Application
Aquapas N7970 RDP is used to promote flexibility and adhesion under a wide variety of climate conditions. It is used
wherever a binder or performance modifier of an acrylic dispersion is needed, but where the desired end product is in
powder form.
Aquapas N7970 RDP was especially developed for flexible water proofing membranes. The product provides
outstanding flexibility, good strength values, excellent workability and high water retention.

Processing
In the production of dry-mortars, Aquapas N7970 RDP should be blended with other dry ingredients in appropriate
mixers. Care should be taken to not allow temperatures to rise excessively to avoid lump formation or agglomeration.
The dry-mortars are mixed with water at the jobsite. An extra 5 minutes of maturing time may be needed if the
products are hand mixed to allow the polymer powder to fully disperse.

Storage
Aquapas N7970 RDP should be stored in a cool place and protected from moisture. Exposure to high temperature or
humidity will increase the chance of caking. The product should be used within 6 months of receipt. Any opened
containers should be resealed in a moisture proof container to prevent caking. Pallets should not be stacked or put
under pressure to prevent caking.

Aquapas N7970 RDP is packaged in standard 25 Kgs paper bags.
