Note:
Floor height refers to the distance between the upper plane of the antistatic floor and
the cement floor.
Types I, II and III can have their heights adjusted in a stepless manner within their
height ranges. The adjustment is implemented through relative movement of the upper
and lower supports.
Type IV has a fixed height, and is mainly used in situations of extreme antistatic floor
heights. The minimum floor height applicable for this type of support is 100 mm.

Chapter 1 Cabinets
Each cabinet needs two bracket fixing pieces, one front bracket, and one rear bracket.
Each row of cabinet also uses two lateral brackets. If only one cabinet forms a row, two
lateral brackets are also needed.

Wiring
modes
There are cable-through holes at both the top and the bottom of the
cabinet. Both the upward wiring mode and the downward wiring mode
are supported.
The front door and rear door adopt the structure of double door in
folio. The side panels adopt a suspension structure. This saves
installation space and facilitates operations to the cabinet.
Structural
features
The lateral columns have mount angles to install and secure internal
components.
A wire bushing is installed on the lateral column of the cabinet, and a
wire bar and a cabling trough are installed in the rear of the cabinet.
This is to facilitate the wiring and bundling of the internal cables.
The lateral column in the rear of the cabinet has a grounding bar,
which is used for the grounding of internal components and the
interconnection of inter-cabinet protection grounding cables.
Heat
dissipation
The front door, rear door, and bottom plate have small and densely
distributed ventilation holes. The cabinet has an air deflector. The
power distribution frame and frame have fans. This forms the
ventilation mode in which air comes in from the front, goes out from
the rear, and flows from the bottom to the top. This mode endows the
cabinet with excellent heat dissipation performance.
Chapter 1 Cabinets
The ventilation holes on the front door, rear door, and bottom plate
are lined with an air filter to make the cabinet dustproof.
The cable-through hole has a ratproof cover plate to cover the
opening left in the hole after wiring. This feature prevents dust and
little animals from entering the cabinet.

1.3.1 BAM
Note:
The manufacturer, model, and hardware configuration of the BAM server may differ
from what are described here. In that case, the delivery prevails. The description of this
document is for reference only.
The BAM is a server of the operation and maintenance (O&M) system of the SG7000. It
acts as a bridge between the SG7000 and workstations. The BAM forwards the O&M
commands of workstations (local/remote) to the host and redirects the responses of the
host to related O&M workstations. In addition, it stores and forwards alarm information
and service statistics data. You can install one BAM or two as you like.
The SG7000 adopts IBM X343 server as the BAM server, which is fixedly configured in
the basic cabinet.
