(BCP) involves all
key stakeholders at
all the time

maintain
appropriate
training resources.
It should ensure
feasibility of the
training to large
student pool and
faculties

- Getting PGP 1s
and
faculties
included in BCP. It
would
serve
to
align faculties with
BB program, and
also
help
to
identify champions
at early level, who
would be carrying
forward
BB
program
- Create a second
layer of trainers (or
more trainers) to
train
PGP1s
(finomina
members
and
interested PGP2s)
- Possibly include
Alumni,
CAG
members to get
industry
perspective,
and
possibly
placements
- Select 2 PGP1s
as champions by
January to lead the

next year
- Create a broad
course outline for
