History
1965Valtek Inc, USA is Formed
Partnership between Lawrence Haines (pictured), previously
employed by Masoneilan, and Charles Bates, previously
employed by Annin Valve.

1976Valtek Engineering UK is Formed

License Agreement between Valtek Inc, & Allen Power Engineering
Rolls Royce to Manufacture Valtek Valves in the UK.

1979Valtek Sulamericana Brazil is Formed

Partnership between Valtek Inc, & Flucon. Ownership is divided as
30% and 70% respectively.

1987Duriron acquires Valtek Inc.

Duriron purchases Valtek Inc, USA and its shares in Valtek Joint
Ventures.

1997Flowserve is Formed
Flowserve, is formed by the merger of Duriron. Takes over 40% shares
in VS.

1998Flowserve Acquires Valtek Engineering, UK

Flowserve buys out Partners in Valtek Engineering, UK, making it a

wholly owned subsidiary.

2009 Flowserve Sells Shares in Valtek Sulamericana

Flowserve sells its 40% stake in Valtek Sulamericana to Mr. Jorge
Barallobre

2011Binghalib Signs Joint Venture with VS

Joint Venture agreement signed between the Binghalib Group and
Valtek Sulamericana for establishing a complete manufacturing facility
for Control Valves in the United Arab Emirates catering to the Middle
East and North Africa territories.

2012Valtek Sulamericana MENA Opens in UAE

Equipped with the latest state of the art machines, Valtek Sulamericana
MENA facility opened under Industrial Manufacturing License in the
United Arab Emirates, with ability to manufacture up to 24 globe
control valves upto 2500# pressure class, for general and severe
service applications.
