outsideHaryana.)
3. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against SC, BCA, BCB, Special Backward Classes (SBC), Economically Backward person in the General Castes
Category (EBP), PH, ESM, FF of Haryana, certificate of concerned category are required as per format specified in prospectus. In addition to this, Non
CreamyLayerCertificateisalsorequiredfromBCA,BCBandSBCcategorycandidate.
4.IfaseathasbeenallottedtocandidateagainstTFWscheme,Incomecertificate&affidavitarerequired.
5. IfaseathasbeenallottedtocandidateagainstHGSTcategory,dulyfilled&attestedcertificatebythePrincipalofGovt.Schoolfromwherecandidatehas
topped,isrequired.
6. If a seat has been allotted to candidate against Kashmiri Migrants (KM) category, a Migration Certificate signed by the competent authority or Relief
Commissionerisrequired.
7.AntiRaggingaffidavitbycandidate&parents/guardianseparatelyattestedbyoathcommissionerandmedicalfitnesscertificatefrommedicalofficer(format
asgiveninprospectus).
NOTE:Ifyouhavebeenallottedaseatin2ndcounseling,itmeansthattheearlierseat(ifany)whichwasallottedtoyouunderthesamecategoryin1st
counseling stands cancelled. Therefore you are advised to report for the seat allotted in 2nd counseling, failing which this seat will also be cancelled
automatically.
