequalityofallthepartiesandthewishto
establishafoundationforcloserelations,dialogue,andmutualassistance,

Intendingtodeclareformallytheirsenseofunityandselfdeterminationso
thatanypotentialaggressorwillappreciatethatthePartiesstandtogether
incooperation,andfurthermore

Desiringtostrengthenthesharedidealsofrestorativejustice,
rehabilitation,andequalityforallplayers,indiscriminateofidentityor
ability,and

Determinedtoachievetheseobjectivesofcollectivedefenseand
economicprosperity,

Thereforeagreeasfollows:

ArticleI:
EachPartyrecognizesthatactionstakeninviolationoftheParties
sharedidealswillendangeritsownsafetyandaspirations,and
agreesthatitwillinthateventacttomeetthecommondangerin
accordancewithitscapability.

ArticleII:
EachPartywillestablishandoperatebymutuallyrecognized
pearling,vaulting,andsentencingprinciples.Thesewillbe
reflectedineachnationslawenforcementandeachpartywill,to
thebestofitscapacity,aideachotherinupholdingtheseideals.

ArticleIII:
ThePartiesagreetoundertakeeffortstocontinuestrengthening
anddevelopingtheireconomicinfrastructure,andtocooperate
withoneanotherinpromotingtradeandprosperitybetween
membersofthetreaty.Theseeffortsshallinclude,butarenot
limitedto,offeringpreferentialtradeandlaboragreements,
grantingaccesstotransportationinfrastructure,andsharing
informationandtechnicalassistance.

ArticleIV:
Intheinterestofmaintainingfriendlyandlastingrelations,each
Partydeclaresthatnoneoftheinternationalengagementsnowin
forcebetweenitandanyotherofthePartiesoranythirdpartyisin
conflictwiththeprovisionsofthisTreaty,andundertakesnotto
enterintoanyinternationalengagementinconflictwiththisTreaty.

ArticleV:
Anycitizenofanypartyfoundtobeinviolationoftreaty
commitmentswillbepunishedinaccordancewiththeseverityof
theviolation.Penaltieswillincludebutarenotlimitedtopearling
andamonetaryfine.

ArticleVI:
AnyotherPartyinapositiontofurthertheobjectivesofthisTreaty
andtocontributetothesecurityofthealliancemay,byunanimous
agreementoftheParties,beinvitedtoaccedetothisTreaty.

ArticleVII:
ThisTreatyshallremaininforceindefinitely,butanyPartymay
ceasetobeaPartyonemonthafteritsnoticeofwithdrawalhas
beenissuedtorepresentativesofallotherParties.

ArticleVIII:
ThisTreatywillbeinterpretedandexecutedingoodfaith,with
deferencetothelanguagesmostprobableintentionandpurpose.

ArticleIX:
Articlestothistreatymaybeadded,subtracted,ormodifiedby
unanimousagreementoftheParties.
