This Book contain a series of articles published in a Tamil language

monthly journal – Arut Thanthaiyin Anbukkural, under the heading of
“Science of Spritiuality”.
Most of them are my loud thinking adapted from many Saints and
Scientists especially people like Vethathiri Maharishi and Einstein.
Therefore all the glory goes to them and faults if any is to my petty mind.
As they are just monthly articles you may not find any continuity in them.
However they may provoke your new thinking styles and look at them in a
different perspective.
You are most welcome to share your feelings, thinking, suggestions and
even praise.
May the Almighty force bind us with good health, long life, enough wealth,
happiness, wisdom and peace!

1. Introduction
I am highly thankful to all those Saints, Sages, Scientists and learned personnel,
especially the South Indian common mans’ Philosopher Saint – Vethathiri Maharishi, for
my humble learning experiences in my life.
This serial “Science of Spirituality” will be an expression of my understanding of life for

more than two decades with the association of Saint Vethathiri Maharishi and his
teachings, practices and philosophies
Science is the present evolution of knowledge since the beginning of humans. Science is
essentially evolved to benefit and comfort human life. Neither the Mother Nature nor the
other living beings have ever wanted the science. For them Science or knowledge is
irrelevant.
Knowledge in the beginning of mankind was limited to the use of senses driving him for
food to satisfy the pangs of hunger. Slowly the humans have started using their innate
intelligence to convert the Mother Nature for the comforts of life. Presently the humans
have become so smartly intelligent that, not only they convert Mother Nature but also
exploit the fellow human beings for their comforts in life. The result is the loss of
environmental and human resources due to over exploitation leading to greater loss of
ecological balance and ultimately to the destruction of this planet unfit for humans to live.
Therefore we need a better knowledge, awareness and science that can reverse the
present trend to save this planet, especially for the humans who are the very problem
makers and therefore they shall also be the solution providers. It is time to rediscover that
knowledge or science which can normalize the ecological balance for a happy
harmonious living among all of us. And that science is the “Science of Spirituality”.
2. Science
Though Science is the great grand child of yester year’s Intuitive knowledge of
Scriptures, Religions and Philosophies, it cannot completely disown them. Still there
seems to be a lot of continuity, as many Scientists are looking at the past to solve the
mystery of mass, energy and consciousness. This search is from Darkness (Dark
matter/energy) to light (the converter constant of matter and energy).
Light makes things clearer to us to understand. But when we use the same light to
understand Darkness what will happen? We will get shades of light or shades of
darkness – a mixture of both. Therefore science while making thing clearer carries with it
always some darkness of unclear things. By knowing more we realize how less we know.
Therefore the entire Universe with its functions does not give us any ultimate constants
but a myriad of variables. The physical constants by themselves are also likely to vary
when compared with the eons of ages, let alone the psychological studies and
discoveries.
Science at its best is a study based on observations and conclusions drawn by

interpolation or extrapolation using mathematics or statistics. What I mean to say is there
are many ifs and buts in science. In spite of that there are many applications of science
that makes our life little more comfortable in the short run in our short life as we don’t
know its side effects in the long run to our great grand children.
Science starts as an Idea or hypothesis. It follows with many observations and studies in
the laboratory and/or in the field. It ends up with some empirical conclusions supported
by many fellow scientists.
The best part of science is that it will not hesitate to reject the old discoveries in light of
the new ones. Neither the Scientists nor their followers will carry any guilty feeling about
it. This is one of the main reasons why many learned people tend to follow the adaptive
religion of science than any other rigid ones.
Science is common to all, irrespective of religion, caste, creed, color or country. Like wise
Spirituality is common to one and all in the world. Therefore it is more of a science. That’s
why the topic – Science of Spirituality, to make it more acceptable, adaptive and practical
in life. With this let us refresh our thoughts to arrive at best possible solutions to the
problems of our life to day and the generations to come.
3. Spirituality
We are not a human being with spiritual experience, but a spiritual being with human
experience.
Going by Vethahtirian formula:

Human Beings is equal to Spirituality plus (Ego + Imprints + Illusion)
This means we are fundamentally spiritual but having a form and functions to keep living
our life till we realize the ultimate truth. Otherwise the process will be repeated.
The word spirituality refers to the quality of the spirit. By quantity (physics) it readily
evaporates and fills the space of the universe. By quality it refers to the enthusiasm
(psyche) with which we work. If our work can fill up the space of the universe, we are
spiritual and this ability is Spirituality.
By work it means all three put together (Thoughts + Words + Deeds). Check out how you
can fill in the universe with your work. With harmonious thoughts, sweet words and
helpful deeds one can spread the good work of joy in the universe. Because we are an
integral part of the Universal Net work system. We have to net work with the Universal
Power with inspirations and be prepared to serve humanity with love.
Vethathirian approach provides an excellent practical opportunity to connect Humanity

and spirituality with simple down to earth practices and knowledge.

1. Understanding Science
Science deals with existence. Anything beyond existence is not the concern of Science.
Existence in general term refers to nature and products of nature that includes you and
me. Using nature we have produced many modified natural products and unnatural
synthetic products, thanks to Science & Technology.
Human resource not only deals with existence but beyond, say for example, fantasies,
imagination, feelings, and abstract things etc. Thus Science plays with a limited scope,
yet boasts it self as the greatest invention on earth. Science can break its own barriers
provided the Scientists develop an open mind.
How many Scientists accept the concept of Mind and willing to study it for their PhD?
Ones life time is not sufficient to study nature or even mind as they have a history of
billions of years.
The Universe is 13 billion years old. Our sun is 5 billion years old. Living beings are just 3
billion years old. Science is just a few thousand years old. How it can study the 13 billion
years old Universe? At best it can say something about the present state which in any
case will be few light years old (it takes about 8 minutes for sun light to reach earth). Or it
can fantasize the future but will not be there to see it or verify it.
Science per se is grossly inadequate to gauge non existence which is 97% in the
universe (because matter is hardly 3% in the universe)
2. Meta Science the future Science
Some call it Meta Physics. Meta means in Greek over – that goes beyond!
Present science may not cover the non existence, but in future it will be included for sure.
Have you not heard of virtual Reality in Computer Science? A Reality that is not real!
Mind is the only known faculty of mankind that can connect up between the existence and
non existence, even if it is God. From the days of Adam & Eve so much is said about
Mind, yet it has not come in to the grips of mankind.
Exploring the Mind is the first activity of anyone who wants to find out the origin and the
ultimate of physics. Physics is the existence and metaphysics is the nonexistence. Which
one has given birth to which one? Which came first the Chicken or the egg? From where
do we start - From the known to unknown or from the unknown to known? From the known
is discreet and from the unknown will be abstract. From the known is finite and from the
unknown will be infinite. From the known is fragment and from the unknown will be
Totality.
3. Tools and Techniques for understanding Totality
. A tool is a facilitator that makes our effort, efficient and effective. Totality is an integrative
aspect that encompass all the known and unknown together, comprising of opposites,
parallels and complementaries.
One of the worldly tools that we have is the Body. All the laboratory equipment and
devices are there to supplement the body senses and functions and not more. Even Man
invented mathematical tools that can crunch numbers and show some trends and
hypothesis but nothing seem to be certain with the findings of body. Because all the five
senses of body has limitations in terms of mechanical forces and covers only a very small
range of electro magnetic wave spectrum.
We use instruments that are more sensitive than the human senses, yet they are not
sensitive enough to capture the most sensitive Totality. Lighter elements can be captured
only by more lighter elements. Now tell me how to capture an Anti particle that is
responsible for a Particle?
While the sensuous gross body has tremendous limitations in understanding the Totality,
the intellectual lighter body that we have and that has no limitations what so ever is our
Mind – both individually and collectively. The coverage range of Mind is beyond the
Spectrum of Electro Magnetic waves. Further the speed of mind is can go beyond the
speed of light – the critical speed that dissolves matter to energy.
Therefore Mind is the highly potential tool that we have to understand the non
existentialities including God. Just because we have the mind we cannot make use of it as
it is. Just because you bought a new computer you cannot make the best use of it as it is.
You need to understand the computer, learn a few easy exercises and play with it for a
while and do some difficult practices before you can really start making use of it. The same
applies to the mind.
The most unused part of our resource is Mind. Because it is not a physical matter to deal
with, but a non physical matter. But it is still a matter that really matters. Scientific man has
done a lot to the comforts of body, called improving the quality of life. But science and
Scientists have done very less to the comforts of mind. By evolution of time Body has not
significantly changed – the same 9 months for delivery of a baby, 1000 years back and
today. But mind has changed so phenomenally that it requires a special attention and care.
Our children are found to be smarter than us. Most of today’s personal / family / Business/
Professional / world problems can easily be attributed to the lack of Mental comforts or
relaxation to the mind especially our leaders.
Mind the most powerful tool to be harnessed for the improvement of our health, happiness
and harmony. This requires certain knowledge, learning, training and practices leading to a
habitual joyful and useful living.

BODY, MIND & SPIRIT
1. Understanding BMS – Body, Mind & Spirit
We are born, not at our own wish. It is the wish of nature, also called God.
We do still survive definitely for some purpose to serve. This purpose is a joint wish of Big
Self and Small self. The Big Self is the Nature, governed by the Laws of Nature and the
small one is our ego positioned by our understanding of life.
Whether we like it or not, we have to continuously work – Think, Talk and Act. All this
must lead to fulfilling the purpose of life. In this joint venture between nature and us, we
have made certain investments. The investment of nature is all the resources of nature
and from us the utility of BMS. While nature is the biggest investor, we are the working
investor with our BMS. The effective and efficient utilization of BMS is the key indicator of
our life performance. BMS is the asset of our life’s business to reap the benefits through
its application.
2. BODY
Body is the physical interface between us and the world. Mind is the psychological
interface between self and the Body. Spirit is the Energy interface between us and the
Nature Cosmos (Almighty). In essence Body is the reflection of Cosmos through Energy
and Mind.
Body is our contact with the World to meet our needs, to enjoy the wonders of beauty, to
investigate its functions, to maximize the benefits from it and be of service to it as a return
of gratitude.
Body is one of the most important assets to be cared for, nurtured and maintained so that
it serves effectively during the life span without much of problems. This requires a good
understanding of body, its functions and interrelationship with other assets of life’s
business namely Mind and Spirit.
Present days understanding of body is very extensive and tons of information is available
including the minutest details. Yet we are not out of woods in ensuring a good body’s
health. Probably we don’t have adequate information about the other two namely mind
and spirit.
First let us take a look at the body. The bricks of body are the cells. Cells receive nutrition
and dispose wastes, thus keeping the whole system in order. How good this function,
basically determines the health of body system. The cells have a natural rhythm of
functions, governed by the condition of the mind, using the stock of spirit energy.
Therefore body’s health is determined by the quality inputs we give in terms of food, air,
water and positive state of mind and adequate rest to the system to recuperate from
depletion of energy.
Any life style that can ensure such an approach will do good to the body asset enabling
us to get rich returns from it. Vethathirian concepts do provide an excellent approach in
this regard.
3. MIND
. Mind is probably the least understood subject, as we have to use mind to

understand mind. This is making an 180 degrees turn around, to look at yourself. Some
times it is called as reflection, self analysis or introspection.
Mind has significantly evolved in time as compared to body. Science and Technology
has done everything to comfort body, but not mind. This body comfort is erroneously
called as “Quality of Life”.
Mind is the planner, strategist and controller of Life so also the body. But this is not as
visible and transparent like body and hence is a mystery; yet powerful to influence and
impact our life.
Therefore if one takes care of his / her mind will be able take care of a healthy body and
performing life. Mind like body also needs comforts, rest and healthy challenges for an
excellent performance. Most of the problems of life, society and the world leaders can
easily be attributed to the Strained, stressed, pressurized and a uncomfortable hot mind.
Science and Technology is slowly turning to this aspect of trying to provide the mind
comforting systems, life styles and techniques. Many big universities of the world have
departments and huge laboratories that are exploring the aspects mind and comforting
the mind.
Vethathirian focus is on mind and its development; that’s why it is popularly called in
Tamil as ‘Manavalakkalai’. The indicators of a healthy good mind compared with the
other is
i. Frequency of the mental waves ( lesser is the better )

ii. Attitude and Behaviour and Culture (ABC )
iii. Feeling for others and helping them ( Sacrifice the other name for love )
All this indicators are to be understood, developed and continuously improved in day to
day living. For this we need education, training and practices of mind. This is more of a
practice / habit and less of a knowledge. This demands a change in oneself, that is what
we call as change of personality through introspection. Most of you may be aware of the
Vethathirian Concept of ‘ I AM NEW ‘ for learning and practice of Behaviour corrections,
Meditation processes for Frequency corrections and Blessings for feelings enhancement.
The happiness of future generations are in the hands of every one of us in terms of Body,
Mind and Spirit. Let us resole to improve on them by setting a life of role model to others.

SPIRITUAL BEING
1. SPIRITUAL BEING – Encapsules Human Being
We do not live in isolation. We all live together in a wider intricate net work of Universe
and beyond.
Vethathiri Maharishi explain the progressive thinking of man starting from the body matter
(particles) and ending in the matter (consiousness) without body. Like wise Science start
from the matter and ends up in the energy or the Spirit. After all 85% of Universe is filled
with Dark Energy!
The first thinking is to satisfy the needs of Body – Basic Instincts

The second thinking is to appreciate the nature that satisfied the body needs. - Artistic
The third one is to investigate deeply in to the functions of nature – Science
The fourth one is to convert nature into utilities and comforts for man – Engg. & Tech.
The last one is to offer the ultimate comfort to his thinking - Spirituality
Thus a man is a part of Spiritual being and not an independent matter of existence.
(wherever the word man is used it includes woman also)
2. BODY MATTER – The beginning of Science
Physics is considered to be the mother of all sciences. Essentially it deals with matter
and energy.
Matter is essentially made up of atoms, atoms by its subatomic particles, sub atomic
particles by its quarks and quarks by its etheric or energy or fundamental particles.
Energy is essentially the motion that drives the particles or its inertia. It plays a key role in
the changes of matter and its state.
The particles are always in motion, associate and disassociate gives a series of
elements, molecules and cells etc. that makes the body matter. Their energy levels and
transfers determine the life spans of that materials and matter, so also the human body.
Body is the physical interface between us and the world. Mind is the psychological
interface between self and the Body. Spirit is the Energy interface between us and the
Nature Cosmos (Almighty). In essence Body is the reflection of Cosmos through Energy
and Mind.
The very purpose of matter is utility, so also the human body. The utility value of body is
called service. A proverb ‘Service to man is service to God’ greatly emphasizes the need
to serve. When such a service is commercialized it is called economy and sacrificed is
called satisfaction. This is the purpose of life. Science is thus a servant in our life. Some
political leaders using science as a threat or as a false economic tool making it look like a
master of mankind and projecting themselves as the Powerful nations on earth is very
unfortunate. That’s why the need to spiritualize the science.
3. CONSCIOUSNESS MATTER – The End of Science
Consciousness is one of the most evasive concept, especially when referred with matter.
Is it there for everything? How does it function? Are they different?
Vethathiri Maharishi, in as far as I know, has clearly explained this aspect. Now it is up to
the well learned Scientists to take it further. According to Maharishi, consciousness is
there in everything, from matter to animals to man. It starts with limited range
in physical matter and gets extended in living matter and it covers the full range in with
the thinking matter in mankind.
Physical matter: In the words of Maharishi, it functions in three ways namely, 1. Pattern,
2. Precision and 3. Regularity. These are essentially the properties of matter of each
element or matter which has its own characters and quality. Pattern refers to the atomic
structure which does not change for a particular matter and if it changes it becomes a
different matter. There is a marginal difference in the atomic structure of gold and brass.
That’s why the Alchemists are still trying to find the ways of converting brass into gold.
Precision refers to the mechanical, electrical, magnetic, chemical properties of that matter
which is very unique for a particular matter. This is the next level of consciousness. The
third one is the regularity which refers to the speed at which the particles in the matter
spin. Variations in this spin will completely change the matter from one state to another
so also its properties and behavior
Living matter: In addition to the above three, living matter has three more functions
namely 4. Cognition 5. Experience and 6. Discrimination. These are instinct and
sensory based. It has limits in it self with respect to time and takes care of its present
needs for living and avoids dangers for survival. Cognition refers to the ability to
recognize things around and after trying that get certain amount of experience and finally
able to discriminate and decide what to do and what not to do. Then it becomes a habit to
live and survive.
Thinking matter: Besides the above six, man has another three that provides him with the
ability to reach the ultimate of consciousness, called self actualization or self realization.
They are 7. Faith 8. Understanding and 9. Realisation. We generally say Seeing is
Believing – this is limited to consciousness at sensory levels. Scientists generally work on
what they believe and sure that in time they will see it. Therefore it is a fact that if you
believe then you can see. This is the play of mind, that only mankind can do it. If one
limits himself to belief, it is superstition. Therefore he must investigate , ponder,
contemplate and acquire a clear acceptable understanding about his belief. This is
understanding. The perception level to understand must be under – low in ego, as well as
standing – watchful. When an incident happens there are three things that are seen. One
is the seer – the person, the second one is the seen – the object and the third one is
seeing – the action. Without any one of them the incident do not take place. Though they
appear to be different but consciously they are one and the same.
It is possible for human beings to be at any level of the consciousness, namely Physical
matter or Living matter or thinking matter. Their character / behavior depends on which
level they are and its highest level they merge with the super consciousness – the God.
That is Jeevatma shaking hands with Paramatma. The end of Science.
MATTER DOEST IT REALLY MATTER?
1. MATTER AND MASS
Mass is a matter, object and force.

Mass is also people, subject and behavior.
The first one deals with energy. And the second one deals with Consciousness.
Both are called Mass.
Mass is filled with matter, be it an object or a subject. The Physicists think about it in one
way and the Philosophers think about it in a different way. For a Physicist the matter is
the particles that fill up the mass of objects. For a Philosopher it is the Consciousness
that fills the Mass of subjects.
Subjects studying the matter of Objects are called Scientists. Science of studying the
matter of Subjects is called Philosophy / Psychology / Sociology. For some the matter as
a seen matter does not matter and what matters is the unseen matter.
Mostly the unseen matter is the one that produce the seen matter.
2. MOTHER OF UNIVERSE – DUST & GAS
Forces including Force fields are required to shape up masses, keep up masses, move
masses and even dissolve masses. Mass is another form of force.
Big bang theory says that in the beginning of the universe there was a cloud dust and
gas. Why is it not just the gas or just the cloud? Dust and gas are not different; they are
one and the same like energy and mass. Dust has inside gas, permeating into outside
gas. Gas’ condensate is dust and dusts’ evaporation is gas. Similarly forces condensate
into mass and mass evaporates into force. The balance between them is said to be in
equilibrium. When this equilibrium remain for a longer time is called matter and shorter
time is called wave and even shorter time is called energy. But for force, energy will not
exist so also dust & gas so also matter & mass.
3. BIRTH OF MASS
Mass is held as mass by the net effect of its internal and the effect of external forces.
Internal forces are generated by the spin of the particles (electrons) and the external
forces are by the Self compressive surrounding pressure force of the Single force, as
defined by Vethathiri Maharishi (gravitons?). This net effect keeps on changing, changing
the shape and size of the mass continuously with respect to time. Time is the medium in
which the changes in mass occur. Energy is the driver that makes the changes and its
conservation is the stock force of the universe. The way it changes is the as per the laws
of nature also called as the consciousness.
Mass is a matter of forces and consciousness.

4. FORCE & CONSCIOUSNESS
Physicists agree that this universe is filled with forces of energy. Philosophers agree that
this universe s filled with forces of consciousness. Energy is a derivative of forces.
Energy is convertible to mass. The link for conversion is the Speed of light. Beyond the
speed of light mass become extinct (Unseen) and below the speed of light mass start
showing up (seen). If one can understand light very well then he can understand what is
seen and unseen. This understanding removes ignorance shows reality and not
understanding lead to ignorance to find darkness.
If mass and energy are convertible by the light of matter then on the same scale the
mass and consciousness must also be convertible by light of knowledge.
Light is a turning point in physics for material to become immaterial energy the same light
(Arutperum Jyothi) is a turning point in philosophy for spirituality. When light is seen as a
physical entity you are a Scientist and when light is seen as a medium to dispel the
darkness of ignorance then you are a Philosopher.
5. YOGA – DUALITY; TRUTH - REALITY
Root of words are thoughts. To understand words we need to understand thoughts.

Spirituality is no magic or mystic. It is a study of nature and its expressions so deeply that
we get adjusted ourselves to their rhythm as much as we can. Superficial studies are
Sciences and deeper study is spirituality. That’s why probably young Scientists do not
believe in spirituality and the elderly ones shake off sciences to spirituality.
In any observation, the Seer is first. Then comes the seen and the seeing, which are
dependant on the seer. This is the reason that the scientific observations are also
subjected to the differences in the perception of the scientists. If there is no seer then
there will not be any seen and seeing. Therefore to see the reality, the seer must see
himself first; otherwise the seen will be fleeting bringing the uncertainty in to the seen.
If we notice that right from the ancient vedic times to the psychology father Maslow times
the Self Realisation or Self actulisation is emphasized so much. To see the seen, the
seer beams his inner light consciousness on to the external objects / ideas. Therefore
consciousness is luminous to show us the truth.
Yoga is said to unite two. When the truth is one where is the question of two? When both
are one the question of yoga does not arise. Yoga has become a familiar, pleasant and
fashionable word! How can you unite something that you are already in.
To attain truth is to become the truth. Mind is the key. Mind remaining un dissolving, un
deflecting without ideation or figuration will attain the Truth. Doubting, confusing mind
gives difference. Negate the difference. Be indifferent. Be Nischala says ancient vedic
saints.
Meditation is a process or practice to disconnect everything internally and externally.

Shut down the energy losses through the senses and stabilize consciousness to
recognize the Self. For Vethathiri maharishi “consciousness is God” and the practice is
Mind development – Mana valakkalai.
PHYSICS AND SPIRITUALITY
1. INTRODUCTION
Physics and Spirituality are two sides of the same coin.
A Particle Physicist Fritjof Capra during his research has found that Quantum Physics
and Theory of Relativity have a great similarity comparable with that of Eastern
Spirituality.
Newton saw this Universe as a machine made up of moving elements whose laws are
predictable. Every event that happens in the Universe has a definite cause and they have
a definite effect. All these are related to purely mechanical masses.
Einstein felt that masses are not just things that we perceive with our senses, but energy.
The nature of the universe is not just solid mass but energy in perpetual motion.
Pioneers of Quantum Physics, Heisenberg and Niels Bohr, felt matter at a minute level is
a field of energy expressed as sub atomic particles such as protons, electrons etc. For
them the particles appear and disappear on their own without any seemingly predictable
cause. Particles are not isolated objects but they an integral part of an environment or
field.
Physics deals with mass, energy, field etc. to ascertain the reality, so also spirituality.
2. THEORY OF UNCERTAINTY
The Universe is filled with matter and energy. While the matter appear as objects
perceivable, but the energy is not. Do we perceive the speed with which the world is
rotating? The matter in the Universe is less than 1% and rest are energy. Therefore
Physics is more of energy than matter. Likewise Life is more of virtuous living than
valuable possessions.
In Physics we study the origin and ultimate of matter. The origin is the beginning of
energy and the ultimate is the end of energy; and something in between is matter.
There seems to be a blurr between the particle position and velocity measurements. If
one is precise the other becomes blurr and vice versa. This is the theory of uncertainty
from the Scientists. This blurr is caused because of the fact that the observer and the
observed influences the observation. The truth is to know who is making the observation
of that observed. Or the observed is creating an illusion of impression. Or the very
observation is fogged by certain medium in between. It is all seems to be pure clashes of
energy at different states of motion. All are energy and the energy is one.
When the physics as a science has some uncertainty , why not in spirituality? Then
Spirituality is also a science!
Eventually all of us are searching for the reality both in science and spirituality. We are all
free to take any thing that appeals to us – for example Vethahtirian Gravity.
3. VETHATHIRIAN GRAVITY
Gravity not only means force of attraction but also seriousness, importance etc. The
celestial objects are attracted to each other and move in their position due to gravity is
true, but is it Newtonian gravity or some other gravity? If all our planets are attracted
towards the Sun – the big mass, then the Sun is attracted by some other bigger star?
and so on. Then which is the biggest mass in the universe, which keeps attracting all
masses in the universe? It cannot be the biggest mass, because the universe is less than
1% mass. It must be the almighty powerful energy field that keeps all things in order.
According to Vethathiri, it is the Self Compressive surrounding Pressure force with
inherent qualities of infinite space, time, force and consciousness. You may call it by any
name Almighty, Unified force or even God, and this is the Vethathirian Gravity.
According to Newton the Gravity that gives rise to the weight is variable, so also the
Vethathirian Gravity. It is directly proportional to that of the speed of spinning particles
(or planets) which keeps them away from one another. As the speed approaches zero it
disappears in it.
While Newtonian gravity attracts masses one to another, Vethathirian Gravity

compresses all the masses with its surrounding pressure force.
4. SPACE AS THE CREATOR
The nucleus of an atom – its real stuff – is 100.000 times smaller than the whole atom,
constituting the entire atom’s physical mass. From this we can understand that what you
see as an apple (group of atoms) is mostly empty space. Though the apple appears
solid, has a structure based mostly on empty space, is really in a state of frenzied
vibration.
As Capra puts it: Matter have appeared in the experiments as completely mutable. All
particles can be transmuted into other particles; they can be created from energy and
vanish into energy. In this frenzied vibrations – a force field – of subatomic particles any
distinction from the matter and space becomes blur. The space being so much more, it
automatically becomes more important to study in Physics. All physical forms simply
become transient manifestations of background Space that is ever alive with Super
consciousness.
Talking about Cosmologies is not only the prerogative of Scientists but also our Spiritual
ancestors who had spoken about it in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism etc.
In quantum physics the creation and destruction of particles happens for no reason.
There is a field out of which they come and go as they wish without assigning any cause
or effect. Buddhist call it soonya, Hindus call it Brahaman, Taoist call it as empty. It is not
emptiness but a field of potentiality from which all things emerge and die. This is the
dance of Siva expressing the endless process of creation and destruction.
The reality is the truth - the origin and ultimate of matter - the essence of physics is the
Absolute space or background from which all come and go. Knowing this, is knowing all.
MATTER AND MIND
1. INTRODUCTION
Matter is governed by physical laws and Mind is governed by spiritual laws.
Physical laws are formulated by observing the external reality, generally called Science.
Spiritual laws are formulated by observing the internal reality called Spirituality. The
grand fathers of present day Science are Spiritualists and Philosophers.
A Greek Philosopher Democritus (BC 460 – 370) has postulated that the world is made
up of invisible particles called atoms. Another Greek Philosopher Anaxiamander
(BC 611 – 547) thought that there is a boundless primary substance from which
everything is originated and to which everything returns. It is during the time of Descartes
(1596 – 1650) the concept of Mind was fully blown up with his famous word “ I think
therefore I am” This is what separated Matter from Mind so also the freedom of sciences
from the clutches of religions.
Science is a philosophy – but a Materialistic Philosophy, Body oriented that separates

and divides. Spirituality is also a philosophy – but an Idealistic Philosophy, Mind oriented
that unites and integrates.
2. MATTER – AN EXTERNAL REALITY
Science deals with concepts that are self consistent and in agreement with observations.
They are communicated with others and well accepted. Those who accept think alike that
what is observed is real and anything contra cannot be real. Thus the reality here is the
matter as we see it and observe it through its functions and properties. Materialism has
become dominant as it is better understood (than Religion / Spirituality).
These observations are purely external and made by the conscious mind. But what
happens to those observations made by the sub conscious and super conscious minds?
They are considered internal reality and therefore do not come under the ambit of
science.
When I say that I have pain in my leg the world accepts it readily without a question as
real though scientifically this cannot be proved as real. This is exactly the paradox
between the Science of external reality and the Scientists with their internal reality.
With the freedom to think, observe and share – science has made great leaps and
bounds to make matter most useful to Body and senses. Thus the summary of Material
Philosophy called Science has become “I am Body”. With this we became the servant of
our bodies to care for its hunger, thirst, disease, discomfort etc., Welfare of our bodies
has became the primary concern to all sciences, after all science is matter oriented,
therefore it is body oriented. Further the study of animal behavior proved that their
behavior can be modified by material inducements and the same is equated with people.
This has led to present days Greediness to effect control through economy and
extravaganza.
3. MIND – AN INTERNAL REALITY
Basis of Science is conceptualization. Conceptualization is a process of separating and

naming. An infant do not conceptualize, hence it is considered as God, but an intelligent
person do, and hence he is called human / Scientist. Conceptualization gives birth to
objects. Time is a concept of change and Space is a concept of shape. Both put together
give rise to objects that continuously change. Reality is whole, while concepts are in
parts. The summation of all parts cannot make it whole. All organs put together cannot
make a man. All parts of sciences put together cannot make the wholeness of nature /
Spirituality / God.
Mind is an excellent tool available to understand nature as a whole consciousness or as

parts of matter. Mind is a fluid that takes shapes of the thoughts it creates. If we think we
are in bits and pieces, yes we are. If we think we are whole, yes we are the whole. You
are what you think. Since conceptualizing is a process of separation from the whole, it
has opposites. These opposites create differences that lead to energy flow that create
matter and / or sensation. This world, is filled with opposites called waves. They are
magnetic waves which has the polar qualities of attraction and repulsion. This is the
duality nature of the universe.
Waves are no different from its background ocean. So also objects are no different from
its background plenum, space, consciousness and time as said by Vethathiri Maharishi.
Using mind in this direction can possibly take us to a state of wholeness the bliss.
Meditation is technique for such an adventure.
Consider the internal realities such as thoughts, memories, feelings, emotions,

imaginations, dreams, visions etc. They are not accepted as a science. But do we live
without them? All of them serve as pointers that take us to the ultimate reality.
4. MEDITATING MIND - SAMADHI
Meditation is a process using mind and its energy. The energy states are temperature-
dependent. Higher the temperature, greater is the energy. High temperature boiling water
has high energy level. This increases the disorder in the molecules as they are
energised. This disorder is referred as entropy. It represents the excitability and chaos of
the molecules that constitute matter.
As Dr. Deepak Ranade puts it, the human brain is an aggregate of nearly 100 billion
neurons. Various thoughts that constantly crowd our minds are the sum total of
simultaneous activity of different neurons. No wonder there is chaos in our waking state.
The complex interconnections that abound in the nervous system ensure that even a
small impulse rapidly spreads seismically via the dense nerves network.
Some individuals have innate higher entropy levels and so find it harder to concentrate.
They are `distracted' easily. They have fleeting thoughts and are very restless. The
sensory organs serve as an important pathway to increase the entropy as they stimulate
various neuronal circuits adding to the entropy. Therefore, closing the eyes helps in the
process of concentration. As the entropy of the neurons keeps decreasing, a state of
calmness is perceived. As these progresses further, the neurons start becoming
synchronous. That is, they neither modulate nor amplify any incoming signal. They just
resonate in harmony. As this orchestra gets more in sync, you experience varying states
of bliss and happiness. Till what is presumably the final state of zero-entropy, where all
100 billion neurons function in total unified quantum coherence is what may be termed as
Samadhi.
MIND & MEDICINE
1. INTRODUCTION
Use of medicine pre supposes presence of disease. When there is no disease no

medicine is required. Therefore medicine is not for keeping good Health but for
management of disease. Rampant use of medicine including self medication nowadays
lead to various undesirable side effects and at times turns out to be even fatal. It is better
to prevent use of medicine, but for emergencies and as a short time solution.
Ask yourself whether we need to keep good health or want good medicines? All of us
including Doctors would say that we want health. If we can keep good health then
medicines are redundant.
Health is more of a personal responsibility, care and concern. Where as medicine is the
concern of professionals with service interest or more of business interest. What we are
looking for is Medical Professionals who can prevent disease before it creeps in and give
health than therapies. Health is one of the most important factors from the days of
mankind. We even have Gods in the name of Vaitheeswara and Marundeeswar.
Volumes are written in Sanskrit and Tamil about ancient systems of using natural
materials as medicine. Compare them with the present chemically evolved medicines
backed by multinational pharma companies as mega business than service. No doubt all
their R&D expenses have to be borne by the poor patients all over the world.
According to Edward Bach, Disease will never be cured or eradicated by only the present
materialistic methods, for the simple reason the disease in its origin is not material.
2. CONFLICT IN MIND – CAUSE FOR MOST DISEASES
According to Vethathiri Maharishi the human problems in the world is attributed to

disease in body and disturbance in mind.
We are all “Born to Win“. But somehow in the process of our life, we have been
conditioned to Loose. This conditioning is an indication of our Mind Process.
Success, Satisfaction, Fulfillment are dependants on how we perform in our life, more
than past karmas. Our life performance is dependant on our Mind Process. More than
80 % of our ailments such as depression, negative feelings, sleeplessness, unable to
concentrate, fear of every thing leading to Blood pressure, Diabetes, Arthritis, back pain,
heart problems, compulsive over eating, smoking, drinking addictions, feeling life as
worthless etc. are attributed to lack of good mental health.
All this are due to

- people are not aware ( lack of knowledge )
- people do not care ( lack of preventive actions )
- people do not get care ( lack of facilities )
To Learn, you must be Willing; to get cured, you must be Willing; to serve, you must be
Willing; ‘Willing’ is a matter of Mind; Mind must be ready for Body to be Healthy.
3. MIND – THE MIRACLE DOCTOR
Body is an extension of Mind. Therefore the disturbances in mind happened many years
ago shows up in the body as disease at a later stage. That’s why most of the time it is too
late to make any significant corrective measures in the body, but suffer. Why not consider
Mind as a Body by itself and start a new approach with the techniques of Vethathiri
Maharishi offered to the World Community?
Some of the International Universities are already on the job testing out the healing
efficacies of faith healing, prayers , meditation, self affirmations, beliefs etc. And many
papers are presented in the International Conferences. Many conventional modern
medicine doctors are showing a lot of interest in the Indian System of Health and
Spirituality. Misinterpreting the true nature of disease and perceiving it in materialistic
term in physical body is not healing, may be managing.
According to Edward Bach, all efforts directed to the body alone can superficially repair
the damage and do not offer a cure. Because the primary cause is still operative in the
mind and may any moment demonstrate its presence in some other form. Some time
people jokingly say that when a common cold is treated, it becomes bronchitis and when
bronchitis is treated it becomes asthma and finally the outcome is respiratory disorder and
failure.
Human system is well known as a complex system which is self powered, self repaired,
self maintained, self guarded, self medicated and self destructive for the entire life span.
Health is a word most probably derived out of the Biblical statement that “Heal thyself”.
Understanding mind and using mind with some of the ancient proven techniques will pave

the entire world will be switching over to the new methods of Health upkeep and disease
prevention than the Five star Hospital methods of disease management.
4. MIND – THE ULTIMATE PHARMACIST
Any illness is a body response as the inside chemistry has changed and the body is
fighting the illness. The process of restoration to normal is started as the body makes
demands to mind and minds starts its work of generating the right type of medicine in the
right quantity and sends that at the right time. Have you not heard people saying that the
common cold will take seven days to heal but the Doctor will fix it in just a week’s time?
Billions of dollars are spent to fix cancer for more than two decades. Where are we to
day? We have excellent diagnostic systems to find its presence at an early stage but the

potential of mind to give us the best medicines for cure. The manifestations are factual
but not actual. The actual components of chemistry that body organs generate is still a
mystery for many Bio Chemists. Cool mind is positively disposed to tackle hot issues.
Agitated mind is vulnerable and weak to the attack of diseases and cellular dysfunction.
Consider the use of mind as the divine Pharmacist who lets you have the right medicine
for cure and more so for prevention through regular mind practices and life styles.
PLAY OF PARTICLES & SPACE
1. INTRODUCTION
Physics lives with particle. Without particle there is no matter, without matter there is no
mass, without mass there is no force, but for energy there is no force and when there is
no energy there is no universe.
A kid loves to play with toys. Playing is the work of a kid whenever basic needs are met.
So also a grown up adult plays with nature as a part of his / her work whenever the basic
needs are met.
Nature is the only available pastime for humans’ right from the days of Adam & Eve.
Apple has served not only as a food for Adam but also as a revelation for Newton.
Maharishi lucidly explains the development of man’s play with nature. In the beginning
Man was in search for food, he used products of nature. After he spent his time
wondering nature’s beauties and sketched it in terms of Arts, Music and Literature. Being
curious he found out new things about nature and its behavior called it as Science.
Applying Science Man has brought many gadgets that help mankind to live in comfort.
Comfort seems to be the goal of good life to day. That’s why to day Science World is
dumping full of material comforts. Naturally Scientists are intrigued about the material and
its origin or ultimate. The search is on and on in trying to divide the particles and find
those tiny bricks that made this Universe.
Billions of dollars are spent in trying to find out the origin of particles that made the mass.
As we go deep in a particular direction as lead by our senior mentors we sometimes miss
out the obvious and many other directions. We need some lateral thinking and some new
light about the mass, keeping the particles some distance away.
Let us try and do that now.
2. PLAY OF THE PARTICLE
Particle – does it have a dimension? Or is it an illusory concept?
It is not necessary that a wall must be built with bricks alone. A wall can be built with lots
of openings (windows) in it. The Openings are so huge that bricks look like nodal points
of the wall. Particles are points linking space creating a temporary wall like partitions.
Micros do really make Macros but behave differently, like kids and adults. In the same
way as, we call kids as God and Adults as polluted God.
We construe that the huge openings are also part of the wall itself. Is it correct?
Differentiating, identifying, coding, establishing relations and proving it is all Science.
The Leaders of Science hang on to proving so much, because it provides supply of
enormous funds to keep millions of scientists engaged to sub serve some economic
interests. May be this is not correct. Please find out yourself.
Proving is a matter of Hardware or software or both. Hardware are the laboratories with
their equipment and instruments. Software is the Mathematics. Laboratory studies are
based on observations of humans with their own observational errors besides the
instrumentation calibration errors.
Mathematics is a man invented tool for better classification, coding, understanding and
explaining to others. This has its own limitations of deviations and not being precise, for
example pi has a unending decimals. Mathematics at best is an approximation of
numerical imagination especially when it deals with sub quark strings.
Particles – are they one and the same or different? Planets are they one and the same or
different? Humans are they one and the same or different? The answer is YES and NO.
Fundamentally yes but practically no. Humans are made up of particles – but he cannot
become Scientist with particles alone. Like wise the particles we discuss are players like
Scientists, they alone do not exist. All particles whatever wherever it may be, cannot just
exist but it continuously keeps playing for ever until it takes rest.
Does the particle by itself plays or it is made to play, if so by whom? If it rests finally,
where does it rest or in what does it rest? May be it plays by the force of that in which it
rests.
Let us meditate / contemplate / think it over.
3. SPACE – THE NON PLAYING CAPTAIN OF THE UNIVERSE
The whole Universe or Universes are relative. Take anything and everything in the
Universe they are in one way or the other related. Absolute is a non provable / non
demonstrable imaginary abstract concept.
Einstein’s Theory of Relativity is just the beginning between Mass and Energy. Speed of
light is its key element. Like wise the Universe has umpteen numbers of Relativity
Theories starting from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Sociology and Theology
to be developed, experimented, established and proven. This is matter of scientific way of
Thinking!
Relativity presupposes a datum on which the play takes place. Universe is a play; it
needs a place to do it. Waves of the ocean need a place to play. If something to be
differentiated, it must have a background. If particles are playing, where is the playfield?
Is it the so called Space? Perhaps you can’t integrate without differentiation.
If someone knows how to define the space and dimension it then we can catch the
particles easily. But for space there is no chance for particles to exist let alone its play.
If we need to explain, the explain, where do we go. That’s why you can’t define yourself.
Therefore you take your neighbor as a comparison to explain yourself. Axioms,
Hypothesis, Theories are like metaphors to convince a logical / rational thinker without
any substantiate proof.
Space seems to be the ultimate background of the Universe. It is a bundle of

Consciousness, Stock Force, Energy and Time. With these four players, the drama of
universe is enacted on an infinite basis with continuous balancing as the key function.
Scientists as the lead thinkers have to start thinking differently. With this they may be
able to demonstrate the one Unified Force. Understanding of which can bring equanimity
Peace in mankind – Man to value and respect another man. (and not for their material
particle possessions) Let new thoughts emerge!
PSYCHE OF GOD Vs HUMAN
1. INTRODUCTION
Physics and Psychology are closely related. Physics is trying to tackle the roots of God or
nature, while psychology is trying to tackle the roots of behavior.
Whether it is the roots of nature or humans, they are not just in the form of quantity but
they are purely in the form of quality. Quantity is measurable but quality is not
measurable. That’s why science seeks quantity of measurements and Spirituality basks
on quality that is not measurable.
The question is, as a human being what is that we seek? Quantity – representing
materialism or Quality - representing spiritualism. Surely we want both, but in what
proportion. Vested leaders of the world have brain washed that the entire world must
seek materialism or perish. Material / Economy / Exploitation / Globalization is the
outcome. Lack of Spiritualism has brought the fall in Human values. It is affecting the
world , look at the fall of Economic Empires like Lehman Brothers in US so also in other
developed nations.
The quality being talked about is mostly representing the Attitude, Behavior and Culture
of a person, country, and society. What must be the best qualities one must keep,
develop and cherish? The ultimate is said to be the qualities of God vis a vis mother
nature
Intentions are more important than the Action / Results. Intentions are the Psyche and
the Actions are the Physics. Intentions are the Spirit of actions and actions are just
material representations.
Therefore our life is a process of continuous change from qualities of present humans to
qualities of God, till both become equal. Let us examine these qualities that would help
our understanding the very purpose of life.
2. PSYC OF GOD
The modern worldview of Science is characterized by an implicit division between the

objective or physical realm of existence and the subjective or psychic realm of existence.
The objective physics is generally dominating the subjective psychology to the point of
virtual exclusion. The dominance of modern materialism is due in large part to its
association with the remarkable theoretical and practical power of classical physics as
developed by Newton and his successors. According to this model, reality consists of a
fixed and passive space containing localized material particles whose movement in time
is deterministically governed by mathematical laws. Consequently, mental phenomena, in
this picture, are nothing more than the complex functions of the material brain governed
by physical laws.
Most of the Scientists, consider God is a pure non science (or non sense?) concept
while its creation - nature as the pure Science. If so let us consider God as Nature, and.
the behavior of nature as God’s behavior.
Let us take an example of nature – sun.
The action of Sun is to give Heat and light. It is the cause of oxygen supply thro’ photo
synthesis with green vegetations. What we must learn is the attitude of the Sun.
The attitude of the Sun is to:
- Give (without expecting anything in return or take)
- Give regularly (and not whenever it wishes)
- Give equally to all (without favoritism or prejudice)
- Give at the cost of self dissolution - sacrifice
- Give it to all (and not for own family)
- Be useful in giving (than wasteful)
- Live in harmony with fellow planets / stars
This applies to all creations of nature, but for humans. Humans are special, because they
th
have the 6 Intelligence to think, analyze and take actions. With these special qualities let
us see the behavior of humans.
3. PSYCHE OF HUMANS
Humans are born to win, but conditioned to loose. They win when they are aligned and in
harmony with nature / God. They fail and suffer whenever they are against nature or
exploit nature or in disharmony with nature. This appears to be the present status.
Looking at the greatness of nature in size, in action and in attitude (besides exploring it
as science) yet humans fail to live in harmony with nature. Then how can he live in
harmony with fellow human beings.
Nature is our very living resource, research resource and happy resource. Why are we so
greedy to exploit / spoil / play / modify / fight with it? Because we do not value our
spiritual attitude, behavior and culture but value material flashy, extravagant, wasteful
material oriented life.
Let us compare and contrast our Psyche with that of nature / God. Our learning will be
based on one theme i.e. we are born free, live free and die free with the resources from
nature alone. Then there is no need to amass natural wealth, transact nature in terms of
man made wealth (science & technology, money) and starve / kill fellow human beings
for selfish aggrandizement of power.
Ask the following questions:

1. Am I giving more than I take?
2. Do I regularly engage in free service to nature including humans?
3. Do I give without favoritism or prejudice?
4. Do I sacrifice something, as it makes me sacred?
5. Do I love my neighbor in as much as my own family?
6. Am I performing more of utility value actions or wasteful actions?
7. Do I keep my happiness in spite of so many odds in my life ?
If the answers are affirmative, then you are moving towards the Psyche of God. If not
think again, contemplate, make the change when you still have some more time left.
Humans are not in competition with God / Nature, they are complimentary. In that sense
let us all live in happiness, peace and in harmony.
SPECIFIC GRAVITY OF BEHAVIOUR
1. INTRODUCTION
Big Bang brought this Universe about 1500 million years back, so say a set of Scientists.
This universe is filled with its range of galaxies, stars, planets, etc., They are all seem to
be full of mass and energy. How about Consciousness and intelligence in them? No,
Scientists feel very shy to discuss about it, for them it is not their concern!
After the Big bang, much later comes the human beings - sometime about 1.5 million
years back. Humans who came later surprisingly had the intelligence to say a lot about
the birth of the universe ( from which they had come). It is like the great grand son had
the intelligence all about the great grand father whose intelligence he has inherited. If
Universe is without consciousness, then how come humans who came much later from
the same universe have the consciousness! Therefore the Universe by itself had the
Consciousness / Intelligence from which we are evolved. Therefore it must be having a
Behavior pattern with emotions of faith and love. Some notice it intuitively and the
Science is trying to ignore it. May be it is at an infant stage (less than 1000 years old.)
and lacks maturity.
Right from the beginning Scientists were more concerned with material mass than the
conscious mind. May be it is usual to take the easier path out in finding the answers to
the secrets of the universe. Now days it is rare to find scientists like Newton or Einstein to
bring out the amazing secrets of the universe! Probably they are all working for those
greedy materials driven non scientists?
However, study of materials seems to reveal the more about the study of their
successors namely humans. One such physical parameter of material is the Specific
Gravity and this seems to be valid for humans as well.
2. SPECIFIC GRAVITY & BEHAVIOUR
Specific gravity is a number. It has no units, like gram, centimeter etc. It is a ratio,
between the density of a substance and to that of water at a given temperature and
pressure. When the density of water is one then the specific gravity of the substance is
the same as its density.
For example the specific gravity of Aluminum is 2.7, Lead is 11.35, Mercury is 13.56.
Coconut oil 0.927, Milk 1.035 and sea water 1.028. This show how denser they are in
relation to water. Water is taken as the reference, whose value is one.
As we have different materials, we do have different people but with different specific
gravity of behavior. Materials of different specific gravity do not mix with each other very
well and they remain aloof or isolated. This is what we see in people when they mix with
each other as a team or group or a party or in an organization or even a country.
The differentiating parameters may be their genes, quality, conduct, character modified
by their education, experience and environment. All these create a density in them to
become hard or soft or flexible or adaptive or loving or helpful or even sacrificing.
All those with nearly the same character will mix very well and make a good team.
Otherwise we will have utter confusion and misunderstanding leading to chaos and
animosity. Look at the today’s world and our efforts to bring unity, peace and equality, all
seems to be a farce.
We know by science that water and oil will not go together very well. Their specific gravity
differs - so also with the people and their leaders. The density of material decides their
specific gravity and the density of greediness decides the specific gravity of people.
Accumulation of molecules causes a material to become denser. Accumulation of wealth

causes a man to become denser and different from others. When material density
becomes equal they blend nicely. Likewise when man’s greediness or simplicity becomes
equal with all, there prevails harmony and peace.
3. CHANGE SPECIFIC GRAVITY FOR HAPPINESS
For materials there is a reference like water. For humans there are references of great
Mahans like Adishankara, Ramanuja, Vyasa, Jesus. Sal Mohammad Nabi, Buddha,
Mahaveera, Guru Nanak, Vallalar, Vivekananda, Vethathiri Maharishi etc., Materials
cannot change easily unless their atomic structure change. But humans can change
easily with their will and attitude. Birds of same feather flock together. In the same
manner humans of same character and quality will flock together automatically. Such
flocks should increase and they will change the whole world.
Let us be a part of this process of change and all the rest will come together. We just
need to follow a simple way of life and approach. For example take the Purification of

This will surely help in changing the Specific Gravity of humans bringing them together
for a happy living in this world.
MATTER & ANTIMATTER
1. INTRODUCTION
Recently, I happened to see an English Movie “Angels & Demons” by Tom Hanks as the
hero. Though it is a movie, it was more of a challenge between Science & Religion
(Spirituality - God).
It is some kind of a challenge between the power of Science and the power of God. This
is in the background of the latest experiment of particle physics using Hadron Collider in
CERN Geneva, trying to find out the God’s particle?
Particle being a matter and the God’s particle being the source of all matter is expected
to close many doubts about the Unifying source of matter. But the villain here is the
Antimatter that poses a threat worse than that of an atom bomb. The anti matter is
collected as a part of the experiment and is used to threaten Religion and to demonstrate
the superiority of Science. Illuminati, a fictitious concept used here in the movie as the
Villain Science Challenging God.
2. MATTER, ANTIMATTER & ILLUMINATI
The word Illuminati flashed something in me, as it is the Light and the light is playing a
key role in science and Spirituality.
According to Einstein, Matter & energy are convertible, as they are one & the same. The
factor that converts is the speed of light. Light behave as material - particle and as energy
– wave. Unlike other matter, light is able to move without the help of any medium and
without any loss of speed with distance. Light exhibits duality and relativity. Duality -
because it is both particle and wave. Relativity - because it is connected with mass &
energy conversion.
According to many Saints, especially the south Indian Saint Ramalinga Vallalar also uses
Light as the source of God – Arutperum Jyothi.
“And God said let there be Light and there was light” – Bible, Genesis 1:3
Lama Surya Das in his book, ‘Awakening to the Sacred’ writes - All cultures, peoples, and
religious groups through all times have talked about the phenomena of light in the context
of the religious or mystical experience. Those who have seen visions of holy beings
typically see them surrounded by white light. People have always described going to the
light, finding the light, being called by the light, dissolving in the light. We read about light
in The Egyptian Book of the Dead as well as The Tibetan Book of the Dead. Men,
women, and children who have had classic near-death experiences vividly describe
arriving in a place of white light; they speak of themselves and others as being bathed in
white light.
Light is a part of the primary source material. As the history of mankind developed, the
concept of light became institutionalized; it was then interpreted according to cultural and
religious beliefs. Pure light thus became light of God, light of truth, light of Buddha, light of
Jesus, cosmic light, and ocean of light depending upon where you were born and what
you were taught. Light, however, is constant. It is fundamental energy, and the energy
does not die.
Light is energy, light is the guiding spirit and the light is the beginning of Universe. The
Big Bang is heard only after the Big Bright engulfing of tremendous amount of light. Light
is a challenge both to Science and Saints.
3. DUALITY & REALTIVITY
Light, whether it is a matter of Science or Spirituality, exhibit two things - Duality and
Relativity.
Duality is Thuvaitha philosophy (Jeevatma / Paramatma) in Spirituality. In Science it is

Particle and Wave (or Matter and Energy). When this duality is merged into one, then is
the emerging philosophy of Advaitha (Monism) – the One God.
Duality, in essence is a pair of opposites that co exist. Take examples of Matter & Anti
matter or Action & Reaction or Rich & Poor or Light & Dark or High & Low or positive &
Negative etc. This pair of opposites is responsible for this Universe which is filled with
Matter & Energy. In other words Duality is responsible for the Existence. Science at this
point of time cannot go beyond the search of existence to that of Non existence. While
our Saints and Philosophers like Vethathiri Maharishi have transcended above duality
and brought concepts of One God to all Philosophers and One Universal Gravity to all the
Scientists. What is One, cannot be proved to be in existence, which is made up of two
things out of that One. Light in no way can find shadows without matter in between. The
shadow is the Universe and the Light is God.
As long as the Duality exists, the Relativity will also exist. In the Universe there is not a
single thing that is independent. Everything is related to each other. When one is affected
he other will also get affected automatically. Take the example of Ecological balance.
Does it not prove the Relativity in the Universe? God or Gravity do not come in the ambit
of Relativity, as it is an independent Nirguna Brahmam – the absolute space. When this
space starts spinning by itself into tiny whirlpools due to its Self compressive surrounding
pressure force, making a combination of Attractive and Repulsive forces, causing the
generation of Fundamental energy particles. When they are put together forms the duality
and relativity then they blossom into what we call Universe & living beings. It is the
beginning of Light.
Spirituality is thus leading Science to that of non duality and non relativity concept – the
concept of Gravity or God. Knowledge of this will put our greediness to an end and
characterize us to lead a virtuous life in an atmosphere of care & share to a state of
compassionate emotional balance like nature’s ecological balance.
Let our search for a new thinking and working, to leave this world for a happy living to our
future generations of mankind.
CONSCIOUSNESS IS GOD
1. INTRODUCTION
Does Consciousness come under the domain of Science? Yes; because it figures in
Psychiatry & Psychology. Does God come under the domain of Science? Probably not;
because the Religious Heads with their Sacred Scriptures seem to own it. And they do
not want Scientists to meddle with it. In some countries it would mean a death sentence
to the Scientist.
More than the fear of God, it is the fear of fellow human beings that made most of the
Scientists to go in search of matter than mind which gave the concept God.
2. GOD AND CONSCIOSNESS
God may be defined as,
- All Powerful
- All Pervasive
- All Knowing
- All Providing

Consciousness may be defined as,
- Source of all
- Conversion of all
- Experience of all
- Existence of all
Let us start from what we know; Body & Mind. Body is a matter and Mind is a non matter. Body
has a set of external sensors in contact with all five physical elements (Pancha Boothas). Mind
has a set of internal sensors in contact with consciousness.
Consciousness gives rise to energy which in turn converts it to matter and vice versa. Matter and
energy are cyclic & continuous without a break; so also, Mind & energy. Energy is common for
both Body & Mind.
Everything in cosmos including living beings are in motion. Naturally the Body & Mind is also in
motion. It is easier to catch the physical matter (mass) than consciousness non matter. That’s
why we talk more of physical matter in science than consciousness non matter.
Mass in reality does not exist; it is known as maya by vedantis. In science it exists as real. This
seems to be the gap between understanding God and Matter.
3. REALITY OF SCIENCE
Mass exist in motion. Without motion, mass do not exist. Therefore motion is the cause for mass
and not any particles or matter or even quarks. Let us check them out.
- Mass in reality does not exist, but for forces.

- Forces in reality do not exist, but for movements (displacements)
- Movements do not exist, but for change in speed (Acceleration / Deceleration)
- Changes in speed exist in oneself causing movement, therefore masses
- Movement in oneself is called agitation or vibration or waves.
- Waves demonstrate duality or plurality with its ups and downs.
One within oneself agitate (waves) causing plurality (many). When one becomes many, it is full of
agitations only. Where we can find clarity in plurality? Never! Heisenberg does confirm this
uncertainty.
Particle and anti particle give rise to mass. There exists plurality; one within oneself. The
difference in any parameter (delta effect) causes cognizance and existence. At best Science can
do now is to study the existence (plurality), because there is no scope to study the Oneness.
Oneness as the source of mass itself cannot be comprehended as matter and therefore is
beyond the grips of Science.
In the same manner, Mind ( & Body senses) has a store of perceptions caused by the delta effect
(intelligence – Bhuddhi) will not be able to give us the Oneness effect of peace & freedom.
Therefore we have to transcend beyond the delta effect of Body & Mind senses without any
differences what so ever. This path is the path for Oneness - is the path of Spirituality.
4. GOD CONSCIOUSNESS
In a computer, what is the most important part? Is it the software or the hard ware or is it the
electric power that operates them or the nature that has provided the power?
We always choose to give easy answers first then move on to the difficult ones. Without the Body
of the computer hardware all the rest are useless. Even if you have the body, when power is not
there, it is still useless. Even with the power, if there is no software (Operating system) in side,
everything is useless.
The Universe is working like a Computer system. It has the hard ware in the form of Nature,
Planets, Solar system, mass & matter. It generates its own energy by recycling the matter (solid,
liquid, gas) that powers the hard ware. Yet it needs software to function in an orderly manner. Is
the Universe not functioning in an orderly manner? Yes; it does. Then it is the order of function,
that is called as the Consciousness.
The realization of this truth is called the Spiritual Science or Gyan. This path is the path of no
mind through meditation and steadfastness in the task to realize the Oneness. Viveka and
Vairagya are enough to reach any goal in life including God Realization.
NEWTON A SPIRITUALIST ! (1st Law)
1. INTRODUCTION
Newton, a multi personality known for his outstanding contribution to humanity, in terms
of Mathematics, Physics, Philosophy, Theology etc. In his famous Laws of Motion, he
brings out concepts of Forces, Inertia, velocity, acceleration, Action, Reaction etc.
Mass do not exist but for forces. Forces are primary for any action, work, power &
Energy. Understanding forces leads one to the core of Physics, Mathematics and the
unity of Science & Philosophy. No doubt, that Newton was also a Theologist trying to
scientify the scriptures.
For our discussions, let us take his first Law of Motion.

2. 1 LAW OF MOTION
The first law states that – “Every body remains at its state of rest or of uniform motion
unless otherwise it is disturbed by an external force”.
The body referred here is an object of matter or mass. This is equally valid for the human
body as well. All matter remains as they are and change only by the application of
external force.
When Newton mentioned external force, did he imply the existence of something like an
internal force? If yes what is this internal force? Is this the reflection of Theological mind
of Newton?
3. INTERNAL FORCE
Internal force is the one that keeps the body at rest or of uniform motion. Internal force is
the core of any body / object / matter / mass. The external force like our senses have the
effect of accelerating or decelerating effect on the body as it is and that is causing the
change or movement thus living and loosing energy.
Forces are required to keep things at rest. When the internal and external forces are
equal & opposite the body is said to be in equilibrium. Being more sensitive we allow the
external forces to overcome the internal forces and loose our equilibrium. On the other
hand if we can strengthen the inner core of our being – knowing thy self, we continue to
remain in equilibrium.
The external force that can effect a change is mostly in kinetic state and the internal force
that keeps the equilibrium is in potential state. What is the potentiality of a matter – is
measurable in calories of energy and is the same when in kinetic.
Consider the forces required for motion in a body. They are physical forces. In the same
manner consider the forces required for emotion in a body (human). They are all
psychological forces. Whatever can cause an emotion in a body is also forces that needs
to be understood for living happily and peacefully with other bodies in the world of
universe.
4. MIND – THE BODY OF INTERNAL FORCE
Physical forces do affect the physical body – the Matter. Psychological forces do affect
the psychological body – the Mind. Newton simply dealt the issue of mechanical forces
and therefore the mechanical body. Mechanical body being slow in action /reaction is
able to fit very well in the ambit of mathematics. Any thing that is faster than light, for
example the speed of mind, mathematics is at loss to capture it in any meaningful
manner.
Mind – the body of internal forces is not only the property of humans but also to other
living organisms, plants and matter including metals. Indian Scientist, Dr. J.C. Bose who
first proved by experiments in 1901, May 10 in England, that metals which are supposed
to be inanimate objects, behave like plants or even human muscles. Bose in fact
established the connection between Physics, Botany and Physiology. Sir Robert Austen
one of the world’s authority on metals in those days praised Bose and said “ I have all my
life studied the properties of metals and happy to think that they have life”
George Dela Warr a gifted civil engineer experimented in 1955 – 56 with seeds that are
treated radionically sprout with a faster speed. He found seed were responding not only
to radiation, but to human beings who were involved in the act of radiation. He concluded
that “ the mind of a human being could affect cellular formation”
The external forces are obtained at a huge energy cost and we cry for shortage of power
supply. Renewable alternate safe energy is the buzz word of today all over the world. The
solution for this power problem lies at the roots of human mind, which depends on its
internal forces of strength.
5. ART OF MIND DEVELOPMENT
Philosopher Scientist Vethathiri Maharishi has therefore given to the World Community
“The Art of Mind Development”, as a practice for life. He has even mentioned in one of
his poems that “All the responsible leaders of World must practice to improve their inner
forces of intuition for better government and service to the Society”.
The core of mind development lies in many kinds of Meditation / Mind practices that
enable us to clarify, calm, boost and strengthen our mind system with its focusing,
enveloping and expansive meditation practices reinforced with positive self affirmations
and universal blessings.
Problems of today cannot be solved by the solutions of yesterday, however effective they
were in those times. For example, Mass production of goods is a failure today. We need
creative / innovative solutions that can come up to solve today’s complex and difficult
problems. The solutions can only come from a mind of inner strength, which is the result
of Mind Gym and not muscle Gym.
Let us change to the new Practice of Mind Gym.
NEWTON A SPIRITUALIST ! (2nd Law)
1. INTRODUCTION
Newton was down to earth. He is not worried about the Heaven above. For him “as is
below so is above” – what happens on the earth the same applies to the sky. The entire
world for Newton is purely a mechanical system that moves like a clock work. What
moves that counts. Only masses move. They are moved by forces. Forces are required
for mass acceleration or deceleration. The forces come from energy. The energy sigma
remains constant as per the law of conservation of energy. Therefore the forces are only
change makers keeping the energy sigma same. While forces change, there is another
force that resists change called inertia. Inertia seems to be another force but passive
force and the real active force is required to overcome it and move. The differential really
seems to matter. That is duality.
In essence what we see is matter and the rest doesn’t matter. Likewise, what we is
science and the rest considered as unseen - spirituality? Newton in his second law
contrasts between the two – seen mass and unseen forces / acceleration.

2. 2 LAW OF MOTION
The second law states that – “When a force acts upon a body, it imparts acceleration
proportional to the force and inversely proportional to the mass of the body and in the
direction of the force”.
Second law of motion is the centerpiece of classical dynamics, providing exact

connection between force (cause) and acceleration (effect).
F=mxa or m = F / a.
Mass is a function of force by acceleration. While we see mass as real and we do not
see the force or acceleration. Therefore what is seen is made up of unseen. What is
reality for science is essentially made up of unreal thing. Is known parameters are
derived from unknown or assumed parameters?
3. EARTHLY HEAVEN
What applies on earth is equally applies in the sky – after all both are well connected.
Forces are fundamental for Newton. Without forces nothing would exist. Therefore forces
are a must in the universe. When the universe is filled with forces there exists movement,
may be a pull or a push or even spinning or orbiting.
When earth and sky are subjected to forces then we humans are also included in this
formula of forces, mass and acceleration. Now humans, are they a bundle of physical
matter as we look at their body or they also have subtle matter if we look at their
intelligence – consciousness. For a given force / pressure, as the volume increases the
intensity of force decreases. At the volume infinite, the force is absolute zero. Tiny
volumes are called particle and therefore they have great forces. Human body has a finite
volume and there many forces are in action. For example the forces for breathing, the
forces for heat balancing, and the forces for blood circulation. As these forces decrease
the finite body looses its volume / shape / size, disintegrates and merges with that of the
huge infinite space.
Any matter or body has to be in space. The forces that act on the body both internal and
external give its shape. The net force changes its shape continuously as the ageing
(passing of time) takes place. Newton agrees that net force is the one that moves the
body and it moves it in the direction of net force. This is universally applicable to all
bodies including humans. Besides the mechanical forces there are subtle forces that are
equally if not more powerful (than mechanical forces) uses space as their source and
therefore probably missed out at this point of time. However many scientists are trying to
find out the source of all known forces. Is it the cause for movement or the space that
provides the place for movement?
Our sun or Earth is one of the many things in the universe. They are encapsulated by the
volume infinite - space. The force dynamics gives the net force for movement and it
moves further into the space. Is it not true that this Universe is expanding?
4. HEAVENLY EARTH
Earth is no doubt well connected with all the objects and subjects in the universe.
None of us live in isolation – we are all together. Whatever happens in any part of the
universe we are all affected, whether it is a big bang or consciousness bang. Scientific
discoveries may be made in the laboratories with extensive experiments or trials lasting
few years. However the real original discoveries are made in the minds of Scientists first
and later the experiments are used just to verify or support it.
The heavenly subtle forces do emanate from the absolute space and that makes the
great thinkers to discover the secrets of nature. Do we call these subtle forces as the
Consciousness? Let us think it over.
The trees are able to get their energies from the far away sun and beyond. Is this not
valid for humans as well? We are all affected by these external subtle forces from space
(unknown) and our own internal forces of mass (known). This gives rise to the net
affective force that makes us move both physically and intellectually and this takes place
in the direction of the force or deeper thinking.
The movement may be expansive or contractive. If you expand you touch the absolute
space – called God’s Gravity or if you contract you become a massive thing that obeys
the Newton’s’ gravity.
Gravity is the most grave matter – but how do you think is more important to make
greater discoveries about the nature or God or whatever you call it, as both seems to be
the same.
Let us try and discover the heaven in the earth as a scientist or the earth in the heaven
as a spiritualist. That’s how we can find the singularity from the duality. – the discovery of
Unified single force.
NEWTON A SPIRITUALIST ! (3rd Law)
1. INTRODUCTION
Most of us even today remember the Newton’s third law of motion. Because It is simple,
each word is direct and it relates to action which is our living life.
Newton is concerned with forces that force us to understand the world outside. It seems
that Newton is also indirectly concerned with forces that force us to understand the world
inside us - the very living life. Actions are based on forces. Actions come with Reactions
that is also based on forces. Then what is the difference between the forces responsible
for actions and reactions? What is their net effect or result when they are equal &
opposite?

2. NEWTON’S 3 LAW OF MOTION ON ACTION & REACTION
The third law states that – “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”.
When there is going to be an equal and opposite reaction, where is the need for action?
This looks like a useless play – or is this called Maya Krishna Leela? There are natural
actions without any effort from your side and are willful actions with effort from your side.
Both actions need energy and so also their reactions.
Newton talks about forces / energy of actions man made or nature made? As long as the
actions are mechanical then the third law holds good. How about actions that is not
mechanical? May be we convert all actions to energy and reconvert back to any type of
actions we want to understand.
With actions you live and without actions you are pronounced dead. Our living is based
on actions and supported by reactions according to Newton.
3. VETHATHIRI’S LAW OF ACTION & REACTION
According to Vethathiri, Action is what you do and reaction is what you receive as result.
For leading a good, happy and prosperous life one has to understand the Law of Action
& Result or Cause & Effect or Karma Theory. They all mean one and the same thing as
that of Newton’s third law. This is also called the law of Divinity. Thus Newton has
indirectly shown himself as a Spiritualist, specialized in karma Theory.
Vethathiri has stated that “when the results of all your actions are built inside the very
actions you perform, is the law of nature (God). If so, then where is need for one to
perform compensatory actions and beg for pardon later”. Each one of us has to reap the
results which are part & parcel of our actions. There is no escape from the reactions or
results which are caused by our actions.
There seems to be a built in punishment or reward for the actions we perform. Our
actions mostly comprise of (Thoughts + Talks + Physical actions). Physical actions are
those the world will see and Talks what they will hear and Thoughts no body will know.
But for thoughts there will not be any actions except habits or instincts. Thus reactions or
results are integral part of all our actions. Therefore beware of your actions before it
starts even as thoughts.
Actions are seen and reactions are unseen. Fruits are seen and their roots are unseen.
Existence is seen and their root the Almighty is unseen. Therefore what is unseen is real
and the rest are unreal. If you can see the unseen you can see the God. Reaction is not
reaction it is the real action.
4. MIND IS ACTION AND NOMIND IS REACTION
Mind / Thoughts are the cause for all actions. Their reactions are part of it. If you do not
want any reactions then you shall not have any mind or thoughts.
Sound is a wave. It propagates into air space medium. At the source it has maximum
level of sound; but at some point in air space the sound level becomes zero. What made
this sound to become zero; it is the reaction. The sound intensity becomes lower and
lower as it passes through the space; because of the pressure in the space. Particles
and the waves are the differentiating matter between Mass and Energy. In the spectrum
of universe the waves are endless – Infinite. The particles end and waves begin. The
particles are the existence – Finite.
The actions (with effort) in the Universe are finite, but their reactions (without effort) are
infinite. In reality the action is induced by the reaction. The reaction is the real; and the
so called action is false or maya. Mind is you and no mind is God. Meditation is
considered as a tool for reaching a state of no mind. The same was applied by almost all
scientists before they revealed the secrets of nature. This equally applies to Newton.
Newton is said to be more religious than his counter parts in his days. Probably the
intensive application of no mind gave him the ideas of mass, force, acceleration, laws of
motion even calculus etc.
5. BEWARE OF REACTION BEFORE STARTING ACTION
Calculation of results is important before starting the actions. This is called thinking or
planning. Your thinking or planning is based on your education, training, experience and
environment. These are called disciplines and the way of life with our attitudes and
character.
The results in this world to day are the reactions of yesterday. We fought the war of lands
(World Wars). We are fighting the war of religions (Israel, Afghan, Iran etc.). We are
fighting the war of economy (Lehman Bros in USA). The fighting is still on. The material
quality of life is on the rise, but the spiritual (Character, Behavior, Attitude, Sacrifice etc)
quality is falling rapidly. To stop this endless fighting, the only savior is the understanding
of the third law of motion in its true spirit. It begins with a serious introspection of
individuals especially the leaders of the world. More than the religious leaders we need
spiritual leaders today.
That’s why Vethathiri Maharishi has emphaticaaly suggested that “all the responsible
leaders of the nations in the world, must cultivate the practice of understanding the
internal reactions (intuition) for their better performance to the world” not only for the
present and for the future as well. Let us hope that better sense prevail on all of us about

SPIRITUAL GEOMETRY
1. INTRODUCTION
Geometry - the measure of existence; the division of lands. the provider of shapes. the
mathematics of distances, areas and volumes. Without geometry there will be no
graphics, shapes and sizes. The one who is clear about geometry is probably clear about
God.
Geometry is a great science. It starts with points, lines, areas, volumes of menstruation.
Then it goes on to the theorems of geometry with angles and curves. Engineering
graphics with involutes, cycloid, vortex, spiral, spatial development etc., Combined with
algebra it offers Analytical geometry of lines, areas, volumes and so on.
Geometry is required in the study of cosmology, astral physics, galaxies, planets etc.,
It must be God who shaped this Universe has created Geometry and made man to study
in depth to understand probably Him. Let us see how we can understand the Geometry of
God.
2. SHAPE OF GEOMETRY
2.1 Point: Any shape begins with a point. It may be a centre or beginning of a line or
providing locus for a shape. But the point has no shape or any dimension. At best it may
have coordinates to represent its position. The point is a position and not a dimension. A
dimensionless point is the beginning of many dimensions. Does it sound philosophical?
Many Physicists agree on the presence of particle and say it is dimension less and some
times a wave line. Do you see the point?
How do we define a point? A point is a location in space. Points are dimensionless. That
is, a point has no width, length, or height. We locate points relative to some arbitrary
standard point, often called the "origin". It is formed at the Intersection of two lines. No
lines and no point.
2.2 Line: What is a line? Line may be defined as the shortest distance between two
points. When I want to know the point you give me the line. And when I want to know the
lines you give me back the point. ‘A’ lives next to ‘B’ and ‘B’ lives next to ‘A’, but where
do they live? There is no absolute answer. We get in this world of Science, full of relative
answers. Probably only God can provide absolute answers as the power of the absolute
and all the rest are relative.
Line is an extension of a point and that ends with another point. Point is a contraction of
a line. Point opens up into a line and line closes into a point. Now line has a dimension
called distance. This is the beginning of shapes / geometry. Do we see the relativity
between a point and a line? They are not different but one and the same at different
states, like line is flowing and point is staying.
Point is a particle and line is a wave. Line is made up of points. And point is made up of
intersection of lines. This intersection is called the folding up of the absolute force wave
lines, responsible for the formation of particles. The forces in which we live are the net
forces of such intersections and not absolute forces. Finding the absolute force is the
responsibility of the Scientists towards a concept Unified force and saints towards an
adhvaidic singularity concept named as God..
The potentiality of a point becomes kinetically a line until all its potentiality is exhausted.
The point now becomes pointless. As some of the lines in motion interact with other lines
far and near create some more points before they disappear. This act continues for ever
as the absolute force is the resource player for the generation of points / lines as well as
the consumer of them keeping the sigma of energy a constant.
2.3 Plane: Plane is a surface created when the line take some sort of U turns till it meets
the original position. This is called surface area = distance multiplied with distance.
Area is only a shape and not an object. It cannot contain mass but shows a cross section
of mass called popularly as a plane. The plane may also be called as layer.
A point exists in zero dimensions. A line exists in one dimension, and we specify a line
with two points. A plane exists in two dimensions. We specify a plane with three points.
Any two of the points specify a line. All possible lines that pass through the third point and
any point in the line make up a plane. In more obvious language, a plane is a flat surface
that extends indefinitely in its two dimensions, length and width. A plane has no height.
2.4 Space: Neither a point, nor a line nor a plane is a mass. They cannot contain matter.
It requires a third dimension in space. Encapsuling space is the mass. Space exists in
three dimensions. Space is made up of all possible planes, lines, and points. It extends
indefinitely in all directions.
The universe is in space. It contains mass in denser form & space non denser form.
Space provides existence for mass. It has the ability to create space by reducing
pressure, squeeze space by applying more pressure and remain in a dynamic state
within the universe and potential state beyond the universe.
2.5 Shape: The universe is filled with many objects that are nearly spherical in shape,
containing points, lines and planes. A sphere is made up of many planes of circles.
Whenever we talk about area of a circle or volume of a sphere the factor phi (22/7) will
come into play. Phi does not have a finite discreet value but infinite value that goes on
and on. The remainder of this value Phi is the fraction that makes up the totality of the
universe. The clash and overlapping of spheres create particles and destroy particles
with in the sigma of energy in the universe.
3. VETHATHIRI’S SPIRITUAL GEOMETRY
A shape or space is fixed by four walls. If any one of the wall is not there then the space
is not contained into a shape; it is a open space. In the same manner the Almighty or the
Unified single force may be defined as the one that potentially have four virtues. If any
one of them is missing then it is an incomplete definition. The four virtues are:
Consciousness, Space, Energy and Time. They make the Universe potential and their
dynamics make the Universe existence.
The point is a dimensionless position particle, the line is a spreading wave, the particle
and wave create the frequency time plane and all that happens with in the space of
Totality poornam. Understanding of this will lead to multi functional explanations and
experiments that would make the Science of Spirituality simple.
SCIENCE – CHANGING PARADIGM
1. INTRODUCTION
Present Modem Science (or Scientists?) is distancing it self from Philosophy. However
the trend shows that Science is reinventing Philosophy. The changing paradigm of
science is the Advaitha philosophy – an unifying principle behind the functions of
Universe.
Modern science, have realized it’s theoretical as well as applied limitations. Further, they
appreciate the scientific nature of religion and its usefulness for the individual & society. It
has decided not only to shake hands with it - now called holistic science - but also try to
understand it with its own tools of investigation. There is no wonder that many renowned
scientists are turning out to be great philosophers.

3. UNIVERSE FUNCTIONS BY AN UNIFIED ONE PRINCIPLE - ADVAITHA
Werner Heisenberg, a German theoretical physicist, who made foundational contributions

to quantum mechanics and is best known for asserting the uncertainty principle of
quantum theory in 1927. He also made important contributions to nuclear physics,
quantum field theory, and particle physics. Heisenberg, along with Max Born and Pascual
Jordan, set forth the matrix formulation of quantum mechanics. In 1932, Heisenberg was
awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics. According to his uncertainty principle, it is
impossible to measure simultaneously both position and velocity of a microscopic particle
with any degree of accuracy or certainty.
The particle position changes with its velocity. It is not certain to find its position as well
as velocity. So Heisenberg is telling us the limitations of science at that time. Many did
not agree including Einstein. In 1935, a paper was presented (popularly known as EPR
effect) by Einstein, Podolsky and Rosen that there is certainly a cause & effect order in
the function of the particles. Later in 1964, J.S. Bell of CERN (European Nuclear
Research Centre), gave a mathematical formulation implying that “at a deeper
fundamental level, separate parts of the universe are connected in an intimate and
immediate way”.
In 1972, David Bohm in London and Clauser / Freedman in USA, have proved the
underlying unity among all subatomic particles. Later 1982, a team of Scientists from
Institute of Theoretical and Optics in Paris, namely Alain Aspect, Jean Dalibard & Gerad
Roger, successfully confirm the underlying unity among mass, energy, space & time.
Henry Stapp states that “An elementary particle is not an independent existing analyzable
entity. It is in essence a set of relationship with all others” Cartesian or Newtonian
paradigm of duality is getting replaced by the Holistic paradigm (Advaitha). Fundamental
unity & intrinsic / dynamic relationship of micro particles to macro planets in the universe
is leading to a new science paradigm called Science of God – the Advaitha principle.
4. FROM INERTIA TO INTUTION
Inertia, the resistance to motion, is not only a character of mass; it seems to be equally
valid with intelligent humans – Scientists and their commercial bosses. Creative thinking
is a growing corporate watch word. Look at IBM talking about innovations. But seem to
be missing in Science Laboratories. Get out of Inertia and get into Intuition.
A scientist is not allowed to think independently, creatively, due to his / her dependence
on the sponsors for financial support. To days Scientists including those who work in
Universities or International laboratories do exactly what their sponsor’s ideologies are
whether - commercial / political or otherwise.
We see many Scientists come out of their Lab and talk like Philosophers. For example,
Max Plank a famous German Physicist said “I regard consciousness as fundamental and
matter is a derivative from it. We cannot get behind consciousness as we are standing on
it.” – In Observer news paper January, 25, 1931. There are many more like him Fritjof
Capra, Gary Zukav, Penrose and the recent one to join is Stephen Hawkins.
It is time for the Theoretical Scientists to team up with the Intuitive Scientists –
Philosophers to create a independent forum of Scientists (non commercial) and change
from mass gravity thinking to holistic space gravity thinking the new paradigm of Science.
SCIENCE, LACK LEADERSHIP?
1. INTRODUCTION
Science forms the basis for many new inventions and discoveries. Based on these
inventions and discoveries many have made a fortune. But Scientists have never seemed
to have made it to the top. Familiarity with science seems to take back seat and not the
leadership. While we have so many well recognized and accepted World Class Spiritual
leaders, Business leaders and Political Leaders, we seem to lack Science Leaders. Does
it mean when compared with Spirituality, Business and Politics, Science is playing a low
profile? Think it over.
The reason seems to be very simple for me. Business – Politico - Spirituality touches
people – their heart, prosperity, feelings and freedom. Science fails to touch people, as
they don’t believe in the presence of consciousness that exist as a part and parcel of any
matter that supports the lives of all living beings (with consciousness).
For Science, Particle, Energy, Space, Time, Molecule, Cell, and Brain are a piece of
Physics or Physiology that do not seem to have any consciousness. Thus they lost touch
with people. It is time that science touches people more than the Business.
2. FREEDOM TO PARTICLE & PEOPLE

Scientists have seen this world (universe) as a mechanistic while the 20 century
Scientists is seeing this world as holistic. Heisenberg sees altogether a different world for
atoms than masses.
If a person is given full freedom then it is natural for that person to behave in a most
unpredictable manner. Is it not true with the elementary particles as well? This
unpredictability is called as the Uncertainty principle. How come two elementary particles
communicate instantly in spite of the fact they are many thousands of kilometers away?
Particles are not just locally controlled, but also non - locally (remotely) controlled.
Humans are also not just locally controlled with in the body, but also non - locally
controlled. Otherwise how a Buddha can evolve out of an ordinary King or Jesus from a
carpenter’s family?
The true meaning of spirituality is freedom – liberation; Freedom - from bonds with body,
mind and soul, as we do not live by bread alone.
3. SCIENCE TO SIMPLIFY LIFE
Simple living is the best living. This is said by the World’s richest people like Warren
Buffet, Bill gates etc. There is no better standards of living higher than simple living.
Growth of economics, which is a conversion of science to society, must not overdo the
generation and accumulation of wealth. Rich people of the world must set an example for
simple living like a commoner than like an Emperor of the World. The richness of a
country is measured by the income of the poorest last man. Nearly 8 crore people in India
get just an income of Rs 18/- per day. Science is a silent spectator, resigning its
leadership to a few greedy world leaders.
Study of nature is science so also study of people who are more natural like a tree.
Wealth cannot be created without natural wealth including people. There is no need to
fuel unnecessary & wasteful demands as potential markets and create short supply just
to boost economy.
Therefore it is time that science the source of business, to realign their approach, by
using the secrets of nature, to reduce the miseries of people beyond all borders of
nations.
4. SCIENCE IS FOR THE WORLD AND NOT AGAINST
International Congress for science to be a member of United Nations. Their members

should be a part of nations planning commission and ministers. Their focus must be from
energy to environment, from poverty to prosperity and from illness to wellness and from
illiteracy to literacy and so on.
South Indian saint Vethathiri Maharishi, with his 50 years of research in the society and
meditative intuitions, have given to the U.N. and the world a 14 point program for World
happiness, peace & prosperity. All Scientists of the world to reaffirm that they are
fundamentally responsible to the society first and then to their paymasters. They will sure
find validity of these points and work towards them instead of resigning their responsibility
to remain in solitude of their laboratories

7. Living under the guidance of Intellectuals. (Scientists to lead)
8. Respecting womanhood and giving full equal rights. (Understand nature of
woman as a bearer and producer of all good things)
9. Living in tune with law of nature. (Respect nature to respect oneself)
10. Avoiding unnecessary rituals and festivals. (Wastage is a crime)
11. Sports to be made non commercial and only for children. (Don’t mix play with
business)
12. Education to include teaching of Laws of cause and effect. (Doing good to others
is doing good to oneself)
13. Disseminating the philosophy of Magnetism. (All live in the same ocean of
energy)
14. Food and Water to be globalized and made available to all. (The people of world
own it and not individual nations or states)
Science is not for Scientists alone; but for the entire world. Let us live to prove it.
HEALTH - SIMPLIFIED
1. INTRODUCTION
Health for all is a philosophy, science and a practice.
All the world leaders want this as the most important point in their agenda. Because the
Mother Nature has given the asset of this world free to all of us. The best of these assets
are the people. Health for all is meant for all the people in a nation / world
WHO finds this concept is excellent in principle but hard to practice as it involves building
and supporting a lot of infrastructure with people, machines, buildings and systems that
costs billions of dollars.
Here comes our south Indian saint, siddhar, philosopher, scientist and Doctor Vethahthiri
Maharishi who has offered a simplified Health – a practical concept for all.
2. HEALTH IS PERSONAL
Many of us think Health is a matter of Government, Medical Science and Insurance

companies. Medical scientists are fighting illness, diseases and disabilities and not giving
health. Their actions are supported by medicines, surgeries, and diagnostic devices /
methods to cure diseases after it has entered the body and rarely to prevent it. The
medical (and not health) expenses are so huge now days and the Insurance companies
are going for a kill. Insurance companies survive on profit so also medical science and
pharma companies. Where there is a profit motive and service takes a natural death.
They are chasing illness and not health. Therefore they do not have the capacity, ability,
and economics to provide Health for all.
WHO reaffirm that health is not just absence of diseases. Health is a state of well being
of an individual and not an organized group of people in a nation. Health is personal
statement. It is well said that “Health is your personal responsibility and do not let others
handle it”. Health is not just for the body, it must be for the whole human system. One
cannot enjoy the fruits from a tree without caring for its roots. Disturbance in mind is the
disease in body say Vethathiri Maharishi. 80% of health comes from the mind and the
rest 20% is given by the body. Check your mind health and learn to build strength thro
the Vethahirian practices for Holistic health.
