Tutor Information
This project can only be effectively carried out following delivery of all of the unit
content. The more imaginative the approaches to delivery based upon the guidance within
the unit specification the richer the quality of the materials that the students will
produce.
Preparation for the assignment
Ideally build some use of video and role-play into the delivery activities to familiarise
learners with the use of the media. A guest speaker to explain basic video editing
software, Windows movie maker etc may be useful although many young people will have
experience of using and manipulating video through their mobile technologies.
