How do we work?
1. We work on the basis of fixed fee for a fixed number of profiles. We do not
charge you on per candidate basis thus helping you save huge recruitment
costs. Kindly go through the below to understand our model of working.
2. Once you are aware of our plans, pricing and engagement terms, we give
you a Job description form to be filled
3. On receiving the filled form from you, we run viability test with our
database to ensure that we can meet your requirement well.
4. A confirmation is sent to you within 2 hours about the viability test. In case
our test is negative, we would not take the requirement. We understand
money is precious and hard earned.
5. In case our test is positive, on your approval and plan opted, and after
payment received. we start working on your requirement by reaching out to
potential candidates
6. We send you 20 profiles in 24 to 48 hours with contact details.
7. You can select , interview and hire as many you want from the given profiles
8. On selection, we expect you to confirm us the candidates you have finally
selected so that we can remove them from our future database

your given criteria.
Payment Terms: Payment in Advance only.

Plan - B
Cost: 20000/- INR for unlimited Requirements.
Nos. of Resume: 20 CVs per Requirement.
Time Duration: 1 Month
Payment Terms: Payment in Advance only.
