Jesus lived a perfect life because we couldn’t.

He offered himself as a sacrifice because He
loves us. He was raised to life conquering
death and the grave so that He could forgive
us. All we are to do is receive the gift of eternal
life by placing our faith in Jesus, and show our
faith by turning from sin. When we do that,
God gives us a new spirit with new desires and
the power to resist the Devil and his temptations.

You can pray something like this…
God, I confess that I have sinned against you
and I deserve the penalty. I don’t want the
penalty, and I believe that you paid it for me
already by your sinless blood on the cross.
Jesus, I pray that you send your Spirit to live
inside of me to empower me to turn from my
sins and change me into the person you want
me to be.

The questions on the Good Test are questions about
the 10 Commandments (God’s Law). If you have
answered “yes” to any of the questions on the good
test, the bad news is that you are guilty of breaking
God’s law. “For whoever keeps the whole law and
yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking
all of it.” (James 2:10) . Breaking God’s law is called
sin.

“How Will We Be Judged?”
“There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no
one who understands, no one who seeks
God.” (Romans 3:11-12)… “For ALL have sinned and
fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23)… “The
wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23)… “...their
place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This
is the second death” (Revelation 21:8)

The Bad News Is…
“The soul who sins is the one who will die…” (Ezekiel
18:20)
Everyone has a body that is destined to die; however when the bible (God’s word) refers to the soul
dying, it implies Eternal Death which is described as
eternal fire, torment, outer darkness, and a place of
weeping and gnashing of teeth. Hell is a horrible
place of eternal, conscious torment where those
who sin against God’s righteous standard will spend
eternity after they die.
